“I love sparring with younger guys. Preferably amateurs or guys who just turned pro. They have more to prove in a sparring session. They really push me and help make me better.

While Spence Jr. had the best run of any of the men on the 2012 U.S. team, he came up short of his goal of bringing home a medal for his country. Despite that, Spence Jr. wouldn’t change anything about his 2012 kasinatian.

In a series of special video vignettes and articles on the Premier Boxing Champions website, previous Olympians like heavyweight world champion Deontay Wilder (Bronze medal winner in 2008 Beijing Games); Rau'shee Warren, the only U.S. boxer to participate in three Olympics (2004, 2008 ug 2012); and Errol Spence (2012 London Games) will offer encouragement to members of the 2016 U.S. Olympic boxing team. The brand new Ford Amphitheater at Coney Island Boardwalk builds on the rich history of the sweet science in the Brooklyn neighborhood. Several heavyweight title fights took place on Coney Island at the turn of the 20th century, including James J.
