32-year-old power puncher McCaskill hails from St. لويس, but now lives in Chicago and trains under Rick Ramos. The first woman to ever sign a promotional agreement with Warriors Boxing, the popular slugger has earned her fan-favorite status with a series of UIC Pavilion barn burners.
She was last seen in April at the previous Windy City Fight Night, scoring an exciting unanimous decision over then 4-1 Brenda Gonzales.
“Jessica McCaskill has earned her place in our promotional stable and deserves to be making history as the first woman to headline a boxing event in Illinois,” said Warriors Boxing President Leon Margules. “She is a crowd-pleasing slugger who loves to mix it up. We’ve got her in a tough test against Bradford and I know it’ll be exciting to watch.”

Warriors Boxing proudly announces the signing of Chicago-based bantamweight prospect Shawn Simpson to a promotional agreement.
23-year-old Simpson (4-0, 2 كوس) will make his promotional debut under the Warriors banner at their next Windy City Fight Night, المقرر ل الجمعة, أبريل 28, 2017, في جناح UIC في شيكاغو.
Simpson will face Mexico’s Jose Elizondo (2-2) in a six-round match-up.
Before turning professional in 2015, Simpson was a heavily decorated amateur boxer. Looking to try different after-school sports, he walked into a gym at age nine.
“By age 13, I started getting good and by 15, I was winning national tournaments,” recounted Simpson. “كنت 2012 بديل الأولمبية. “A year from now, with my skill level, I should be ready for a big fight. I don’t think I’ll need the development time other fighters need. I fought all the top guys in the amateurs. I had a fight in the World Series of Boxing with a fighter as tough as anybody fighting for a world title right now. 2008 Bantamweight Olympic Bronze Medalist, Veaceslav Gojan from Moldova. وكان 30 years old and we fought twice, and each won one. If he was a pro he’d be in the top of the division. If I can beat him, I can beat any of them.”

26-year-old Ramiro Carrillo has been very impressive in his undefeated 11-fight run as a professional, حتى الآن. Designed to showcase the best of Chicago’s up-and-coming talent, this WCFN will feature undefeated super welterweight Achour Esho taking on the always tough Anthony Abbruzzese for the ABO Regional Jr. Middleweight Championship in the night’s eight-round main event.
“I’m super excited to fight again and showcase my talent,” said Achour Esho. “I love fighting and I’m stoked I’m in the main event again. Who wouldn’t be? My opponent is a hometown fighter whom I respect very much and am not taking lightly. He’s fought several undefeated fighters and gone the distance. He also knows me and is going to come out and try to prove himself. Let’s do this! Winner goes home with the title and belt!”

Headlining the first Windy City Fight Night in four years will be super lightweight Ramiro “شرم وبيتو” كاريو (11-0, 7 كوس) and super welterweight Achour Esho (11-0, 7 كوس) in eight-round (كاريو) and six-round (Esho) bouts against opponents to be announced.
“I’m very happy and excited to be fighting in the co-main event. I’ve fought in several Windy City Fight Nights and had some great fights. I’m eager to get that rush back that I felt going to war in Chicago in front of my hometown family and friends. This is why I came back to boxing. I want to have big, exciting fights,” said Achour Esho.
“I’ve been working very hard for a long time and I’m happy it’s finally coming true. I’ve been dreaming about fighting in a main event in my hometown and it’s finally here. It’s my time to shine. I have a lot of family friends and fans coming out to watch me,” said Ramiro Carrillo.
