INGUSCHETIEN, Russland (Oktober 22, 2016) – Ehemalige zweifache M-1 Challenge-Licht Schwergewichts-Champion Viktor Nemkov setzte sich in Position für einen weiteren Titelkampf und Pavel Vitruk unterhaltsam wurde die erste M-1 Challenge-Champion im Bantamgewicht in der letzten Nacht M-1-Herausforderung 71 in Inguschetien, Russland.
Kasachstan-native Nemkov (24-6-0, M-1: 17-5-0), die Bekämpfung von Stary Oskol, Russland, gewann einen drei Runden einstimmig von ehemaligen Bellator Champion Attila “Pumukli” Vegh(29-8-2, M-1: 0-2-0), der Slowakei, im Main Event.

Alexander Shlemenko returns with a patented livershot TKO over Kendall Grove

 

Memphis (Oktober. 21, 2016) – The most decorated middleweight in Bellator history, Alexander Shlemenko (54-9, 1NC) returned to the cageheute Abend in a big way against Kendall Grove (23-16). The first round saw aggressive back and forth action with each fighter getting rocked. Shlemenko successfully utilized powerful spinning backfists and heelkicks to close the distance on the 6’6 Hawaiian. “The Storm” stalked Grove throughout the cage before ultimately connecting with a nasty combo that saw a left hand to the liver, followed by a right hand to the chin, sending his towering opponent to the mat. Shlemenko followed up with a barrage of strikes to “Da Spyda” before “Big John” McCarthy waved the fight off at 1:43 des zweiten Rahmens.

 

 

Lashley sinks in a rear-naked choke to end Appelt’s night in round two

 

Bobby Lashley (15-2) continued to live up to his nickname of “The Dominator” as he tossed his opponent, Josh Appelt (12-6) to the mat at will. Yamauchi finishes Couture with armbar submission just one minute into bout

The 23-year-old submission specialist Yamauchi up (20-3) unterlegen Ryan Couture (10-5) via arm bar submission just 1:01 in der ersten Runde. Kato scores TKO victory over Matthews

 

The first televised fight of the evening featured two highly gifted strikers in A.J. Matthews (8-6), a muay-Thai practitioner and Hisaki Kato(7-2), who holds a black belt in Kyokushin Karate. Both fighters exchanged great combinations throughout the entirety of the first round, with Matthews even wobbling Kato halfway through the frame. but was unable to capitalize, allowing Kato to regain his composure. A break in the action because of an accidental eye poke to Matthews allowed Kato to completely recover, and when the fight continued, Kato utilized his right kick to the body-left hand to the dome combination to send Matthews to the canvas, pouncing with a flurry of punches forcing the referee to call a stop to the action at 4:58 des ersten Rahmens.

SANTA MONICA, CALIF. (Oktober 21, 2016) – A flyweight clash pitting Ilima-Lei MacFarlane (4-0) gegen Emily Ducote (4-1) and a welterweight bout pitting Chidi Njokuani (15-4, 1 NC) gegen Andre Fialho (7-0) wurden auf die Hauptkarte hinzugefügt "Bellator 167: Curran vs. Teixeira," which will take place inside WinStar World Casino & Resort in Thackerville, OK., am Samstag, Dezember 3.

Lewiston, Maine (Oktober 21, 2016) – New England Fights (NEF) präsentiert sein nächstes Mixed-Martial-Arts-Event, “NEF 26: VORHERRSCHAFT,” am Samstag, November 19 am Androscoggin Banküber Colisee. Bereits heute Morgen, Führungskräfte des NEF kündigten die vollständige Kampfkarte für das Event an, für das das große Finale der Kampfförderung stattfinden wird 2016.

 

Im Main Event, “Die” Ryan Sanders (10-8) treffen Jon Lemke (5-6) in einem professionellen leichten Kampf. Es wird Sanders sein’ erster Kampf in Lewiston seit November 2014. Es wurde viel Wert darauf gelegt, dass Sanders und Lemke ehemalige Teamkollegen sind. Der Kampf gilt als “Traummatch” von Maine Kampf Fans, vor allem diejenigen aus der Region Bangor, die mit der Rivalität zwischen Sanders vertraut sind’ Camp Young's MMA und Lemke's Camp Team Irish.

 

Das Co-Main Event des Abends wird interessant sein “Trainer vs.. Trainer” Schlacht. “Bruchsicher 2.0” Derek Shorey (4-7), Leiter des Shatterproof Combat Club, soll gegen Ruthless MMA antreten & Boxgründer Josh Parker (4-8) in einem professionellen Federgewichtswettbewerb. UNDEFEATED LIGHTWEIGHTS JAKE ROBERTS-CARRINGTON BANKS READY FOR ACTION IN PRELIMINARY CONTEST

SANTA MONICA, CALIF (Oktober 19, 2016) – The anticipated mixed martial arts debut of flyweight Keri Melendez will come against Sheila Padilla (2-0) during the main card of "Bellator 165: Chandler vs. Henderson " an der SAP-Center in San Jose, Calif. am Nov. 19.

SANTA MONICA, CALIF (Oktober 18, 2016) – Bellator Kickboxing has added a trio of fantastic fights highlighted by a lightweight matchup between Kevin Ross (31-9) und Alessio Arduini (26-14-2). A Middleweight bout pitting Joe Schilling (19-9) gegen Victorio Lermano (30-7) and a welterweight contest pairing Karim Ghajji (96-13-1) mit Lukas Novello (22-4-2) have also been added to the action-packed "Bellator Kickbox: Florence“ Karte. The event marks the promotions second visit to Italy this year, as Bellator returns with another thrilling combo-event, featuring both Bellator MMA and Bellator Kickboxing brands on Dezember. 10 vom Mandela Forum in Florenz.
