Rivalta Inks Puerto Rican Amateur Standout Luis Melendez to Managerial Contract

Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based boxing manager Henry Rivalta proudly announces the signing of 19-year-old featherweight prospect Luis “El Chucho” Melendez to a promotional contract.
A stand-out amateur in Florida and his native Puerto Rico, Melendez will be making his professional debut under the guidance of Rivalta in July.
Born and raised in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, Melendez started boxing at age 11. He went on to have 124 amatőr harcol, winning a number of Puerto Rican and international titles including the Junior Olympics, Olympic Cup, and the Puerto Rican Nationals from 101 lbs. hogy 132 lbs.
Melendez says the managerial deal is the culmination of a long association the pair have held. “When I was about 15, I went to spar at the Mike Tyson Gym in West Palm Beach and I was sparring a pro and Henry saw me. He told me he likes what he sees and since then he’s had his eye on me. Now that I’m reaching my dream of going pro, Henry is the right person to help guide my career.”
A throwback fighter with a style more suited for the professional ranks, Melendez calls his style ‘smart aggressive.’
I have a very pro style. I sit down on my punches. I like to throw combinations a lot. I like to break my opponents down. I like to go to the body. Vagy, depending on the opponent, I can box you. I can also hit and not get hit when I need to.”
Melendez says training at KO Fitness in Hialeah, Florida, with trainer Michael Robles is going well and he’s excited to get started on his professional career. "Nagyszerűen érzem magam. The Heavyweight Factory Inks Amateur Sensation Logan Yoon

Yoon’s amateur career saw him become a two-time Silver Champion at Ringside World Championships, a two-time Colorado Springs Pikes Peak champion, an Arkansas National Champion, an Adidas National champion, a two-time Silver Junior National Golden Gloves champion, a Junior Olympic bronze medalist and a Silver Youth National Champion.

GH3 Promotions signs undefeated Heavyweight John Luna to a Promotional Contract

5-time national champion added to stacked stable

Nutley, NJ (Október 18, 2016)–GH3 Promotions is pleased to announce the signing of undefeated heavyweight prospect John Luna to a promotional contract.
Luna of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, már a múltban 2-0 egy kieséses.
A 20 year-old is 6’4″ and weighs 255 font, began boxing at the age of six years-old when his mother, who is a big boxing fan, took John to the gym.
John went on to an amateur career that saw him go 97-9 and win five national championships.
John also competed in Russia and in 2012, he won a prestigious tournament and in the same tournament two years later, Luna placed second in his division, but still was named the Most Outstanding Fighter.

Middleweight contender Antoine Douglas signs managerial deal with Henry Rivalta

Miami, Florida (Október 7, 2016) Henry Rivalta is pleased to announce the signing of middleweight contender Antoine “Akció” Douglas to a managerial contract.

Moises Chucky Flores receives IBO belt in negotiations for Rigondeaux showdown

Menstruáció, who is also the WBA interim champion, is now the mandatory challenger to face WBA super-champion Guillermo Rigondeaux (17-0, 11 KO). Both camps are in negotiations with the possibility of the fight happening in the next few months. If the fight comes to fruition, both the WBA and IBO world title belts will be on the line. After receiving his IBO world title belt, and a big fight looming with Rigondeaux, Flores speaks on his current situation.

YOUNGSTOWN, OH (Július 20, 2016) – Pro Box Management’s hot undefeated prospect, super-featherweight Nelson qusape (3-0, 3 KO), makes his United States debut this Saturday July 23, 2016 at the Covelli Center in Youngstown, Ohio. Nelson, whose first three fights were held in Mexico, will face rugged veteran Angel Gonzalez (22-8-1, 12 KO) in a scheduled 4-round bout.
Hailing from Mansfield, Ohio, Chaise Nelson was a decorated amateur, capturing numerous titles before turning professional in February of 2016, évesen 17. WINDHOEK, NAMIBIA (Június 12, 2016) – Last night at the Ramatex Factory in Windhoek, Namíbia, Mexico’s super-bantamweight standout, Moises “Chucky” Menstruáció (25-0, 17 KO) remained undefeated with a 12-round unanimous decision over hometown hero, Paulus Ambunda (24-2, 10 KO). With the victory Flores captured the IBO championship and retained his WBA interim title.
Menstruáció, who hails from Guadalajara, Mexikó, controlled the action from the opening round. Flores scored three knockdowns throughout the fight using superior boxing skills while applying pressure to keep Ambunda off balance. As Flores mounted a substantial lead he never looked back.
