Split-T Management’s Raquel Miller wins WBA Interim Super Welterweight Championship

NEW YORK (November 26, 2019)–Saturday night in Quebec City, Split-T Management’s Raquel Miller captured the WBA Interim Super Welterweight world championship with a 10-round unanimous decision over Alma Ibarra.


Miller of San Francisco controlled the action and kept the previously undefeated Ibarra at bay and won by scores of 99-91 og 98-92 to gange.


Med sejren, the fighter known asPretty Beastraises her perfect mark to 10-0.


Miller could now look towards bouts with WBA World champion Hanna Gabriels as well as Hannah Rankin and former super middleweight champion Maricela Cornejo.



“Det var en god kamp. Alma was tough, and it was a good fight. I fought well, now I will look at the fight, and see what I could have done better. I was dominant as I won most of the rounds. I took this fight at the last minute, so I am happy with the fight and the result,” said Miller.

Split-T Management’s Holmes, Miller and Dixon Get Big Wins on Saturday Night


NEW YORK (Maj 20, 2019) –Three cites, three wins for Split-T Management fighters this past Saturday night as Ardreal Holmes og Raquel Miller remained undefeated while Carlos Dixon scored a big knockout in his hometown.


Holmes went to 9-0 with a six-round unanimous decision over veteran Lanardo Tyner in Dearborn, Michigan.


Den 24 year-old Holmes of Flint, Michigan was systematic in winning by shutout tallies on two cards at 60-54 og 58-56 to raise the former amateur star’s record to 9-0.


Miller moved a step closer to winning a world championship as she captured the NABF Middleweight title with a 7th round stoppage over Erin Toughill inHawaiian Gardens, California.


Miller of San Francisco knocked Toughill down in the 1st round with a body shot, and then she dropped Toughill with a vicious combination that was punctuated by a nasty left hook in the 7th round that sent Toughill to the canvas. Toughill got up, but was in no condition to continue, og kampen blev stoppet ved 1:01.

Also on Saturday night in Louisville, Kentucky, 22 year-old super bantamweight, Carlos Dixon stopped Jeno Tonte in the 2nd round of their scheduled six-round bout.

New York, NY (Juli 18, 2018)–It was a perfect weekend for Split-T Management, as six members of Boxing’s deepest management stable remained undefeated with impressive victories.
Teofimo Lopez announced himself to the lightweight division with an impressive 6th round stoppage over William Silva.
Kampen, which was the co-feature bout on ESPN, took place på lørdag night at The Lakefront Arena in New Orleans.
Despite breaking his hand, Lopez was dominating in taking out Silva, who came into the fight with a 25-1 rekord. Silva, who had never been knocked down in his career, hit the canvas three times, including the end which came 15 seconds into the 6th frame.
Lopez is now 10-0 med otte knockouts
2016 US. Olympian Charles Conwell (8-0, 6 KOS) was equally as impressive by stopping Travis Scott in the 2nd round of their junior middleweight bout.
In a bout which was supposed to be a step-up contest for Conwell, saw the undefeated Cleveland native land a perfect left hook to the body that sent Scott down for the ten-count in the 2nd stanza.
Undefeated and world ranked Erick de leon showed guts and heart to win a 10-round unanimous decision over Adrian Young in a super featherweight bout.
DeLeon dislocated his shoulder when he fell in the 1st round, and then came back to dominate and win the remaining nine rounds, with final scores of 98-91 og 97-92 to gange.
De Leon was able to fight on despite the severity of the shoulder injury which required hospitalization following the fight.

Miller won by shutout scores of 60-54 on all cards to raise her unblemished mark of to 7-0.
Anthony Barnes won a six-round majority decision over Dwayne Williams at The Motor City Casino in Barneshometown of Detroit.
Barnes is now 11-0.

New York, NY (Juni 22, 2018)-Raquel Miller kept her prefect record intact with a six-round unanimous decision over Szilvia Szabados in a middleweight bout at the Melrose Ballroom in Queens, New York.

 

 

 

Miller stunned and hurt Szabados throughout the contest. Miller, who was making her New York City debut showed her versatility by featuring a diverse arsenal of punches with both hands.

 

 

 

Miller handled the former world-title challenger with ease as she won by shutout scores of 60-54 på alle kortene.

 

 

 

Miller wore a ring outfit that paid homage to the movie Black Panther.
