Bristol, Pennsylvanie (Mai 13, 2016) On Saturday night June 4th, a brand new boxing series will be launched as D and D Promotions presents its inauguralRumble at the RinkBoxing series that will take place at The Grundy Arena in Bristol, Pennsylvanie.
Scheduled to appear in the six-round main event will be super middleweight Derrick Webster.
Webster de Glassboro, New Jersey a un dossier de 19-1 avec 10 knockouts and will be looking to get back in the win column after an eleven-month layoff.
Webster won his first nineteen bouts, which was highlighted by a 22-second knockout over 23-1 Obodai Sai. He is coming off his first professional blemish when he was stopped by undefeated Arif Magomedov on July 17, 2015.

The card will feature 4 professional bouts as well as 6 high-level amateur bouts.

Weimer makes its a perfect 10 with win over Figueroa

York, Penn. (Avril 22, 2016)Back on April 9, Steve Weimer came back from a 39-month layoff with a four round unanimous decision over 73-fight veteran, Joseph Figueroa in Springfield, Virginie.

Avec la victoire, Weimer raised his perfect mark to 10-0 and the middleweight prospect from York, Pennsylvania is primed and ready to keep the momentum going.

“Ce fut un combat très compétitif. Je pense que je débarquai coups de poing plus. Il était plus agressif, mais j'atterrissais plus.
“Ceci est la boxe. Je viens juste ici pour faire un spectacle pour les grands fans. Je pensais que je gagné le combat. Je savais que je l'ai battu à l'intérieur.”

“Ce était un grand combat, il était un adversaire coriace qui était très agile et mobile. Je devais être patient et il était super pour obtenir ces tours. Je viens de la division des 147 livres.
“Je suis vraiment en train de le briser lentement. Il était mobile, mais je ne l'ai pas attendre à être si rapide.
“Je lui faisait mal à chaque fois que je l'ai frappé et je l'ai finalement suis sorti de là.”

“Les coups à l'arrière de la tête étaient le problème. Je voulais l'arbitre de faire quelque chose à ce sujet, mais c'est ce qui me font mal. Je ne ai jamais remis de ce.

“Ce était un bon combat. Il est un bon boxeur, mais je devais le garder rugueux. Il a une bonne expérience qui a débuté en, mais ma volonté, mon coeur et ma formation trop coups de pied.
“Ma perte est ce qui m'a motivé pour cette performance. Pas plus de revers, seulement obtenir le dos.”

Travis Kauffman honored by Hometown of Reading, Pennsylvanie

Lecture, Pennsylvanie. (Décembre 21, 2015) – Heavyweight prétendante, Travis “My Time” Kauffman was honored in his hometown of Reading, Pennsylvania by the City Council for his excellent performance on December 12th against Chris Arreola in San Antonio, Texas.
In the proclamation, Kauffman was honored for not only his fight with Arreola, where he battled the former two-time world title challenger to a fight in which most people watching the fight both at ringside and watching on NBC had Kauffman ahead, but also for his activities in the community, which includes feeding the homeless and giving back in many facets in Reading.

I worked hard for years just to get recognized by the city I love,” dit Kauffman. “I made many mistakes in my life, but I turned my life around and have done everything to give back to my community and the people of Reading, Pennsylvanie. I’m honored today to finally be recognized in my city after all the hard work and the dedication. Thank you to the mayor, the City Council, and the people of Reading, Pa for this award. I’m at a loss for words, but my journey has just begun. I love my city and will rep it until the death of me.

Kauffman, 30-2 avec 22 KO, is already back in the gym and is looking forward to his next bout which should come in the beginning of 2016.
