No evento principal, it will be a 10-round battle for the UBA
Bantamweight title as Rosalinda Rodriguez assume Liliana Martinez.

Rodriguez of Miami has a record of 8-0 com dois nocautes.

O 32 year-old Rodriguez is a four-year professional who
has wins over two undefeated fighters in Frederica Blanco and Samantha Salazar.

RIP Desmond Hammond

Leitura, PA (Novembro 14, 2017) – King’s Promotions is deeply saddened at the passing of Desmond Hammond.

Hammond of Reading, Pennsylvania passed away na segunda-feira morning at the age of 35. He was at his home and surrounded by his family.
Hammond was the Director of Operations for King’s Promotions for the better part of the last three years. He was the nephew of King’s Promotions CEO Marshall Kauffman.
“This is such a sad day for my family and for everyone who knew Desmond,” disse Kauffman.
“Desmond was like a son to me. He is my sister’s son, and he is basically the same age as my children so we are extremely close. Desmond came to boxing just a few years ago and he picked up the business so fast. We have run more shows then anybody in the country, and they all have come off so smoothly. That was because of Desmond. He was on top of every detail, which made the events go off without a hitch. But most of all he was very selfless and caring. He was always there for someone in need. He was a great young man, who was very smart, and he was always joking. It was such an honor for me to have him on board with King’s Promotions. He was such a special person who was loved and will be missed so much.”
Besides Kauffman and his family, Hammond is survived by his mother Sheri Clark, sisters Lynchel Hammond and Raven Hammond, brother Steven Brandon, his daughter Dayana, newborn son Donovan and his girlfriend Alisha.

King’s Promotions signs former world champion Kermit Cintron

READING, PA (Março 28, 2016)–Marshall Kauffman de Promoções rei is proud to announce the signing of of former IBF Welterweight champion Kermit Cintron.
Cintron de Reading, PA tem um recorde de 35-5-2 com 28 nocautes.
Cintron won his first twenty-four bout and established himself as one of the most feared welterweight’s in the world.
Of those twenty-four wins were stoppages over Said Ouali (7-0), Omar Davila (12-2), Ian Mackilop (14-1), Elio Ortiz (25-6) and Teddy Reid (22-5-1).
After coming up short against WBO world champion Antonio Margarito, Cintron stopped David Estrada (18-2), which set up a title opportunity against Mark Suarez.
Em outubro 28, 2006, Cintron stopped Suarez in five founds ton win the title in Palm Beach, Florida.
Cintron made two defenses of his crown with stoppages over Walter Matthysse (26-1) and Jesse Feliciano, before losing to Margarito for a second time.
Desde então, Cintron has posted many quality wins over the likes of Lovemore N’dou (46-10-1), Juliano Ramos (15-2), Antwone Smith (20-2-1), Jonathan Batista (14-1) and his last bout, which took place on March 15, 2014,when won a ten round unanimous decision over Ronald Cruz (20-2).
“I am very happy to add Kermit to the King’s Promotions stable,” disse Marshall Kauffman de Promoções rei. “Kermit and I have a long history together and we did some special things when I trained him. I am glad Kermit has come back home and now as a promoter, we feel we can get Kermit back into some big opportunities and get him in position to become world champion again.”

Travis Kauffman honored by Hometown of Reading, PA

Leitura, PA. (Dezembro 21, 2015) – Peso pesado, Travis “My Time” Kauffman was honored in his hometown of Reading, Pennsylvania by the City Council for his excellent performance on December 12th against Chris Arreola in San Antonio, Texas.
In the proclamation, Kauffman was honored for not only his fight with Arreola, where he battled the former two-time world title challenger to a fight in which most people watching the fight both at ringside and watching on NBC had Kauffman ahead, but also for his activities in the community, which includes feeding the homeless and giving back in many facets in Reading.

“I worked hard for years just to get recognized by the city I love,” disse Kauffman. “I made many mistakes in my life, but I turned my life around and have done everything to give back to my community and the people of Reading, Pa. I’m honored today to finally be recognized in my city after all the hard work and the dedication. Thank you to the mayor, the City Council, and the people of Reading, Pa for this award. I’m at a loss for words, but my journey has just begun. I love my city and will rep it until the death of me.”

Kauffman, 30-2 com 22 nocautes, is already back in the gym and is looking forward to his next bout which should come in the beginning of 2016.
