The show is promoted by Mis Downing Promotions.

Glassboro Webster, New Jersey has been working hard in the gym as he prepares for this most important bout.

I have had an amazing camp, I have been getting great work and seeing different looks,” said Webster, who has been working under the guidance of his long-time trainer Denny Brown.

In Riojas, he is facing a battle-tested veteran who has taken on seven undefeated opponents as well as 2 munduko titulua challengers.

I know he has fought Brandon Robinson. Robinson is a close friend to me, and what I saw in that fight is that Robinson hit him with some good shots, and I don’t know how he withstood them. Riojas came in after another opponent fell out for me. The funny thing is that he thinks that he can beat me, but on June 1st, he will know that he does not belong in the same ring as me.

Webster has been looking for a signature fight in the suddenly hot 168-pound division, and after this fight on Friday, Webster will be looking to make his mark.

I am ranked number-5 in the USBA, so maybe someone for that belt or the NABF. I have to fight for the bigger regional titles as a pathway to the world championship. I have been asking for Groves after he gets done with the WBSS Tournament or WBA champion Tyrin Zeuge. I would also like to take on WBO champion Gilberto Ramirez.

This is a special weekend for Atlantic City Boxing as the Atlantic City Boxing Hall of fame will have it’s 2nd induction weekend, and may of the legends of the sport will be in attendance to watch Webster fight.

‘It means everything to me to be competing on this weekend. It’s great to fight in front of the legends of the sport. This last year has been rough, as I have been going through a bad situation in my personal life, but I have to thank Mis Downing, Roy Jones Jr., Ray McCline and my trainer Denny Brown to have helped me get through this. Philadelphia, PA. (Maiatza 4, 2017) – Christopher Brooker (11-3, 5 KO en)hartuko on Oscar Riojas (14-7-1, 4 KO en) on Ostirala, May 12th SUGARHOUSE Kasinoa.

The scheduled eight-round super middleweight bout will headline a card promoted by King’s Promotions.

Brooker was summoned to San Diego to help Canelo Alavrez prepare for Larunbata en mega showdown with Julio Cesar Chavez, Jr that will take place in Las Vegas.
Being that Brooker is a strong super middleweight, and Chavez having a similar build, it made sense that Brooker would get such a call to help out the Mexican Idol for the much anticipated showdown.
I went to camp with Canelo in San Diego, and we ran in the mountains at 15,000 feet. I was there close to two weeks and sparred twenty rounds with him,” said Brooker.
It was a great experience to be around a fighter who is one of the elite fighters in the world. He is so composed. I was brought into to pressure him and mimic Chavez, Jr.. Canelo is such an experienced fighter, and I learned so much from him. He was showing me how to set up my shots, and even certain exercises with my neck.
Brooker was very impressed with the whole team, and believes that this camp will take him to the next level.
His team is so professional and down to earth. I am looking forward to this fight larunbatean. It will be a good fight. I was shocked to know that Canelo watched my last fight on ShoBox. They could tell that I was trying to box more and get a way from my brawling style that I had employed in most of my bouts. They gave me good advice, and told me not to change who I was when I was having a lot of success as a pressure fighter, and then to mix in the boxing aspect to my game.
I needed this. This will take my to another level.
