LAMANNA of Millville, New Jersey will compete in a bout scheduled for eight-rounds.
The 25 year-old LaManna has a record of 22-2 s devíti vykrojení.
This will be LaManna’s 5th appearance at The Claridge, and 15th start in Atlantic City.
“I have something big planned for the rest of 2017, but I have to handle Velasquez first. I’m talking meaningful titles against meaningful names. I want to keep fighting guys with the experience this way going in to another big fight, I know I’ll be 100%.,” řekl LAMANNA

“After Thomas gets through this fight, We will are going to be looking for a regional title belt in one of the the four recognized organizations. If we win that and defend that a couple of times and move through the ratings of the sanctioning bodies, Thomas can earn himself a world title shot,” said Vinny LaManna.
Velasquez of Managua, Nicaragua has a record of 24-28-2 s 15 průchodky.

After suffering his first professional defeat to undefeated middleweight prospect Antoine Douglas, LaManna ripped off five consecutive victories that was highlighted by by a 4th round stoppage over Kendal Mena (20-3).

Atlantic City, NJ (Dubna 25, 2017)–This Past Sobota, Keenan Smith stopped Edgar Gabejan in round seven of their scheduled eight round super lightweight bout that headlined a six bout card at The Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City.
The show was promoted by GH3 Promotions and D and D Management.
Smith dominated the action, as Gabejan was reduced to lunging holding and even went to the canvas several times for slips. Smith was able to score a knockdown in round seven from a flurry of punches. Smith was fully in control and stepped on the gas in the seventh, as he dropped Gabejan for a second time from a flurry of body punches. Gabejan got to his feet, but he had taken enough punishment and the fight was stopped at 1:43.
Smith of Philadelphia is now 11-0 s pěti vykrojení. Gabejan of the Philippines is 27-34-7.

Kenneth Sims, Jr. remained undefeated by stopping Israel Villela in round three of their scheduled six-round super lightweight bout.

Sims got the call to take a “Stay Busy” boj, before he steps back up later in the Summer.
“I found out about this fight three weeks ago. It is not a big deal, I already had been sparring, so I am in good shape and ready for Saturday,” said Sims.
In Villela, Sims has seen little, but not a lot of his opponent, but he will be ready for anything that Villela will bring to the ring.
“I saw a few Youtube videos, but I did not see a lot to get to a feel for him. But I am an experienced fighter, and I just have to fight my fight. I am not underestimating him, and I know he will be trying to win.”
In the fight with Robles, Sims fought well throughout, and gave a brief critique of his performance.
“I looked over the last fight, and I looked better watching it on television then I thought I did in the ring. S tím bylo řečeno, I know I have things to work on, and I could have looked better.”
Sims is looking for a big performance v sobotu that will be a prelude to a busy Summer.

Atlantic City, NJ (Březen 13, 2017)–Letos Sobota noc, welterweight Anthony “Juice” Young registered his 5th consecutive victory as he won an 8-round unanimous decision that highlighted a 7- bout card at The Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City.
The card was promoted by Rising promotions, which staged it’s 7th consecutive card in front of a capacity crowd at The Claridge.
“It’s bitter sweet knowing this was my last event. This show was a great way to end the #ACFightNight series. Awesome crowd, great fights and dramatic endings. It’s now time for me to focus on my fighting career and continue my path to become a world champion,” said Thomas LaManna of Rising Promotions.
Young controlled action against the tough veteran, and Young was able to win in shutout fashion by scores of 80-72 na všech kartách.

Atlantic City, NJ (Březen 10, 2017)–Welterweight Anthony “Juice” Mladý bude mít na Samuel Amoako tuto sobotu noc na Claridge Hotel v Atlantic City.

Mladý, 15-2 with six knockouts of Atlantic City will be looking for his 5th consecutive victory when he takes on Amoko (21-13, 14 KO) Accra, Ghana.
Amoako turned professional in 2005 with a victory over contender Albert Mensah (9-2-1). Amoako, 32 years-old is the former WBO African Lightweight champion Lightweight champion.
Amoako is coming off a 4-round unanimous decision loss to Sam Teah on 6. srpna in Bristol, PA.
“My training is good. It’s fight week, so I am just maintaining weight. I had a good camp working on my footwork. I sparred with Danny Garcia,” řekl Young.
The transition to Amoako was easy, as he was already sparring orthodox fighters, even thought original opponent Rogelio Casarez was a southpaw.
“I was sparring right handers anyway, and when Amoako came in, it was no big deal with the switch of the opponent.”
Ve svém posledním záchvatu, Young was dominating James Robinson until the final round when he got caught and eventually knocked down. Young was able to get out of the round and hang on for the victory on January 20th.
“I leaned it’s boxing, and one punch can change the fight. I need to stay sharp for the whole fight and not get lackadaisical.”
In now his 18th bout, Young is taking a minor step up against a veteran who has fought 201 professional rounds.
“This is my first official 8-round bout. I plan to put on a great performance for the fans. I am grateful for Rising promotions. They gave me a opportunity to fight in front of my fans, and I am looking for them to keep it going.”
