Busy Spring for GH3 Promotions fighters

Atlantic CITY, NJ-It was a bittersweet night for welterweight contender သောမတ်စ် LaManna as he won a 10-round unanimous decision over George Sosa in an entertaining bout in front of a capacity crowd at The Claridge Hotel တွင် အတ္တလန္တိတ်စီးတီး.

The 11-bout card was promoted by Rising Promotions.

LaManna won the WBC Silver Latino Welterweight title and shortly after, the fighter known as “Cornflake” promptly announced his retirement in the ring.

The two traded big blows throughout the bout as Sosa came out very aggressively and was able to land some good right hands. LaManna was giving better of the two-way action, which had the sold-out crowd very enthused throughout the contest.

In round six, LaManna was dominant by scoring two knockdowns from body shots. LaManna was relentless in battering Sosa all over the ring with Sosa lucky to hear the bell to culminate the round. Both guys traded hard shots down the stretch with LaManna getting the better of the action. Every so often, Sosa was able to score with hard shots, but they were few and far between.
LaManna sat down on his punches and landed thudding blows as he tried to get the stoppage against the tough Sosa.

Both main event fighters recently gave their final comments before Saturday’s showdown.

The show is expected to be the 9th sold-out show at the Claridge promoted by Rising Promotions.
“Rising Promotions is looking forward to ending the Summer with another great show here at the Claridge. We have a good line up on the card so we are hoping for a packed house, and we are looking forward to staging our first championship bout,” said Debbie LaManna of Rising Promotions.
The championship bout is the first major sanctioning body championship bout in Atlantic City in almost three years. (Kovalev vs Hopkins, နိုဝင်ဘာလ 8, 2014).
LaManna will be looking to win his first belt in the welterweight division. A win will propel him into the rankings as he looks for a high profile bout later this year.

Nutley, NJ (ဇန္နဝါရီလ 24, 2017) – Despite the disappointing loss by Adam Lopez in the main event of the ShoBox: The New Generation အဖွဲ့ card at Ballys Atlantic City Hotel and Casino, GH3 ပရိုမိုးရှင်း still had a prosperous evening as the company registered six big victories on the show.

Televised winners included ရော်နယ်အောင်နိုင်အဲလစ် နှင့် Kenenth Sims, Jr က. စဉ် Stephon Young က, LeRoy Davila, Keenan Smith က နှင့် Malik Jackson were all very impressive on the undercard.

Jackson of Washington, D.C. was making his first start under the GH3 promotional banner and took out an overmatched Christian Foster in the 1st round. The super bantamweight remained perfect at 2-0 with both wins coming early.
“Some of our younger guys really showed that they are legit prospects,” said Vito Mielnicki, CEO of GH3 Promotions.
“Adam Lopez in defeat showed a lot of heart and he will be back. Young of Atlantic City won his first ten bouts and after his current two-fight streak will enter the ring with a record of 13-2 ငါးနောက်ကောက်နှင့်အတူ.

In Jackson, he is facing a fighter with a very deceiving 3-9-4 စံချိန်. He has had several questionable decisions not go in his favor, so Young expects a fight that will not be a gimme.
“I do not know much about him other than t\him being a scrappy fighter who is coming to win. I know he is from New Jersey, but it doesn’t matter where he is from. He could be from Switzerland for all I care.”
This will be the third bout that Young will have championship trainer Raul “Chino” ရီဗတ်စ, and Young already has seen the improvements with his new coach.

“I know Jackson a little bit as I am originally from North Jersey. My son beat him in the amateurs He is tall and his record doesn’t justify who he is. He has been overmatched. But I have noticed that he doesn’t use his jab and he doesn”t have the heart when you press him. We have been using Juice’s angles and combinations and slowly we have been to eliminate bad habits. He is smart, a hard worker and disciplined and his best boxing is ahead of him.”

Head trainer Raul “Chino” Rivas has been doing as excellent job with Juice. I’ve seen Juice grow in every aspect , both inside and out of the ring” says Masini.
“He seems to have a great chemistry with Chino as well as Chino’s team. It’s easy with a kid like Juice, he is great to work with, we have a great team around him including his dad, Teany. We realize we have a tough opponent in front of us on September 15th but Juice is ready to go and take care of business” says Masini.
