Combate Americas and Tuff-N-Uff will be making their east coast debuts at the Turning Stone Events Center on Friday, October 14th. Combate-Americas, den første US. Hispanic MMA sports franchise, will present a six-fight card, while Las Vegas-based Tuff-N-Uff will present six amateur fights.

Following six successful years, Operation Knockout continues to grow in size and finds a new home in Downtown Las Vegas.
