| NEW YORK (Maaliskuu 12, 2016) – Veteraani nyrkkeily kouluttaja Tommy Gallagher will be Ring 8’s guest speaker at Tuesday night’s (Meri. 15) monthly meeting, klo 7 p.m. JA, klo O'Neill-ravintolassa, sijaitsee 64-21 53rd Drive in Maspeth, New York.
In celebration of St. Patrikin päivä, an Irish menu will feature Corn Beef & Cabbage, as well as Shepard’s Pie.
“Everybody’s Irish for St. Patrikin päivä,” Rengas 8 presidentti Bob Duffy sanoi. “It’s only appropriate that our guest speaker is and Irishman, Tommy Gallagher. He’s done it all in boxing during the past 40 vuotta. Tommy’s been a big part of Ring 8 for a longtime and he’s known as a good storyteller.”
Best known, ehkä, for his role in Valiot reality television series, last year Gallagher was inducted into the New York State Boxing Hall of Fame, which is sponsored by Ring 8. In addition to being a trainer, he has been a promoter and gym owner/operator.
