CASEY “LADY Punch havaiano” MORTON Mantém WBO ASIA PACIFIC flyweight título com decisão dividida

SÃO FRANCISCO, TAL COMO (Março 26, 2019) – Ontem à noite no Okada Manila Hotel e Casino em Paranaque Cidade, Filipinas, flyweight feminino do príncipe Rancho Boxe Casey “Lady Punch havaiano” Morton (8-1-3, 1 KO), reteve o seu título WBO Ásia-Pacífico, com uma vitória por decisão dividida sobre a do Japão Chie Higano (8-8-1, 2 KOs). scorecards ler 94-96 para Higano e 97-93, 96-94 para Morton.

SÃO FRANCISCO, TAL COMO (Dezembro 11, 2018) – Undefeated female super flyweight Casey “Lady Punch havaiano” Morton (7-0-3 1KO), will be fighting for her second title as she faces Jutamas Jitpong (4-2 2KOs) for the vacant WBO Asia Pacific Female Super Flyweight Title. The 10-round bout will take place this Saturday, December 8th, at the Yubei Sport Center in Yubei, China.


“I am excited to fight for my second WBO Asia Pacific Female title!” Casey disse Morton. “I won the WBO Asia Pacific flyweight title earlier this year, so to get another title before the year over is a dream come true. SÃO FRANCISCO, TAL COMO (Junho 12, 2018) – Today unbeaten WBC Youth and USBA Lightweight champion, Devin “O sonho” Haney (19-0, 13 KOs), will be a special guest speaker at the Booker T. Washington Community Center em San Francisco, TAL COMO. Devin is looking forward to sharing his story of being a system described problem child at Booker T. Washington.

 

 

 

Devin will be speaking on the importance of setting goals, being positive under adversity, remaining humble, staying out of trouble, eating a well-balanced diet, trabalhando duro, and becoming a young champion.

 

 

 

“Speaking to the kids at the Booker T. Washington community center today holds a special place in my heart. I spent a lot of time at Booker T. and know what it’s like to be characterized a troubled kid,” disse Devin Haney. “I want to let these kids know that with hard work and discipline, one can become successful at anything they put their mind to. Just because a kid might be labeled troubled at a young age, doesn’t mean it has to stay that way. It’s an honor to be giving back to the organization that helped me find my way as a young youth.”

 

 

 

The Booker T. Washington Community Service Center provides a variety of programming for school aged students. The activities range from after-school academic coaching to enrichment classes.

SÃO FRANCISCO, TAL COMO (Outubro 3, 2017) – O boxe profissional retorna à cidade de San Francisco, TAL COMO, em Outubro 21, 2017, como herói da cidade Karim “Difícil Find” Mayfield (19-4-1, 11 KOs), enfrenta perspectiva invicta Michael Dumas (10-0, 7 KOs). A luta do evento principal acontecerá no belo e histórico San Francisco Armory. Em linha com o WBU Welterweight Americas Belt.
Mayfield, quem está fora do ringue há mais de um ano, está procurando colocar sua carreira de volta nos trilhos com uma vitória impressionante. O nativo de São Francisco está emocionado por voltar ao ringue, especialmente em sua cidade natal.

FELIPE GOMEZ SIGNS ELIO ROJAS TO MANAGEMENT CONTRACT

Nova Iorque (Abril 14, 2017)-Boxing manager Felipe Gomez is proud to announce the signing of former world champion Elio Rojas to a managerial contract.

Elio Rojas who hails from San Francisco de Macoris, República Dominicana tem um recorde de 24-3, com 14 ganha vindo por nocaute.

Rojas won the WBC World Featherweight Title with a 12-round unanimous decision over Takahiro Ao (17-1-1) in Ao’s hometown in Tokyo, Japão. Rojas then defended his title against Mexican veteran Gutty Espadas Jr. (45-7) in Yucatan, Mexico with a 12-round unanimous decision. Em sua luta mais recente, Rojas lost by TKO in the 5th round to hard hitting Mikey Garcia, 36-0, 30 nocautes.

Rojas, who had been living in Florida, recently moved to New York with the hopes of getting his career back on track.

“I know Felipe Gomez for many years and I know he can help me jumpstart my career,” said Rojas.

“Elio fought some big names in his career and is coming off a tough loss in a fight he accepted above his weight class. If he can get back down to his natural weight which is 126-130 libras, I know he can beat a lot of good fighters,” said Gomez. “I am excited to be part of his career because I know he still has a lot of fight in him and he can become a world champion again.”

Elios Rojas is training at the famous Gleason Gym in Brooklyn, New York with former world champion Joan Guzman.

Felipe Gomez, formerly of New Legend Boxing, has given up his promoter’s license to become a boxing manager. His recent signings include: Middleweight veteran Giovanni Lorenzo, Middleweight DeVaun Lee, Welterweight Cesar Francis and several other up and coming prospects residing in the Dominican Republic.
