In his last fight this past February at M-1 ba-Bothata ba 64, Smoldarev lost by third-round submission via a choke to Alexander Volkov for the vacant M-1 Challenge heavyweight championship.

Garner (16-9-0, M-1 ba-: 9-7-0), loantša tsoa Port St. Lucie, Florida, was the M-1 Challenge heavyweight champion four years ago. A 2011 ka M-1 ba-Bothata ba 27, Garner submitted Maxin Grishin in the fifth round by strikes to become Interim M-1 Challenge heavyweight champion. After successfully defending his Interim title versus Magomed Malikov (KO3 – literaeke) ka M-1 ba-Bothata ba 32, the stage was set for Garner to challenge “kamehla” M-1 Challenge heavyweight title-holder Guran Gugenishvilli in a rematch to avenge an earlier loss.
Garner graduated from Interim to “kamehla” M-1 Challenge heavyweight champion June 21, 2012 with a victory over Gugenishvilli via doctor’s stoppage in the third round. Six months later a bona “rabara a bapisoa,”, Garner stopped Gugenishvilli on punches in the fourth round to retain his title belt.

Racic, who is coming off a split decision loss to Vitali Branchuk last February at M-1 ba-Bothata ba 64, is a submission master, while Evloev is a strong striker who stopped Alexander Krupenkin in the opening round at M-1 ba-Bothata ba 66 in his most recent action.

ORENBURG CITY, Russia (Ka 28, 2016) – Last night’s M-1 ba-Bothata ba 66 event had its share of upsets, leading with a main event split decision victory by Rashid Yusopov over defending M-1 Challenge light heavyweight champion Viktor Nemkov, in Orenburg City, Russia.

Russian challenger Yusopov (7-2-0, M-1 ba-: 4-1-0) won a hard fought 5-round split decision over defending champion Nemkov (23-6-0, M-1 ba-: 14-5-0), fighting out of Russia by way of Kazakhstan, who was making his initial title defense.
Nemkov had captured the coveted M-1 Challenge light heavyweight title this past December, taking a 5-round decision from defending champion Puetz, who had won a 5-round split decision April, 2014 against Nemkov for the title. Nemkov is a two-time M-1 Challenge light heavyweight champion having defeated Vasily Babich (WSUB3 – letsoho la-senotlolo sa) for the vacant title that he then lost in his first title defense to Puetz.
The 23-year-old Yusupov was riding a 4-fight win streak going into his fight with Nemkov. A former Russian, European and World Amateur MMA champion, Yusupov is known as a dangerous striker whose signature moves are powerful kicks.

Korobkov (9-0-1, M-1 ba-: 0-0-1) is coming off of a hard-fought draw with Rodrigo Magalhaes(see above picture) last December at M-1 ba-Bothata ba 63, in which he had his 9-fight win streak snapped that started with his pro debut.
Nagibin has reeled-off seven consecutive wins since he lost his pro debut. Ka M-1 ba-Bothata ba 64 sena se fetileng February, he won a decision over Zhenya Lezhnev. Nagibin is known for his powerful kicks (see picture below) and back-fists.

MOSCOW (February 29, 2016) – M-1 Global has announced its M-1 ba-Bothata ba 64bonus performances, highlighted by co-Fight of the Night awards, along with KO of the Night and Submission of the Night.
Veteran Russian fighter Alexander Shlemenklo (52-9-0), a three-time Bellator champion, won a close unanimous decision over former 2-division M-1 Challenge division Vyacheslav Vasilevsky (28-3-0), ea Russia, in their M-1 Global Grand Prix Middleweight Tournament co-Fight of the Night match (pictured below).
Sharing top honors for Fight of the Night (sheba ka tlase) e ne e le Somotolo Vitruk (13-2-0) vs.. Ukrainian Vitaly Branchuk (21-5-0), in which Vitruk won a decision in their M-1 Challenge Bantamweight Semifinals Eliminator match.
Russian heavyweight Kurban Ibragimov (4-1-0) won KO of the Night honors with his opening-round stoppage of Ukrainian Dmitriy Mikutsa (5-3-0).

MOSCOW (February 20, 2016) – Veteran Russian fighters Alexander Shlemenklole Alexander Volkov were the big winners in M-1 ba-Bothata ba 64 action last night at Olympic Stadium in Moscow.
Shlemenko (52-9-0), a three-time Bellator champion, returned to M-1 Global in grand style, winning a close but unanimous decision over former 2-division M-1 Challenge division Vyacheslav Vasilevsky (28-3-0), ea Russia, in their M-1 Global Grand Prix Middleweight Tournament match. Shlemenko advances to the championship final later this year to face the winner of the other semifinals fight (April 8) ka M-1 ba-Bothata ba 65between reigning M-1 Challenge middleweight champion Ramadan Emeev (13-3-0) and Brazilian Maiquel “Big Rig” Falcao (35-8-0). Emeev was the 2015 M-1 Global Fighter of the Year.
M-1 Global’s newly signed Alexander “Drago” Volkov (25-6-0), ea Russia, captured the vacant M-1 Challenge heavyweight championship, defeating Estonian strongmanDenis Smoldarev (11-2-0) by way of a third-round submission via a triangle choke.
In the M-1 Challenge Bantamweight Semifinals Eliminator matches, Somotolo Vitruk (13-2-0) le Seukraine Vitaly Branchuk (21-5-0) both won unanimous decisions to advance to the championship final to determine the new M-1 Challenge bantamweight champion. ST. Petersburg, Russia (February 15, 2016) – M-1 Global has announced that M-1 ba-Bothata ba 65 has been rescheduled from March 4 ho April 8 at Ice Palace Sports Center in St. Petersburg, Russia.
The Ice Hockey World Championships will be held this May in St. Petersburg and Moscow. Many sports venues in St. Petersburg are closed in March due to renovations, resulting in the switched date for M-1 ba-Bothata ba 65.
