TUCSON, Arizona (Noyabr 9, 2019) – Heavy-handed California heavyweight Aleksandr “Great” Gullar returned to the ring last Thursday night with a vengeance, Ijaraga taqillatib Mario “Chabelo” Heredia in the sixth round of the RJJ Boxing on UFC FIGHT PASS main event, outdoors Casino Del Sol’s AVA Amphitheater in Tucson, Arizona.

The 29-year-old Flores (18-2-1, 16 KOS) hadn’t fought since last December in New Zealand, when he lost a controversial fight to former world champion Jozef Parker, unda Parker Floresni kamar ostidan bir necha marta urgan, nokautga olib keladi.

Knockout-artist Flores floored his Mexican opponent, Heredia, three times during their fight in the third, fifth and the finisher in the sixth. Co-xususiyatli taqdirda, red-hot Mexican welterweight Santyago Dominges (20-0, 16 KOS) blasted Ravshan Hudayhazarov (17-3, 13 KOS), the Uzbekistan fighter, stopping him only 43-seconds into the opening round in a devastating performance.

In his RJJ Boxing Promotions debut, undefeated California super middleweight Xuan “Faqat biznes” Barajalar (11-0, 7 KOS) pitched a complete shutout victory, winning each round on all three-judges’ qorni, in a unanimous decision over Phoenix veteran Fidel Ernandes (20-8-1, 11 KOS), who announced before the fight that this would be his last.

In the UFC FIGHT PASS opener, unbeaten Tucson welterweight Christopher Gonzalez (6-0-1, 1 KO) pulled off a mild upset, taking an eight-round unanimous decision from Markos “Nazzy” Dominges (11-2-1, 10 KOS), the younger brother of Santiago.

Mahalliy fan sevimli Briana “Tahdid” Sanchez (2-0-1, 2 KOS) and pro-debuting junior flyweight Amanda Borg (0-0-1), Albuquerque, battled to a four-round majority draw in the opening, off UFC FIGHT PASS fight of evening.

TUCSON, Sababiy. (Iyun 12, 2018) – Michelle Rosado’s Raging Babe has built a reputation for quality, sold out events across the country, and she returns to Tucson’s Casino Del Sol bo'yicha Saturday evening, Iyul 21, with Guerra De Gallos, a fight card that is quickly living up to its name.

 

 

 

The scheduled eight-round main event features a hometown battle between two fighters who have earned their stripes fighting tough competition on the road. After competing in other fighters’ backyards and dealing with their opponents’ home crowds and officials, kichik welterweights Alfonso Olvera (10-4-1, 4 KOS) va Wilberth Lopez (21-9, 15 KOS) will have a chance to showcase their incredible tenacity and talent in front of their own families, friends and Tucson fans.

 

 

 

Olvera, who has had trouble finding opponents, has faced top competition since turning pro. In his second fight, he went the distance with Ivan Baranchyk, currently unbeaten at 19-0. Olvera’s trail of upsets includes a 2005 unanimous decision over previously unbeaten Ryan “Cowboy” Karl and another over Chicago’s Genaro Mendez.

 

 

 

Lopez, who knocked out Phoenix’s Keenan Carbajal in his professional debut in 2013, has gone on to fight stiff competition across the country. He was the first to take World Super Bantamweight Champion Isaac Dogboe the distance when they met in 2014. Three years later, Lopez upset Jose Roman (24-2-1, 16 KOS), via unanimous decision in Roman’s backyard. Lopez’s southpaw style and reach kept Roman at bay and earned him the win.

 

 

 

“This is a fight between two highly skilled, local fighters who have never had the benefit of hand-picked opponents and hometown decisions,” - dedi Rosado. “This fight will be one of the best Arizona has seen in years. The card is stacked with Tucson talent. Engil Junior Jensen Ramirez (5-2-3, 1 KO) makes returns against Jesus Arevalo (2-3), and Tucson junior welterweight Kristofer Gonsales (2-0) will make his return to the Old Pueblo after securing his second win in Phoenix earlier this year. Mike Martinez, Emmanuel Guajardo, Nicholas Rhoads, Judas Estrada va Breenan Macias round out the eight-bout card.

 

 

 

Casino Del Sol has hosted boxing events since 2003, and has become a premier destination for boxing in Southern Arizona. Fernando Vargas, Mia Sit.
