Ivan Baranchyk ready for world title this Saturday against Anthony Yigit as part of WBSS in New Orleans

NEW YORK (Oktober 26, 2018) –Undefeated Ivan Baranchyk (18-0, 11 KOS) is destined to become a world champion when he takes on Anthony Yigit in a fight for the vacant IBF Junior Welterweight title as part of the WBSS, Saturday night in New Orleans (DAZN, 8 pm ET).

Baranchyk of Miami, Oklahoma via Russia is one of the most exciting fighters in the world as he is a come-forward fighter who likes to throw hard power shots.

In Yigit (21-0-1, 7 KOS), Baranchyk is facing a boxer from Sweden, who will be looking to stand in the way of Baranchyk’s dream of becoming a world champion.

Baranchyk is looking to become the next world champion under the guidance of Split-T Management.

Split-T Management signs amateur standout Eric Puente to management deal

NEW YORK (September 7, 2018)–Boxing’s deepest management stable just got richer as Split-T Management is proud to announce the signing of amateur standout Eric Puente to an exclusive management deal.

 

 

 

Puente, 19 years old of Vista, California by way of Sinaloa, Mexico will campaign in the lightweight division.

 

 

 

Puente started boxing at the age of eight years-old by his father/trainer, John.

 

 

 

He went on to win the 2016 National Youth Open Championship, and was a member of Team USA. Puente was a favorite to be a member of the 2020 United States Olympic Team.

 

 

 

Puente, who stand 5’8likens his style to a cross between Danny Garcia and Yuriorkis Gamboa.

Undefeated Junior Middleweight Fred Wilson, Jr. in action TONIGHT in Pittsburgh

NEW YORK (August 10, 2018)–Undefeated Junior Middleweight prospect, Fred Wilson, Jr. (6-0, 2 KOS) returns to action when he takes on James Robinson in a six-round bout at The Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh.

Split-T Management Fighters go 6-For-6 this past weekend

NEW YORK (Juli 31, 2018)–Lørdag aften, six members of Split-T Management scored terrific victories over three cards across the country.
In Kissimmee, Florida, 2016 US. Olympian, Antonio Vargas gik til 7-0 with a six-round unanimous decision over Aaron Echeveste in a bantamweight bout.
Vargas boxed very well, and controlled the action with his aggressiveness and crisp punching to win by shutout scores of 60-54 på alle kortene.
Vargas, who was fighting in front of his hometown crowd performed well in the fight, which streamed live on ESPN +.
In Louisville, Kentucky, four fighters remained perfect with impressive victories.

Bocachica used hard combinations to the head and body. Bocachica ended things with one hard right hand hand to the chin, and Esqueda went down for the 10-count.

Joshua Temple stopped Alexander Brunson at 1:28 of the third round of their cruiserweight battle.
Temple dropped Brunson twice in the 2nd round, and for a 3rd and final time in round three. The ending came from left hook in the 3rd round, that dropped Brunson that caused the referee to stop the fight.
Temple of St. Louis now 7-0 med seks knockouts.
Isiah Steen remained undefeated by stopping Cameron Burroughs at 2:41 of round four of their middleweight bout.
Steen came out aggressive against the elusive Burroughs, who stayed out of harms-
way.

In the 4th round, Steen threw a pulverizing combination to body that hurt Burroughs, and then a follow-up overhand right dropped Burroughs. Burroughs got up on unsteady legs, forcing the ref to stop the bout.
Steen, 21 Cleveland, er nu 11-0 med ni knockouts.
Marquis Moore took a six-round unanimous decision over Demetrius Walker in a super middleweight bout.
Moore used angles speed when he decided to box, but became aggressive and landed a great percentage of his power shots. Walker, to his credit hung in there, but Moore’s boxing ability was just too much .
Moore of Colorado Springs is now 8-0.
In Columbus, Ohio, bantamweight contender Antonio Nieves stopped veteran Christian Esquivel in the 4th round of their scheduled eight-round bout.
Nieves of Cleveland, was making his first start since fighting for the super flyweight world title last September, dominated the action, and now will look for another major opportunity with a record of 18-2-2 med 10 knockouts.
We had another fantastic weekend, with all of our fighters not only winning, but they all looked great. Our undefeated prospects are progressing very nicely, and Antonio Nieves should be back in a big fight very soon,” said Split-T Management CEO, David McWater.

New York, NY (Juli 18, 2018)–It was a perfect weekend for Split-T Management, as six members of Boxing’s deepest management stable remained undefeated with impressive victories.
Teofimo Lopez announced himself to the lightweight division with an impressive 6th round stoppage over William Silva.
Kampen, which was the co-feature bout on ESPN, took place på lørdag night at The Lakefront Arena in New Orleans.
Despite breaking his hand, Lopez was dominating in taking out Silva, who came into the fight with a 25-1 rekord. Silva, who had never been knocked down in his career, hit the canvas three times, including the end which came 15 seconds into the 6th frame.
Lopez is now 10-0 med otte knockouts
2016 US. Olympian Charles Conwell (8-0, 6 KOS) was equally as impressive by stopping Travis Scott in the 2nd round of their junior middleweight bout.
In a bout which was supposed to be a step-up contest for Conwell, saw the undefeated Cleveland native land a perfect left hook to the body that sent Scott down for the ten-count in the 2nd stanza.
Undefeated and world ranked Erick de leon showed guts and heart to win a 10-round unanimous decision over Adrian Young in a super featherweight bout.
DeLeon dislocated his shoulder when he fell in the 1st round, and then came back to dominate and win the remaining nine rounds, with final scores of 98-91 og 97-92 to gange.
De Leon was able to fight on despite the severity of the shoulder injury which required hospitalization following the fight.

Anthony Barnes won a six-round majority decision over Dwayne Williams at The Motor City Casino in Barneshometown of Detroit.
Barnes is now 11-0.

Conwell came out in round by hurting Scott with a flurry of punches on the ropes. Conwell ended things with a perfect left hook to the body that sent Scott to a knee for the ten count at 1:34.

Teofimo Lopez shines with 6th round stoppage over William Silva in ESPN co-feature

NEW YORK (Juli 16, 2018)–Teofimo Lopez shined in a major step up bout as he dominated William Silva by scoring a 6th round stoppage in their lightweight bout that was the co-feature on ESPN.

The bout took place on Saturday night at the Lakefront Arena in New Orleans.

I runde én, Lopez dumped Silva with a left hook. Silva was bleeding from the nose, I runde fem, Lopez landed several hard hooks to the bloodied Silva, and then dumped Silva to the canvas in the corner.

Lopez came out in round six by landing three left hooks and a right that dropped Silva and the bout was called at 15 sekunder.

Silva who came in with a record of 25-1, and is only loss was to Felix Verdejo on HBO, had never been knocked down before the fighter known as “Gordo” dropped him three times.

Lopez is now 10-0 med 8 knockouts. Silva is 25-2.

I know everything is set up by the jab,” Said Lopez. “The jab is the most important punch. I was playing with his mind. I was setting him up by letting him get comfortable and then to land the big shot. I hurt my hands, early in the fight but you prepare yourself for the worst possible. I just put everyone on notice that I’m coming for those world title at 135lbs!”
