BROOKLYN (Dezember 30, 2015) – A full night of hard-hitting preliminary action comes to Barclays Center onSamstag, Januar 16 in an event headlined by two heavyweight world title fights live on SHOW TIME (10 p.m. UND/7 p.m. UND).
The stacked undercard features popular former world champion Amanda Serrano (26-1-1, 19 KOs) fighting in her hometown against Ghana’s Helen Joseph (12-3-1, 7 KOs) in a 10-round bout for the WBO Featherweight World Championship while unbeaten Notre Dame alum Mike Lee (15-0, 9 KOs) enters the ringin an eight-round cruiserweight fight against an opponent to be announced and unbeaten Polish heavyweight Adam Kownacki (12-0, 10 KOs) Gesichter Danny Kelly (9-1-1, 8 KOs) in einem Acht-Runden-Kampf.

In a card already stacked with international talent with Szpilka and Glazkov, unbeaten Polish middleweight
Maciec Sulecki (21-0, 6 KOs) takes on Ghana’s Isaac Tordjro Selom (21-5-1, 14 KOs) in a 10-round bout while Brooklyn-based Ukrainian prospect Ivan Golub (9-0, 7 KOs) competes in an eight-round welterweight attraction and fellow Ukrainian Ramil Gadzhiev (1-0, 1 KO), now living in Boca Raton, Fla., and training with John David Jackson, Gesichter Botirsher Obidov (3-0-1, 1 KO)of Kissimmee, Fla., in a four-round middleweight scrap.
Adding to the local flavor and rounding out the card are a pair of Brooklyn natives. Twenty-six-year old Carlos Gongora (3-0, 2 KOs) from Ecuador competes in a six-round light heavyweight battle and 19-year-old Mexican Julian Sosa (3-0-1, 1 KO) will be featured in a four-round junior welterweight affair.
A former world champion in the junior lightweight and lightweight divisions, Serrano will look to add a third world title belt to the legacy that has already made her a popular fighter in her native Brooklyn. A New York Golden Gloves champion, she turned pro in 2009 and was undefeated in her first 15 Kämpfe. The 27-year-old traveled to Argentina in 2014 to win her lightweight world title via a sixth-round knockout of Maria Elena Maderna. A two-time New York Golden Gloves champion, Kownacki had a big 2015, notching four victories including knockouts of Maurenzo Smith and Randy Easton. Born in Lomza, Polen, the 26-year-old now calls Brooklyn home. He is opposed by the 24-year-old D.C.-native Kelly, who has won three fights in a row.

BROOKLYN (Dezember. 22, 2015) – Four heavyweights will meet in two world title fights for one history-making night in Brooklyn.

Undefeated heavyweight challengers Charles Martin und Vyacheslav Glazkov will battle for the vacant IBF World Championship on Samstag, Jan. 16, bei Barclays Center, weiterleben SHOW TIME®. Glazkov vs. Martin joins the previously announced main event featuring undefeated WBC Heavyweight World Champion Deontay Wilder (35-0, 34 KOs), von Tuscaloosa, Ala., making the third defense of his title against confident Arthur Pin (20-1, 15 KOs), von Wieliczka, Polen.

Two-time world champion Steve “USS” Cunningham signs with Al Haymon

Philadelphia (April 21, 2015)–Former two-time world cruiserweight champion and current Heavyweight contender, Steve “USS” Cunningham has signed with adviser Al Haymon.
Cunningham of Philadelphia is excited about the prospects for his future.
“I’m looking forward to working with Al, he’s a genius at what he does. I’ve been watching him for several years and seeing all that he accomplishes for his fighters but have always been on the outside looking in due to contractual obligations. It finally lined up to where we can work together and it’s going to great. I believe my best fights have yet to be seen,”sagte Cunningham
Cunningham has a record of 28-7 mit 13 Knockouts. He won the IBF Cruiserweight championship when he traveled to Poland and defeated Krzysztof Wlodarczyk on May 26, 2007. He defended the title by stopping Marco Huck via 12th round stoppage in Bielfield, Germany on December 29, 2007. Cunningham became a two-time champion on June 5, 2010 when he stopped Troy Ross in five rounds.
Cunningham is coming off a controversial split decision defeat to Vyacheslav Glazkov on März 14 in Montreal.
Steve and his wife/manager Livvy will be honored an diesem Freitag night at the 90th annual BWAA Awards dinner as they will receive the Bill Crawford Courage Award for their perseverance while their 9-year old daughter Kennedy went through a life saving heart transplant last December.
The awards dinner will take place at Capitale in New York City.

Das Fernsehpublikum sah, dass Cunningham kontrollierte den Kampf und aus landete Vyacheslav Glazkov in acht der zwölf Runden mit Jabs als praktisch selbst und Cunningham Landung mehr Macht Schüsse in Höhe von 123-84.
In Summe, Cunningham aus warf Glazkov durch 208 Schläge und landete ihn aus 180-144 über die zwölf Runden-Kampf.
“Die Nummern, die Wahrnehmung, die Video, nichts davon liegt,” sagte Cunningham.
“Schauen Sie sich die Statistik. Schauen Sie sich sein Gesicht. Der Mann spuckte dreimal sein Mundstück aus, weil er wirklich keine Antwort darauf hatte, was ich ihm angetan hatte. Ich habe ihn am Körper verletzt. Seine Ecke bat ihn sogar, dass er in der letzten Runde einen Knockout brauchte, um mich zu schlagen. Irgendwie gaben ihm zwei Richter acht Runden und ein anderer sieben. Warum sich die Mühe machen zu kämpfen, wenn dieses Zeug passieren wird?? Ich habe ihn überarbeitet, Sie brachte ihn und schlugen ihn in allen Varianten möglich. Er galt als der Puncher, der in den Kampf kam, aber im Verlauf des Kampfes war es ich, der ihn nach unten führte, um ihn zum Kampf zu bringen.”
“Wann werden die Fans müde von all den schlechten Entscheidungen? Was können die Kämpfer dagegen tun?? Es müssen die Fans sein, die das Geld bezahlen. Schau dir meinen Rückkampf mit Tomasz Adamek und jetzt diesen Kampf an.
