Baltimore, Maryland (March 20, 2023)–Jeter Promotions has announced the signing of undefeated junior welterweight Ahmad Muhammad Jones to a promotional contract. Jones, 23 years-old of Baltimore, Maryland is 4-0 with two knockouts. All four of Jones’ wins have come on Jeter Promotions cards, and the signing makes it official that he will be with Jeter Promotions going forward. “Tony Jeter is doing an amazing job, and he is keeping fighters active and doing great things. He is staying busy by doing shows in different areas. I could see myself fighting in the different spots that Tony Promotes such as Atlanta, Pennsylvania and Maryland,” said Jones. Jones started boxing at the age of 13, and had 35 amateur fights. He considers himself a boxer-puncher. Jones turned professional on December 3, 2021 with a first-round stoppage over Joshua Zimmerman in Philadelphia. Jones has a win over Kani Burnside. PHILADELPHIA (August 17, 2021)–King’s Promotions returns to the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia with a jam-packed night of boxing on Friday night September 10th. In the main event, welterweight Greg Outlaw will compete against Edgar Torres in a bout scheduled for six-rounds. Outlaw of Bowie, Maryland, has a record of 8-1 with three knockouts. The 28 year-old Outlaw is a five year-professional. Outlaw has wins over Kashon Hutchinson (2-0) and Mack Allison IV (8-1-1). Outlaw is looking to get back in the win column after suffering his first defeat, which came on June 5th against Andrew Rodgers at the 2300 Arena. Torres of Woodbridge, Virginia, has a record of 8-1-1 with four knockouts. The 38 year-old is a 14 year-professional. Torres is coming off his first loss, when he was stopped by Hutchinson on June 5th at the 2300 Arena. The six-round co-feature will mark the much anticipated return of popular bantamweight Christian Carto. Carto, 24 years-old of Philadelphia is 17-1 with 11 knockouts. Carto, who turned professional in 2016, won his first 17 bouts, which were highlighted by a win over Alonso Melendez (14-1). KEITH “THE BOUNTY” HUNTER REMAINS UNDEFEATED WITH 1ST ROUND KO
BOWIE, MD (December 9, 2018) – Last night at Bowie State University, in Maryland, Prince Ranch Boxing’s rising star, super lightweight prospect Keith “The Bounty” Hunter (9-0, 7 KOs), remained undefeated thanks to a devastating first round knockout against Siddharth Ravindra Varma (4-3-1, 1 KO).
Hunter landed a monstrous right uppercut that sent Varma to the canvas up against the ropes forcing, the referee to stop the bout. “I wanted to send a message to the super lightweight division with a great performance and I got the knockout,” said Keith Hunter. “It felt great to let my hands go. I’m going to get right back in the gym, so I can be ready for anything that comes my way. If my name is called, I’m going to be prepared, locked and loaded.”
“I’m very excited about Keith Hunter’s future,” said manager Greg Hannley, of Prince Ranch Boxing. “Tonight, his power was on display and those watching saw a star in the making. GH3 Promotions signs Former World Title Challenger Dominic Wade
NUTLEY, NJ., (November 5, 2018) – GH3 Promotions has signed former world title challenger and middleweight contender Dominic Wade to a Promotional deal.
Wade, 28 years-old of Largo, Maryland has a record of 18-1 with 12 knockouts.
Wade was a four-time Junior Olympic Champion and a participant in the 2007 Olympic Boxing Trials.
He turned professional on March 14, 2009 with a 1st round stoppage over undefeated Chris Davis (3-0). Wade climbed up the rankings with victories over Michael Faulk (2-0), Grover Young (4-0), Nick Brinson (16-1-2) and former world champion Sam Soliman.
Those wins catapulted Wade to face unified Middleweight world champion Gennady Golovkin on April 23, 2016 at The Forum in Inglewood, California.
Wade suffered his only professional defeat in that fight, and has not fought since the world title opportunity.
“I am excited to get back in the ring, and the show the world what I got. I will get back to the top of the rankings, and do it better, and more proper this time.” said Wade.
“It is time to show the world that I am back. I want to take my time until the big fights come up. I can see me in fights against Canelo Alvarez, Golvkin, Daniel Jacobs, Jermall Charlo, Demetrius Andrade or any of the other top middleweights out there. I feel that after a couple of fights, I will be up there with the top names in the division. I am just excited to do my thing. I got to the top of the rankings with just natural talent. Now I have a good team behind me with GH3 Promotions, I have a great work ethic, and I am back with my original trainer Adrian Davis. I feel the best is still ahead of me.”
“I feel that we can get Dominic back to the top really soon. I plan to have him fight November 17th in Indiana, then I want to bring him back in December in New Jersey, and a 3rd fight in January, that will get him in a fight that will get him in position. He has always had the talent, now he is with us, and we will have him on a schedule to get him back in the rankings, and eventually another world title shot,” said Vito Mielnicki of GH3 Promotions.
