DAMIEN “LE SUCRE” VAZQUEZ WANTS TO LOCK HORNS WITH ROMAN “CHOCOLATITO” GONZALEZ

LAS VEGAS, Nevada (Juillet 18, 2018) – Undefeated Las Vegas native, 21-ans Damien “Sucre” Vazquez (14-0, 7 KOs), wants to get in the ring with Romain “Chocolatito” Gonzalez (46-2, 38 KOs), when he makes his return to the ring, rumored to be on the undercard of Canelo vs. GGG sur Septembre 15, 2018.

 

 

 

Vazquez is the younger brother of former three-time super bantamweight world champion, Israel Vázquez. He’s been making noise in the lower weight classes since he captured the NABF Junior Flyweight Title as a teenager, à l'âge 17. Before turning pro, Vazquez compiled an impressive record of (83-3, 46 KOs), unheard of in the amateurs. Vazquez is currently rated WBA #14, putting him in position to land a big fight, possibly a dream bout with Roman Gonzalez.

Maryan Salazar (8-2) picked up a unanimous decision over Joselyn Casilla Martinez (4-3-1) to capture the WBC FECOMBOX light flyweight title. Salazar dominated this bout from start to finish to claim the title. Scorecards lus 98-92, 98-91, 99-91 all in favor of Salazar.

AGUASCALIENTES, MX (Avril 30, 2018) – Super middleweight prospect, Humberto “Tito” Velazco (19-1-1, 13 KOs), qui est promu par Promotions de sucre, is taking heat from the Government of Mexico for pulling out of his scheduled fight with Devis Caceres (24-8, 19 KOs), that was supposed to take place this past Saturday in Aguascalientes, MX.

“We have programs here in Mexico that are funded by the government of Mexico in Aguascalientes,” dit Dr. Lorenzo Soboranes Maya, director of Latino public relations for Sugar Promotions in Mexico. “One of which was this weekend’s “Feria de Campeones” boxing event that took place at the Plaza de Toros San Marcos arena. After signing the contract, Velazco pulled out of the fight, leaving everyone involved scrambling for a replacement. This kind of conduct will not be tolerated, and legal action will be addressed. Velazco will be prosecuted by the full extent of the law, and he is not welcome to fight in this city ever again.”

 

 

 

“As Velazco’s promoter, I did everything on my end to get him a shot at the vacant WBC Silver Super Middleweight Title,” dit Oscar Vazquez, CEO of Sugar Promotions. “We came to an agreement on what his purse would be, he signed the contract, and then pulled out of the fight in the final days leading up to the fight. I have Velazco under contract. Velazco, who hails from Aguascalientes, will face Columbian power puncher, Davis Caceres(25-8, 20 KOs), in a 10-round main event bout, for the vacant WBC Silver Super Middleweight title. AGUASCALIENTES, MX (Février 19, 2018) – Ce passé Samedi, au Centre Don Haskins à El Paso, TX, Promotions de sucre light-heavyweight prospect, Humberto “Tito” Velazco (19-1-1, 14 KOs), scored the knockout of the night, contre Thomas “Top Dog” Williams Jr. (20-4, 14 KOs).
Velazco, who hails from Aguascalientes, Mexique, rallied from an early first round knockdown, which was more of an off-balance circumstance. Velazco wasn’t hurt and evened the score in the second round with his own knockdown, catching Williams with a short right to the face, a punch he didn’t see coming. Williams survived the round but was walking on wobbly legs. Now in a rhythm, Velazco’s timing was on point as he sent Williams to the deck for the second time in round three, this time hurting him badly with combination of punches. Williams survived once again only to be stopped in round four when Velazco, a heavy-handed southpaw, blasted him with a straight left, forcer l'arbitre à arrêter le combat à la 1:37 marque.

AGUASCALIENTES, MX (Décembre 11, 2017) – Prince Ranch de boxe is happy to announce the signing of super-middleweight Humberto Torres (18-1-1, 12 KOs) and undefeated female bantamweight Cristina Mora (6-0-2, 4 KOs), who both hail from Aguascalientes, Mexique. The duo also signed promotional agreements with Damien Vazquez’ Promotions de sucre.

Sugar Promotions LLC, will promote the 8-fight card titled “Nouveau sang”, with Issac “Canelito” Avelar fighting for the WBC FECOMBOX Featherweight title in the 10-round main-event. Damien “Sucre” Vazquez will be fighting in the 8-round co-main event. All fighters will have opponents TBA.
