Feared as a striker, Idrisov ((7-0-0, M-1: 4-0-0) lived up to his reputation and remained undefeated as a professional, putting Buchinger to sleep with a devastating punch in round one. In his 2013 MMA debut, Idrisov knocked out current M-1 Challenge lightweight champion Alexander Butenko in a non-M-1 Global fight. The Russian is now undefeated in four M-1 Global fights having previously defeated Yuri Maia (KO1punches) in the M-1 Challenge 49 Knockout of the Night, Max Coga (DEC3) and Sergej Grecicho (DEC3) in his last fight September 20, 2015 tom M 1 sib tw 51.

A super showdown between M-1 Challenge middleweight champion Ramazan Emeev(14-3-0, M-1: 8-1-0) and KO artist specialist Anatoly Tokov (24-2-0, M-1: 9-1-0) will headline M 1 sib tw 73: Battle of Narts in a battle of elite Russian fighters.
Nyob hauv tus nqi feature, M-1 Challenge featherweight champion IvanBukiBuchinger (31-4-0, M-1: 6-0-0), fighting out of Slovakia, defends his title belt against undefeated Russian challenger Magomed Idrisov (5-0-0, M-1: 5-0-0).

Morrison (15-7-0, M-1: 2-4-0) and Rettinghouse (13-4-0, M-1: 1-0-0) are both fighting out of the state of Washington.
Morrison faces undefeated Russian prospect Moysar Evoloev (5-0-0, M-1: 5-0-0) in a fight contested at a 140-pounds (63.5 kilograms) catchweight. Morrison is a grappler (see photo below with him in top position) who defeated current M-1 Challenge bantamweight title-holder Pavel Vitruk by decision at M 1 sib tw 58.
Fighting at home in Ingushetia, Evloev is also a grappler who is coming off a first-round knockout of Alexander Krupenkin this past May at M 1 sib tw 66 (pictured below).
Rettinghouse, the King of the Cage champion, takes on Sergey Morozov (6-1-0, M-1: 3-1-0) in a bantamweight with future title implications for the winner.
A submission master who has a strong Brazilian Ju-Jitsu background, Rettinghouse is coming off his successful M-1 Global debut this past May at M 1 sib tw 66, in which Rettinghouse stopped Vadim Zhloboch in the opening round due to an injury.
Morozov, fighting out of Kazakhstan, is an outstanding striker and well-rounded MMA fighter. He was on the wrong end of the M 1 sib tw 68 Fight of the Night last July in a loss by decision to Rafael Dias.
At M 1 sib tw 59, Morozov (pictured below) was awarded the Knockout of the Night award for his demolishing of Andy Young a year ago July.
An impressive victory will position the Rettinghouse-Morozov winner for a potential M-1 Challenge bantamweight title fight with defending champion Vitruk.

The previously announced main event is a super showdown between M-1 Challenge middleweight champion Ramazan Emeev (14-3-0, M-1: 8-1-0) and knockout specialist Anatoly Tokov (24-2-0, M-1: 9-1-0).

Buchinger (31-4-0, M-1: 6-0-0), fighting out of Slovakia, is riding a 10-fight win streak into M 1 sib tw 73 since he lost to Conor McGregor nyob rau hauv 2012. He captured the vacant M-1 Challenge title October 17, 2014 tom M 1 sib tw 52, stopping Tural Ragimov (see picture below) in the fourth round on punches in their Fight of the Night. Buchinger made a successful title defense 13 months ago at M 1 sib tw 62, taking a 5-round unanimous decision over Mansour Korobkov. In his last fight, this past June against Mikhail Korobkov tom M 1 sib tw 67, Buchinger needed only 4:41 of the opening round to choke his opponent into a submission in their non-title fight.
Idrisov is a strong striker and Russian Whu-Shu Sanda champion. He knockout current M-1 Challenge lightweight champion Alexander Butenko in his professional MMA debut, back in 2013 in a non-M-1 Global fight. BAKU, Azerbaijan (Rau hli ntuj 5, 2016) — Ukrainian fighter Alexander Butenko won a hard fought 5-round decision over Artiom Damkovsky last night to become the new M-1 Challenge lightweight champion in the M 1 sib tw 67 main event in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Butenko (41-11-2) and Damkovsky (20-10-0) battled from start to finish with Buntenko winning a unanimous decision to capture the vacant M-1 Challenge lightweight title.
Nyob hauv tus nqi feature, M-1 Challenge featherweight champion IvanBukiBuchinger (31-4-0), of Slovakia, used a North-South choke to submit his late replacement opponent, Russian Mikhail Korobkov (9-2-0), in a non-title fight.
Red-hot Kazakh welterweight Shavat Rakhmonov (6-0-0) kept rolling, knocking out Brazilian Marcelo Brito (13-8-0) in the opening round. Hometown favorite Etigat Adakishniev (1-1-0) won his first professional fight, submitting Spaniard Adrian Perez (3-2-0) by way of a guillotine choke.
Czech Republic had two winners on the main card as middleweight Talekh Nadzhafadz (5-1-0) won a 3-round decision over his Spanish opponent, FelipeBiggiNsue (11-10-0), while heavyweight Zauer Gadzhibabayev (5-1-0) used a rear naked choke to submit Bulgarian Lazar Todev (2-3-0).
Fighting on the preliminary card, Russian lightweight Zalimbeg Omarov (7-1-1) and Russian featherweight Azamat Zhantuduev (1-2-0) won a 3-round decisions over, respectively, Mikhail Syrbu (4-2-0), of Moldova, and his fellow countryman Bair Shtepin (3-1-0). Mikhail Korobkov (9-1-1, M-1: 0-1-1), of Russia, is the late replacement for Idrisov but, due to Korobkov coming off of a loss in his last fight (decision to Timur Nagibin last Friday atM 1 sib tw 66), his fight versus Buchinger (30-4-0, M-1: 5-0-0) is a not for the title and it has been downgraded from main event to co-feature. Buchinger, fighting out of Slovakia, has won his last nine fights dating back four years.

His lone title defense last October was a decision win over current M-1 Challenge lightweight championMansour Barnaoui tom M 1 sib tw 62. Undefeated in his last nine fights, dating back four years, Buchinger is 5-0 in M-1 Global competition.
Fighting out of Russia, Idrisov (6-0-0, M-1: 3-0-0) is the European Wu-Sanda champion. He has three wins in M-1 Global fights, including a pair of notable decisions over Max Coga last May at M 1 sib tw 57, and in his last fight this past December against Sergej Grecicho (see picture below) at M-1 Challenge 61.
Rakhmonov vs. Pereira is a classic clash between young and old, Combat Sambo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu specialists.

INGUSHETIA, Zog ntawm Guj kuj (September 20, 2015) – M-1 Challenge heavyweight champion Marcin Tybura retained his title, technically winning by first round knockout as challenger AnteThe Walking TroubleDelija broke his leg, nyob rau hauv tonight’s M 1 sib tw 61: Battle of Narts at Ingushetia, Zog ntawm Guj kuj.
Tybura (13-1-0, 4 KO/TKO, 5 SUB), fighting out of Poland, bounced back from a loss action in which he lost a Super Fight to M-1 Challenge light heavyweight champion Stephan Puetz by way of a third-round stoppage due to severely broken nose.
Against Russian challenger Delija (14-3-0, 14-3-o, 5 KO/TKO, 7 SUB) nyob rau hauv M-1Challenge 61, Delija broke his lower leg when a kick was blocked by Tybura, who pounced on his fallen foe until the referee stopped the fight when he saw Delija’s grotesquely injured leg.
Three of the other four main card fights ended in decisions. Nyob hauv tus nqi feature, AntunKillerRacic (18-6-0, 0 KO/TKO, 13 SUB), of Croatia, halted Russian featherweightAlexey Nevzorev‘s (9-2-0, 1 KO/TKO, 4 SUB) unbeaten M-1 record at 3-0, taking a unanimous decision.
In a pair of featherweights matches, both decided by unanimous decisions, Russian prospect Magomed Idrisov (6-0-0, 2 KO/TKO, 0 SUB) remained undefeated against Lithuanian veteran Sergej Grecicho (21-7-0, 2 KO/TKO, 15 SUB), while UkrainianAlexander Panasyuk (6-1-0, 1 KO/TKO, 4 SUB) got the best of Russian Lom-Ali Nalgiev(3-4-0, 0 KO/TKO, 2 SUB).
Brazilian light heavyweight Carlos AlexanderIndioPereira (33-10-0, 22 KO/TKO, 9 SUB) was impressive in his M-1 debut, locking an arm-bar on late replacement Ruslan Zhemukhov (5-2-0, 0 KO/TKO, 2 SUB), of Russia, in the opening round.
Judges were needed in six of eight preliminary fights. Russian lightweight Ramazan Esenbaev (9-1-0, 2 KO/TKO, 2 SUB) and his countryman, welterweight Rustam Gadzhiev (6-3-0, 2 KO/TKO, 0 SUB), were unanimous decision winners, respectively, over Kazakh-native Damir Ismagulov (4-2-0, 3 KO/TKO, 0 SUB) and Ukrainian VyachseslavTen (10-5-2, 4 KO/TKO, 6 SUB).
Split-decision victors were Russian welterweight Maksim Grabovich (2-0-0, 1 KO/TKO, 0 SUB), who ruined Adam Elmirziev‘s (0-1-0) professional debut, thiab Elmar Mamedovversus Ruslan Esmurziev (3-1-0, 2 KO/TKO) in a battle of Russian featherweights.
Russian light heavyweight Akramat Evkurov (5-1-0, 1 KO/TKO, 1 SUB) used an arm-bar in his first-round submission win against Ukrainian Sergey Kutsy (2-3-0, 1 KO/TKO, 1 SUB). Russian heavyweight Murad Ismailov (5-0-0, 5 KO/TKO) went 5-for-5 with 5 KO wins in his young pro MMA career stopping Evgeni Boldyrev (8-6-0, 3 KO/TKO, 2 SUB), of Ukraine, in the first round on punches.

PETERSBURG, Zog ntawm Guj kuj (Lub yim hli ntuj 27, 2015) – Two potentially explosive fights have been added to the M 1 sib tw 61:Battle of Narts event, headlined by M-1 Challenge heavyweight champion Marcin Tybura (12-1, 3 KO/TKO, 5 SUB) defending his title against AnteThe Walking TroubleDelija (14-2-0, 5 KO/TKO, 7 SUB), September 19 in Ingushetia, Zog ntawm Guj kuj
In another previously announced M 1 sib tw 61 match-up, former M-1 Global middleweight champion MagomedThe White WolfSultanakhmedov (18-5-0, 12 KO/TKO, 0 SUB), of Russia, will return to action after a 4 1/2-year hiatus to fight Brazilian veteran Marcelo Brito 13-7-0, 2 KO/TKO. 5 SUB).
M 1 sib tw 61: Battle of Narts will be streamed live from Russia in high definition on www.M1Global.TV. Viewers will be able to watch the preliminary fights and main card by logging on to register at www.M1Global.TV. Fans may watch all of the action on their computers, as well as on Android and Apple smart phones and tablets.
Fighting on the main card is a match featuring featherweight fighters with contrasting styles as Luthuanian star Sergej Grecicho (pictured to left) takes on undefeated Russian prospect Magomed Idrisov (5-0-0, 2 KO, TKO, 0 SUB).
The 29-year-old Grecicho (21-6-0, 2 KO/TKO, 16 SUB) is a submission specialist whose victims have primarily fallen to his choke holds. He has won 11 of his last 13 fights during the past three years and he’s never been knocked out during his entire MMA professional career. Grechico will be making his M-1 Global debut.
A student from the famed Gorets Club, Idrisov (pictured to the left) is coming off of a sensational win at M 1 sib tw 57 in May, in which he won a decision over German challengerMax Coga (4-0-0). Idrisov is unbeaten in M-1 Global fights having also defeated Brazilian opponent Yuri Maia (3-0-0) via a first-round knockout at M 1 sib tw 49 in June of 2014.
The other most recently announced fight is between a pair of talented lightweight prospects, Ramazan Esenbaev (8-1-0, 2 KO/TKO, 2 SUB) thiab Damir Ismagulov (4-1-0, 3 KO/.TKO, 0 SUB), who will meet on the preliminary card.
Esenbaev is a Russian freestyle wrestler who is 4-1-0 in M-1 Global competition. He has been fighting in Japan for the past year. Ismagulov (pictured to left) was born in Kazakhstan and lives in Orenburg, Zog ntawm Guj kuj. He registered a tremendous opening-round knockout of Pedro Eugenio Granjo in his last fight this past July on M-1 Challenge 49.
