NEW YORK – March 26, 2020 ? SHOWTIME Sports will delve into its rich archive of historic boxing events to re-air the epic Israel Vázquez vs. Rafael Márquez trilogy this Saturday, Marto 28 #?E 10 P.M. Et / PT sur SHOWTIME. The telecasts will also be available via the SHOWTIME streaming service and SHOWTIME ANYTIME?.



The fierce Mexican rivals squared off in three consecutive award-winning fights which aired live on SHOWTIME in 2007 Kaj 2008 before meeting for a fourth and final time in 2010. The first three bouts were all contested with the WBC Super Bantamweight World Championship on the line.

LASa VEGAS, NV (Julio 18, 2018) – Undefeated Las Vegas native, 21-Jaro malnova Damien “Sukero” Vazquez (14-0, 7 KOs), wants to get in the ring with Roman “Chocolatito” Gonzalez (46-2, 38 KOs), when he makes his return to the ring, rumored to be on the undercard of Canelo vs.. Vazquez is the younger brother of former three-time super bantamweight world champion, Israel Vázquez. LASa VEGAS, NV (Septembro 24, 2017) – Unbeaten super-flyweight prospect, Damien “Sukero” Vazquez (11-0, 6 KOs), makes his return to the ring on Oktobro 14, 2017, at the Palenque de la Feria in Aguascalientes, Meksiko. This fight, scheduled for 8-rounds, will mark the third time this year that Vazquez will have stepped in the ring, as he looks to extend on is winning streak. An opponent will be announced shortly.
“It’s a good feeling knowing that I’ll be back in the ring after I just fought a few weeks ago.” said Vazquez. “My last fight happened on August 31St and I feel great. Camp has started and I’m going to be ready for anyone my management team puts in front of me. I’m going to Mexico once again to mark my territory. I love fighting out there because the crowds are very rowdy. Make no mistakes about it, I’m taking the super-flyweight division by storm.”
Co-trained by former world champion, Clarence “Bones” Adams, Damien Vazquez is the younger brother of former two-time super-bantamweight world champion, Israel Vazquez, who also serves as his co-trainer. Bones and Israel train Vazquez at the Princo Ranch Boksado gym in Las Vegas. Prince Ranch Boxing’s Greg Hannley, co-manages Damien with his father, Oscar Vázquez. Damien has his own promotional company titled Sugar Promotions.
