SAN FRANCISCO, COME (Marzo 26, 2019) – Ieri sera al Okada Manila Hotel and Casino a Paranaque City, Filippine, peso mosca femminile del Principe Ranch Boxing Casey “Lady Hawaiian Punch” Morton (8-1-3, 1 KO), mantenuto il suo titolo WBO Asia Pacific con una vittoria decisione spaccata sul Giappone di chie Higano (8-8-1, 2 KO). SAN FRANCISCO, COME (Dicembre 11, 2018) – Imbattuto femminile super mosca Casey “Lady Hawaiian Punch” Morton (7-0-3 1KO), sarà la lotta per il suo secondo titolo come lei affronta Jutamas Jitpong (4-2 2KO) per il vacante WBO Asia Pacific Femminile Super mosca Titolo. L'incontro 10 round si svolgerà questo Sabato, 8 dicembre, presso il Centro Yubei Sport in Yubei, Porcellana.

SAN FRANCISCO, COME (Giugno 12, 2018) – Today unbeaten WBC Youth and USBA Lightweight champion, Devin “Il sogno” Haney (19-0, 13 KO), will be a special guest speaker at the Booker T. Washington Community Center in San Francisco, COME. Devin is looking forward to sharing his story of being a system described problem child at Booker T. Washington.

 

 

 

Devin will be speaking on the importance of setting goals, being positive under adversity, remaining humble, staying out of trouble, eating a well-balanced diet, lavorare duro, and becoming a young champion.

 

 

 

“Speaking to the kids at the Booker T. Washington community center today holds a special place in my heart. I spent a lot of time at Booker T. and know what it’s like to be characterized a troubled kid,” ha detto Devin Haney. “I want to let these kids know that with hard work and discipline, one can become successful at anything they put their mind to. Just because a kid might be labeled troubled at a young age, doesn’t mean it has to stay that way. It’s an honor to be giving back to the organization that helped me find my way as a young youth.”

 

 

 

The Booker T. Washington Community Service Center provides a variety of programming for school aged students. The activities range from after-school academic coaching to enrichment classes.

SAN FRANCISCO, COME (Ottobre 3, 2017) – Professional boxing returns to the city of San Francisco, COME, su Ottobre 21, 2017, as hometown hero Karim “Difficile Find” Mayfield (19-4-1, 11 KO), takes on undefeated prospect Miguel Dumas (10-0, 7 KO). The main-event bout will take place at the beautiful historic San Francisco Armory. On the line with be the WBU Welterweight Americas Belt.
Mayfield, who’s been out of the ring for over a year, is looking to get his career back on track with an impressive victory. The San Francisco native is thrilled to get back in the ring, especially in his hometown.
“I really wanted to bring boxing back to San Francisco in a classy manner,” dice Karim Mayfield. “The San Francisco Armory is a beautiful venue that holds 4,000 persone. We want to get the word out that this will be a friendly atmosphere where everyone of all walks of life can enjoy the fights. I’m facing a young hungry fighter from Mexico in Miguel Dunas who I know is going to bring it. We got a lot of local fighters on the card. It’s going to be a great show for everyone. Tickets are on sale now. I’m going to do a lot of damage come fight night.”
Imbattuto Raquel “abbastanza Beast” Mugnaio (4-0, 2 KO) vs. Sydney LeBlanc (4-4) was supposed to serve as the co-feature, but LeBlanc had to pull out for undisclosed reasons. A new opponent will be announced soon. The 6-round co-feature bout will be in Super-lightweight division. Mugnaio, who is currently ranked #2 da boxrec.com, was born and raised in San Francisco and is expected to have a lot of fans in attendance.
“This will be the first time I’ll be fighting in my hometown of San Francisco,” an ecstatic Raquel Miller said. “Everyone from my neighborhood, all my family and friends, they’re all coming out to watch me fight. I can’t wait to put on a great show for everyone. I’ll definitely be going for the knockout.”
Also on the card is Sacramento’s Xavier Martinez (9-0, 5 KO) vs. Jonathan Alcantara (7-16-2, 1 KO) in an 8-round bout in the featherweight division. Martinez is a member of Floyd Mayweather’s TMT (The Money Team) e Promozioni Mayweather,
San Carlos, COME, resident, Stan Martyniouk (17-2, 3 KO) vs. Luis Alfredo Lugo (14-27-1, 3 KO) will do battle in a 6-round super-lightweight clash.
From the Mission District in San Francisco, Peso medio Ricardo Pinell (14-3-1, 8 KO) vs. Carlos Ruiz (8-3, 3 KO) go toe-to-toe in a 6-round middleweight bout.
Rounding out the rest of the card is Will Shaw (2-0, 2 KO) vs. Lenard Davis (1-0-2) in the super-lightweight division (4-round), super-leggero Luis Casillas (1-1, 1 KO) vs. TBA, e piuma Marquita Lee (3-5) vs. TBA.

FELIPE GOMEZ SIGNS ELIO ROJAS TO MANAGEMENT CONTRACT

New York (Aprile 14, 2017)-Boxing manager Felipe Gomez is proud to announce the signing of former world champion Elio Rojas to a managerial contract.

Elio Rojas who hails from San Francisco de Macoris, Repubblica Dominicana ha un record di 24-3, con 14 vince arrivano in via di eliminazione diretta.

Rojas won the WBC World Featherweight Title with a 12-round unanimous decision over Takahiro Ao (17-1-1) in Ao’s hometown in Tokyo, Giappone. Rojas then defended his title against Mexican veteran Gutty Espadas Jr. (45-7) in Yucatan, Mexico with a 12-round unanimous decision. Nel suo incontro più recente, Rojas lost by TKO in the 5th round to hard hitting Mikey Garcia, 36-0, 30 ko.

Rojas, who had been living in Florida, recently moved to New York with the hopes of getting his career back on track.

“I know Felipe Gomez for many years and I know he can help me jumpstart my career,” said Rojas.

“Elio fought some big names in his career and is coming off a tough loss in a fight he accepted above his weight class. If he can get back down to his natural weight which is 126-130 libbre, I know he can beat a lot of good fighters,” said Gomez. “I am excited to be part of his career because I know he still has a lot of fight in him and he can become a world champion again.”

Elios Rojas is training at the famous Gleason Gym in Brooklyn, New York with former world champion Joan Guzman.

Felipe Gomez, formerly of New Legend Boxing, has given up his promoter’s license to become a boxing manager. His recent signings include: Middleweight veteran Giovanni Lorenzo, Middleweight DeVaun Lee, Welterweight Cesar Francis and several other up and coming prospects residing in the Dominican Republic.
