NEF ANNOUNCES BIGGEST FIGHT CARD IT HAS EVER BROUGHT TO BANGOR

Bangor, เมน (สิงหาคม 24, 2018) - นิวอิงแลนด์ต่อสู้ (NEF) will hold its next mixed-martial-arts event, “NEF 35: Wicked Season,” กันยายน 8 at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor. After a successful amateur career that saw him capture the NEF Amateur Featherweight Title, Hall impressed with a first-round submission of veteran John Ortolani (8-12) earlier this year in his pro debut. กุณฑี, a member of the United States Air Force security forces, closed out “NEF 30” last August in Bangor winning the promotion’s pro middleweight strap over Mike Hansen (5-9).

Speaking of wrestling coaches, “NEF 35” will also feature the amateur debut of Shawn Costigan (0-0). Costigan is a member of the Bucksport High School wrestling coaching staff. He will represent Young’s MMA in his cage debut when he takes on the fellow-debuting David Hills (0-0).

Also on the amateur card will be the brother of CJ Ewer, Roger Ewer (1-0). A pharmacist by day, Roger made his amateur debut last year at “NEF 30” in Bangor with a second round technical knockout of Dustin Freeman (0-1). ที่ “NEF 35,” เขาจะรับ Jason Hanley (0-0) of Orchard Park Martial Arts in western New York state.

The HYCC was at capacity for the first sanctioned mixed-martial-arts (วีค) show ever held on Cape Cod. The venue opened the upstairs walking track to give standing-room-only fans more elbow room. The crowd was electric all night for the eight-fight card presented by NEF.

 

Team Juniko, based out of Hyannis and Hanover, แมสซาชูเซต, was a perfect 5-0 on the night. Fabian Miranda (3-0), Thomas Lee Davis, จูเนียร์. (2-0), Ed Forlenza (1-0), และ Kylie O’Hearn (1-0) all picked up wins for the team on the amateur portion of the card.

The two women battled back and forth for three grueling rounds before O’Hearn was declared the winner by unanimous decision on the judges’ ดัชนีชี้วัด.
