The preliminary bout card will be highlighted by a lightweight (155 funti) contest between hard-hitting Rodrigo “Kazula” Vargas (9-2) of Mexico City will collide with seasoned battler Mike “El Cucuy” De La Torre (14-8 (1)) San Diego, Kalifornija, U.S.
