Ao ny tena zava-nitranga, Thomas LaManna maka amin'ny Kendal Mena in a eight round welterweight bout.
Davis of nearby Mays Landing, New Jersey is not the typical fighter who has dreams of winning a world heavyweight title, but he has bigger plans to help mold the youth of the Jersey Shore area as being a role model.
To say Davis is an all-around athlete is an understatement.
The Buena High School all-time leading rusher in football, was a 48th round draft pick of the Florida Marlins and spent three years in their minor league system.
When getting the itch to play football again, Davis bagged baseball and began playing football at Hudson Valley College in upstate New York.
After a few years of figuring out his next move, Davis took up boxing.
tamin'ny 6'3″ary 250 lbs, Davis took up the sweet science at the age of 34.
After eight amateur fights (record of 5-3), Davis turned professional by fighting a four round draw with Willie Harvey on August 15, 2015.
Davis got into the win column with a 26 second knockout over Santario Holdbrooks on Desambra 5 at The Claridge.
“Izao dia izao, I am getting by with my natural athletic ability. I do not know all of the ins and outs of boxing, but I have toughness and have been learning on the job,” Said Davis.
There has been a lot of improvement since I have started
In Morley, he is facing a durable guy, that has gone the distance in his first two outings.
I just know he is shorter and heavier then me. He is from Philadelphia, so that alone, I know he is a tough guy.
Davis is even more honest when it comes to his ceiling as a fighter.
My goal is to fight as long as the sport wants me. I want to have fights that will build my resume and give me the credibility to become a trainer for all athletes. I would like to instill what I know and my experiences with baseball, football and now boxing and become an all-around trainer and role model. There are people needed in the community that should be mentoring kids coming up and I feel that I can be that guy around here.
I want to thank my supporters. I am humbled that they spend their hard earned money to come see fight, and I am so appreciative of that.

Rainone has a record of 24-7-1 with with five knockouts has long been a fan favorite in the Empire state, and the fight with Chalmers will fulfill a venue that has been on the 36 year-old’s bucket list.
I have fought in Madison Square Garden, Yankee Stadium, The Legendary Blue Horizon and Las Vegas. I have been wanting to fight in Atlantic City for a long time and Saturday it finally happens,” said Rainone.
What makes Rainone’s career even more fascinating is that he works a full-time job overnight working for Hilton Hotels in the accounting the department.
That makes for long days, working until the early morning, getting just a few hours of sleep and then going to the gym before his overnight shift.
I have not had a day off in seven weeks, but I will be ready to go amin'ny sabotsy alina. I have had pretty good training and sparring. Now I am just maintaining my weight
In Chalmers, he is facing a veteran who has a record of 14-12-1 amin'ny valo knockouts. Chalmers has knocked off three undefeated fighters, but Rainone is confident that his skills and preparation will be enough to get his hand raised.
I have seen him once in person. He defeated an undefeated guy and he was very aggressive that night. I have seen other fight’s where he sits back and is a counter puncher. I prepare for anything.
Since turning professional in 2006, Rainone has been an instant fan favorite, and he feels he owes a lot of support to the many supporters who have stuck by him through his whole career.
Without a fan base, you don’t get fights. I will have 100 or so fans down in Atlantic City. I owe everything to them.

I always put on a good fight, but I am relate able. After the fights, I hang out with everybody. I am humble and I show the fans how much I appreciate him.

Rainone came up just short in that fight, but Rainone wanted to test himself against the former world champion.
That fight was a tall order. Ishe is the bigger man and a former world champion. I am not a junior middleweight. I tried very hard and I knew if I had won that fought, I would have been ranked in the top-ten.
Rainone is only planning to fight another couple of years and he still has the goals of every fighter, but he is taking his career fight by fight.
The goal is one fight at a time. I am excited to fight in Atlantic City. I want to fight at Barclays Center and again in Madison Square Square Garden as well fighting for a title back in Atlantic City.
I have done this the hard way throughout my career. I do not know who has done it the way I have. I have done this on my own without any alliance or any promoter and I am very proud what I have accomplished and I still have more to do.

Las Vegas (Desambra 18) – The “forcewas with Cuban star and newly crowned lightweight world champion Rances Barthelemy (24-0, 13 Kos) as he won a 12-round unanimous decision over Russian southpaw Denis Shafikov (36-2-1, 19 Kos) in the headlining bout of the final Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) amin'ny Spike fight card of 2015. The four-fight telecast, which was supported by non-televised fights featuring some of Mayweather Promotions’ fiakaran'ny kintana, took place at the Pearl at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.
Coming off of a luxury world tour, Floyd Mayweather returned stateside and sat ringside as promoter of tonight’s fights. The recently retired five-division world champion, who also learned today he was selected asSports Sary Fighter ao amin'ny Taona, was animated and engaged through the final bell of the evening.
Ny tena hetsika, which started off as a close toe-to-toe battle, ended in the Barthelemy’s favor as he swept the latter quarter of the bout. Shafikov controlled the beginning of the fight, staying in the pocket and throwing more powerful punches than Barthelemy as the Cuban had a difficult time adjusting to the significantly shorter, yet stronger, style of Shafikov.
The turning point of the fight occurred when a cut caused by a punch by Barthelemy opened up above Shafikov’s right eye in the eighth round. The blood began to poor furiously and referee Vic Drakulich called the ringside doctor over to inspect the cut. When the fight resumed, Barthelemy attacked the Russian’s eye and never let up for the remainder of the fight. He took advantage of the cut and coupled it with his height and reach advantage which led to a recipe for success as he is now a two-division world champion. The judges saw the bout 119-109 ary 116-112 indroa.
There were moments where I was trapped into my style of fighting. It took me a minute to adjust to Shafikov’s style and exchange punches with him,” Said Barthelemy. “I’m really happy with the number of punches I was able to get off.
I was really impressed with Shafiov’s warrior style. He never gave up even after getting hurt with punches that were affecting his fight. That really caught me by surprise and also that he was able to last the whole fight. The fact that he continued really says something about him as a fighter.
I’m not sure if I won the fight,” Said Shafikov. “I’m very disappointed and I want a rematch.
The co-main event saw a bizarre ending to what was to be a cruiserweight elimination bout. Detroit southpawIsiah Thomas (15-0, 6 Kos) was winning the fight on all three judgesscorecards through round three when Russian power-puncher Murat “Iron” Gassiev (22-0, 16 Kos) threw accidental late blows to Thomashead after the bell. The punches forced referee Jay Nady to make the tough call that the punchesdiminished the valueof Thomasability to continue. As the fight had not yet gone four rounds, unified rules state that the fight does not go to the scorecards, thus ruling it a no contest.
Chris Pearson (16-1 11 Kos), a promising super welterweight from Dayton, Ohio put his previously undefeated record on the line against fellow unbeaten Eric Walker (12-0, 6 Kos) of Plaquemine, Louisiana in the second televised bout. Walker came out strong, dominating the early rounds against Pearson, another member of the stable of rising stars from Mayweather Promotions. A wobbled Pearson persevered and attempted to turn the tide in an action-packed fifth round with a series of head shots.

The seventh round saw both fighters exchanging a brutal barrage of punches culminating with a fast-paced eighth and final round drawing a standing ovation from the crowd. The underdog Walker, who spent 13 years in Dixon Correctional Institute in Louisiana, scored a unanimous decision victory (79-71, 78-74, 80-72) winning the biggest fight of his life in front of a captivated national TV audience.

If you believe in God and work hard at what you’re doing, you’re going to succeed,” Hoy Walker. “Look at me now.
I had watched his previous fights and knew that my right hand would be too much for him and that I could land it anytime,” continued Walker. “My conditioning was really the difference tonight. I was in great shape and I was able to rely on that when the going got tough.

Pearson was disappointed in the decision and was left wanting a rematch.

I take my hat off to him,” said Pearson. “His punches were crisp and hard. I just couldn’t get going on anything consistently. I thought it was closer than the judgesscorecards and I definitely want a rematch as soon as possible.

Ao amin'ny fiandohan'ny bout ny hariva, one of boxing’s fast rising stars, Gervonta “Ilay tokana” Davis (14-0, 13 Kos) out of Baltimore put his undefeated record on the line against Mexico’s Luis Sanchez (17-5-1, 5 Kos) in a lightweight clash.

Davis, a 21-year-old protégé of Mayweather, lived up to his reputation as a budding superstar scoring a hard-fought ninth round knockout victory. Sanchez showed his toughness and resiliency as he forced Davis to fight three rounds longer than any fight of his career.Davis showed his speed and power in the eighth round as he landed an uppercut to knock down his determined opponent. In the ninth round, he threw a massive left hand to finish Sanchez, sending Mayweather to his feet in celebration.

It felt great to fight all of these rounds and get the work in,” Said Davis. “He’s a tough fighter and I learned a great deal tonight. It was a very good experience for me.
I just listened to my corner and Floyd, took my time and broke him down. I want to fight again as soon as possible for a world title.
Mayweather, who was very pleased with Davisperformance, sees the young undefeated fighter’s future as bright.
It’s always good to go out there and get the W,” Hoy Mayweather. “Izy ny tanora. He’s still learning. We’re looking forward to him being a world champion some day.
Mayweather relished in the opportunity to promote one of the final fights of the year in his hometown of Las Vegas saying, “I’m so happy we were able to showcase on national television some of the talented fighters we have at Mayweather Promotions. Handresy na very, I am proud of all of them.
More importantly I want to wish everyone Happy Holidays and thank for them supporting me, Mayweather Promotions and The Money Team throughout all of these years. I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.

Tena zava-dehibe, dia ny mikendry ny hanohy hamafa ny ahiahy rehetra mikasika ny ho avy ho toy ny contender amin'ny 160 kilao. Douglas dia nahazo roa ao amin'ny andalana satria ny mafy ady totohondry-niady 10-manodidina amin'ny maro an'isa teo aloha antsapaka tontolo izao lohateny ChallengerMichel Soro (23-1-1 mandeha amin'ny) farany Jolay 25 amin'ny ShoBox.

Ireto ny zavatra tsy maintsy hoe Douglas araka izay manomana ho breakout 2015:

Ahoana no hoe ny asa no mitranga?
“Ny asa lehibe mandeha hatramin'izao. Tena afa-po aho tamin'ny haingana ny asa. Tsara aho izay te-ho eo amin'ny toerany sy ho an'ny taona lehibe iray.”

Ary tsy misy aminareo no nandondona teo ho matihanina. No manantena ny hiovan'izany amin'ny Martsa 13?
“Tena tsy manantena na inona na inona mandeha an-ady. Fotsiny aho te-hitafy fampisehoana lehibe, ary hitafy ny ady mafy. Omeo azy ny rehetra.”

Efa niatrika ny fanoherana henjana ho toy ny mpanohana. Ahoana no mijanona voafantina sy tsy mijery ny lasa mpanohitra?
“Izany no ady totohondry sy ny fanatanjahan-tena iray dia afaka manova na inona na inona totohondriny ady. Izay mety ho mpiady manana ny fahaizany ny hanisy ratsy ahy tsy hadinoko na iza na iza. LaManna dia undefeated. Mandroso izy very na oviana na oviana, ka lasa tsy afaka mijery azy. Na inona na inona mety hitranga ao teo.”

Inona no zavatra fantatrao momba ny LaManna ary inona no ady ve manantena?
“Fantatro fa ny tsara ary manana lava be takatry. Tena tsy mahalala izay hitranga. Fantatro fa mitady hanidy ny mba miezaka ny hijanona eo amin'ny fiarovan-toerana. Mila manararaotra izany satria nandeha ny fanafihana.”

Rehefa avy izay efa nandresy hatramin'ny mbola kely, no mihevitra ny tenanao ho sisa velona? Nanao ady totohondry afa anao?
“Dia tsy mihevitra ny tenako fotsiny sisa velona. Mihevitra ny tenako aho ho mpiady. Be dia be aho mba hiady ho amin'ny fahatanorako. Ady totohondry nanampy ahy hahazo ny alalan 'ny olana. Nanome ahy amin'ny fampianarana sy ny fananarana. Manodidina ny taona 14 Tena nifehy ny fiainako ary lasa olona. Dia nahatsapa ho nilaiko mba hitondra tena toy ny olona.

“Fony aho tao an-trano ny Foster ao amin'ny 14, ny mpiambina roa nisara-dia aho tao amin'ny toerana izay ilaina mba hanapa-kevitra ny misafidy izay lalana mba hidina. Dia tsy ho any amin'ny toerana aho androany raha tsy manao ny fanapahan-kevitra aho, nanao. Nisy ny olona manodidina ahy tsy mba manoro ahy tamin'ny lalana marina, Aho amin'ny eritreritro izy. Raha nisy ny olona izay manohana ny ahy, Tsy nanantena izany. Aho tao amin'ny toerana izay aho manao fotsiny ny fanapahan-kevitra ho an'ny tenako.”

Fahazoana lehibe eto – ny reniny dia tany sy avy amin'ny fiainanao nihalehibe. Inona no mihazona anao, ka tsy mivadika aminy, rehefa zava-drehetra ianao amin 'ny alalan naha?
“Azoko tsara ny hoe mandeha amin'ny alalan'ny zavatra rehetra eo amin'ny fiainany. Mora ny milaza azy ireo izay tokony hataony. Mitaky be ny hametraka ny avonavona kely mba ho fiheverana ny olona izay mandalo. Maro loatra ny olona ny tenany aloha ny olon-kafa. Noraisiko indray ny dingana, ary tsapako fa ny zava-drehetra mitranga noho ny antony, ary mijery ny fomba Hay ankehitriny. Neny sy Izaho dia fifandraisana izao satria aho fahatakarana ny zava-misy sy tsy haka na inona na inona izy nanao fanahy iniana, na mihevitra fa izany mitarika mankamin'ny ahy.”

Inona no nianaranao avy ny farany ShoBox miady oharina Soro)?. No mihevitra izany ho toy ny tsara na ratsy?
“Izaho mihevitra ny ady amin'ny Soro ho toy ny tsara. Amin'izany ady azoko an-lanja, ny kely indrindra Efa tamin'ny kelikely. Aho amin'ny 155 fa tsy ny mahazatra lanjan'ny 160. Alatsaka, ny kilao tena nisy fiantraikany lehibe eo amin'ny ady sy tonga saina aho middleweight aho, ary hahazo aina amin'ny 160.”

Fa ny ady Soro dia nantsoina hoe maro an'isa antsapaka — dia fa ny fahadisoam-panantenana ho anareo? Inona no nianaranao avy izany?
“Izany fahadisoam-panantenana lehibe ho ahy ny mahazo antsapaka, fantatsika ankehitriny fa tsy mba handeha misy kely noho 160. Izay no zava-dehibe indrindra dia nianatra amin'izany ady. Misy zavatra toy izany koa fa toy ny hoe famaizana. Ireo olona nahatsikaritra ny mahia aho ho an'izany ady, fa ho famaizana mpiady aho tapa-kevitra ny hanao lanja. Be dia be ny mpanohitra tsy nandray izany ady nefa afaka fa te hanararaotra. Noheveriko fa fanapahan-kevitra tsara amin'ny fotoana, fa nianatra lesona sarobidy.”

Nandondòna ankizilahy ianao no afany avy amin'ny ady ShoBox voalohany (Jan. 17, 2014, oharina Marquis Davis) sy ny reniko nangalatra ny fampisehoana amin'ny endrika farany. Inona no anananao miandry mpijery amin'ny Martsa 13?
“Ny tiako hambara, Mikasa fotsiny aho fa ny ady mafy. Izay ihany no afaka manome antoka. Aho fa tsy ny finoanoam-poana iray [Zoma Ny faha-13]. Afaka manome antoka fotsiny dia ho ny ady mafy.”

Inona no hery lehibe indrindra? No tadiavinao sa ny knockout Mino ve ianao afaka mandeha 10 fihodinana sy hahazo ny fandresena izany?
“Mino aho fa afaka Bang ho 10 fihodinana, fa miankina amin'ny rehetra ny mpanohitra. Misy ry zalahy no matanjaka ampy izay afaka mandeha ny feno 10 fihodinana. I hiditra sy miezaka ampitondraina ny tena habetsaky ny fahasimbana avy amin'ny fanokafana lakolosy.
