An exceptional athlete who was highly regarded in track and field as a teenager, the 26-year-old turned pro in 2013. After a successful career in the Cuban amateur program, Frometa turned pro in 2015 and has fought out of Quito, Эквадор. The 27-year-old is unbeaten having fought three times in the U.S. in addition to bouts in Ecuador and the Dominican Republic. Frometa has been busy with six wins in 2016 including a stoppage of Antonio Rodriguez in his last contest.
