Originally from St. Louis, Price’s road has led him to Houston where he now trains with noted coach Ronnie Shields. An exceptional athlete who was highly regarded in track and field as a teenager, the 26-year-old turned pro in 2013. His activity ramped up in 2015 as he took home four victories before 2016 saw him earn impressive victories over previously unbeaten Semajay Thomas and once-beaten Javontae Starks. He will be opposed by the 26-year-old Williams who was an alternate on the 2008 U.S. Olympic team and has gone the distance in losses to world champions Rances Barthelemy and Yuriorkis Gamboa.
The brother of former world champion Omar, the 20-year-old Figueroa turned pro in May of 2015 by defeating Hector Gutierrez and followed that up by stopping Ricardo Mena, Ramiro Ruiz and Francisco Muro to close out the year. The Weslaco-native has stayed busy in 2016, picking up six victories, including five by way of stoppage. He takes on Miami’s Chirino, who enters this bout with wins in three of his last four contests.

Las Vegas (Dec. 3, 2016) – Ashley “Chuma” Theophane (40-7-1, 11KO a ) anakumana Yakabu Amidu (19-9-2, 17 KO a ) mu 10 rounds of action in the main event of Mayweather Promotions’ Sin City Showdown Friday usiku. Theophane came out focused and on cue with his game plan, he was able to deflect most of Amidu’s punches and break his opponent down. It was a steady 10 rounds of action, Theophane was able to break Amidu down with consistent jabs and body punches aiming consistently at his target, round after round. Amidu struggled to read Theophane, which ultimately led to Theophane to his 40th win, by way of unanimous decision.
“It feels great to have a career that’s lasted this long, he made it easy to stick to my game plan. I listened to my corner who guided me and kept me on track, I couldn’t be happier with the decision,” said Theophane.
“I knew he was going to be a good opponent, I didn’t perform my best,” says Amidu. “This fight should have been in my favor, but in the end the judges decided the winner.”
Leading up to the main event, was a fast-paced blow-by-blow welterweight exchange between Mayweather Promotions’ power-puncher Maurice Lee (7-1, 3 KO a) ndipo Cameron Kreal (9-12-2, 1 KO). As soon as the first bell rang Krael jumped out his corner quickly putting the pressure on Lee, while Lee searched to find his groove. Krael kept delivering punches, forcing Lee to fight on the defense. By the beginning of the fifth round, Lee found an opening, landing jabs and uppercuts affecting Krael. Pamapeto pake, Lee couldn’t seem to land enough of what normally seems like easy jabs against the quick moving and strong Cameron Krael. Pambuyo 6 rounds of action the judges saw the bout in favor of Krael by unanimous decision, giving Lee the first loss of his career.
“I only had one week to prepare for this fight, the results ultimately showed how much more experience and fights under my belt, I had over my opponent,” says Krael. “I broke him down round by round, he never had a chance.”
“My game plan was to box smart, I knew he had a lot of experience so I knew I had to be smart in the ring.” Lee reflects on his performance and goes on to say, “I thought the fight was a lot closer than what the judges ruled. I definitely could have thrown more punches. We both took a lot of punches in the end. This was a learning experience and I just gotta come back harder.”
The night began with a full Mayweather Promotions showcase serving back-to-back, non-stop undercard action. Newly signed lightweight amateur Rolando Romerro (1-0, 1 KO)got the first win of his career in the first round, by TKO against David Courtney(1-5, 1KO) after only one minute and eleven seconds of action. Also making his Mayweather Promotions debut Oluwafemi “The Eagle” Oyeleye (1-0) got the first win of his career, by way of unanimous decision in a 4-round Jr. middleweight showdown against Brian True (1-5, 1 KO). Opepuka Andres Cortés (4-0, 2 KO a) furthered his undefeated record against Miguel Espinoza (3-2, 1 KO) pambuyo 4 rounds of action. The night continued on as Latondria Jones (5-0, 2 KO a) kept her undefeated record in tact against Selena Arellano (1-2-, 1 KO), judges ruled the 4 round Jr. middleweight bout in Jones favor by UD. Further up in the lineup was a brutal welterweight showdown giving Mayweather Promotions’ Charvis Holifield (6-2, 4 KO a) the second loss of his career versus Samuel Santana (9-11-3, 3 KO a) which ended in a 5th round stoppage, giving Santana the win by way of TKO.

Las Vegas (Nov. 9, 2016) – Sharif “Mkango” Bogere (29-1, 20 KO a) is back in action after a flawless fifth round TKO victory against Luis Florez on September 16TH. Bogere will face Hylon Williams (16-3-1, 3KO a) in a 10-round lightweight battle on December 2nd at Sam’s Town Live in the main event. A win for Bogere will increase his win streak to seven and bring him one step closer to a title opportunity.
“Ndili wokondwa; monga “Mkango” you will hear me ‘roar’ pa December 2nd,” said Bogere. “I think my performance last fight gave the fans what they wanted to see, I gained more fans, koma ambiri Chachikulu, I was focused. This fight will bring me even closer to a title fight, and that is what I am here for,”
“I’m facing a tough opponent, but I’ve already been in the ring in some tough battles and learned from those experiences,” Anati Williams. “I don’t see much getting in my way of me stopping him come December 2nd,”
Further action will see former title challenger Ashley “Chuma” Theophane (39-7, 12 KO a) mu co-waukulu chochitika, who has made it clear that he is here for redemption. Theophane, who was originally supposed to be featured on the last Sin City Showdown card on October 8th has taken this time to train harder, become more focused and is set to out perform and come out on top with a victory.
“It’s been said that this is my redemption fight,” said Theophane. “I have been faced with many challenges in my career, with my back up against the wall and have bounced back. This fight is like any other fight, and I plan to come out victorious,”
Bogere fights out of Las Vegas, while proudly representing his native Uganda. The 27-year-old won his first 23 pro fights while picking up victories over Raymundo Beltran, Francisco Contreras, and Manuel Levya. He enters this bout on a six-fight win streak and will be challenged by Hylon Williams fighting out of Las Vegas, NV.
Originally from Houston, Williams now fights out of Las Vegas. He began his career in 2008 ndi 15-0 mbiri, until former two-division world champion Rances Barthlemy stopped him back in February 2012. Williams bounced back with a win versus John Willoughby the same year, and after a 3 year hiatus found himself back in the ring to face Jason Lizau, which judges ruled a draw. Kuyambira pamenepo, Wiliams has suffered back-to-back losses against Yuriokis Gamboa on December 19 2015, and Rashad Ganaway on August 20, 2016.
Theophane has faced many top opponents in the 140-147 kalasi, including Danny Garcia, Pablo Cesar Cano, and Adrien Broner. Iye anayamba ake 2015 campaign with back-to-back victories over both Mahonri Montes in April and Steve Upsher in September.
