NAZRAN, Ingushetia, Rusija (Decembar 9, 2016) – Rising Russian MMA star Magomed Idriosov knocked out Ivan “Ovo je” Buchinger in the opening round of večerašnje M-1 Challenge 73: Battle of Narts main event to become M-1 Challenge bantamweight champion.

U co-funkcija, M-1 Challenge middleweight champion Ramazan Emeev won a hard fought three-round split decision over Anatoly Tokov in Ingushetia, Rusija.

Feared as a striker, Idrisov ((7-0-0, M-1: 4-0-0) lived up to his reputation and remained undefeated as a professional, putting Buchinger to sleep with a devastating punch in round one. U svom 2013 MMA debut, Idrisov knocked out current M-1 Challenge lightweight champion Alexander Butenko in a non-M-1 Global fight. The Russian is now undefeated in four M-1 Global fights having previously defeated Yuri Maia (KO1 – punches) in the M-1 Challenge 49 Nokaut of the Night, Max Čoga (DEC3) and Sergej Grecicho (DEC3) in his last fight September 20, 2015 u M-1 Challenge 51.

Idrisov (R) put Buchinger to sleep to become M-1 Challenge Featherweight champion

Buchinger (31-5-0, M-1: 6-1-0), bori se Slovačka, rode a 10-fight win streak into M-1 Challenge 73, losing for the first time since 2012 to Conor McGregor. Buchinger stopped Tural Ragimov to capture the vacant M-1 Challenge title October 17, 2014 u M-1 Challenge 52.

Two of the best middleweight fighters in the world, Emeev (15-3-0, M-1: 9-1-0) and Tokov (24-3-0, M-1: 8-2-0), battled from to start to finish as Emeev won a three-round split decision for his fourth consecutive victory.

Undefeated Russian Moysar Evoloev remained undefeated (6-0-0, M-1: 6-0-0) by taking a three-round unanimous decision over American Lee “Američki buldog” Morrison (15-8-0, M-1: 2-5-0) at a 140-pound (63.5 kilograma) catchweight.

Russian lightweight Khamzat Dalgiev (8-1-0, M-1: 5-1-0), fighting at home in Ingushetia, chocked British-invader Christian “The Animal” Holley (10-3-0, M-1: 0-1-0) into a submission in the second round.

Closing out the Main Card, American bantamweight “The Punisher” Josh Ispravljanje House (14-4-0, M-1: 2-0-0) stopped his Kazakh opponent, Sergey Morozov (6-2-0, M-1: 3-2-0), u prvom krugu.

Brazilian bantamweight Diego “The Pride” Davella (16-5-0, M-1: 1-0-0) won his M-1 debut, choking Zalimbeg Omarov (7-2-1, M-1: 4-2-1) in a second-round submission on the Over Card.

PETERSBURG, Rusija (Novembar 9, 2016) – The already loaded M-1 Challenge 73: Battle of Narts card has been bolstered by the M-1 Global announcement that two American fighters, Lee “Američki buldog” Morrison i “The Finisher” Josh Ispravljanje House, have been added to the 2016 season-ending event December 9th u Ingušetiji, Rusija.

A super showdown between M-1 Challenge middleweight champion Ramadan Emeev(14-3-0, M-1: 8-1-0) and KO artist specialist Anatoly Tokov (24-2-0, M-1: 9-1-0) volja naslov M-1 Challenge 73: Battle of Narts in a battle of elite Russian fighters.

U co-funkcija, M-1 Challenge perolaka prvak Jovan “Ovo je” Buchinger (31-4-0, M-1: 6-0-0), bori se Slovačka, defends his title belt against undefeated Russian challenger Magomed Idrisov (5-0-0, M-1: 5-0-0).

M-1 Challenge 73 will be streamed live from Ingushetia in high definition on www.M1Global.TV. Morrison (15-7-0, M-1: 2-4-0) and Rettinghouse (13-4-0, M-1: 1-0-0) are both fighting out of the state of Washington.

Morrison faces undefeated Russian prospect Moysar Evoloev (5-0-0, M-1: 5-0-0) in a fight contested at a 140-pounds (63.5 kilograma) catchweight. Morrison is a grappler (see photo below with him in top position) who defeated current M-1 Challenge bantamweight title-holder Pavel Vitruk by decision at M-1 Challenge 58.

Fighting at home in Ingushetia, Evloev is also a grappler who is coming off a first-round knockout of Alexander Krupenkin this past May at M-1 Challenge 66 (na slici ispod).

Rettinghouse, u King of the Cage prvak, poprima Sergey Morozov (6-1-0, M-1: 3-1-0) in a bantamweight with future title implications for the winner.

A submission master who has a strong Brazilian Ju-Jitsu background, Rettinghouse is coming off his successful M-1 Global debut this past May at M-1 Challenge 66, in which Rettinghouse stopped Vadim Zhloboch in the opening round due to an injury.

Morozov, fighting out of Kazakhstan, is an outstanding striker and well-rounded MMA fighter. He was on the wrong end of the M-1 Challenge 68 Fight of the Night last July in a loss by decision to Rafael Dias.

U M-1 Challenge 59, Morozov (na slici ispod) was awarded the Knockout of the Night award for his demolishing of Andy Young a year ago July.

An impressive victory will position the Rettinghouse-Morozov winner for a potential M-1 Challenge bantamweight title fight with defending champion Vitruk.

He suffered back-to-back losses in 2015 o then undefeated Max Čoga (12-0-0) podnošenjem trećem kolu (čok) u M-1 Challenge 55 Fight of the Night and to Lee Morrison by majority decision.

After his loss to Morrison, Vitruk (na slici ispod) moved from the featherweight division to bantamweight, porazivši Sergey Morozov this past February in the M-1 Challenge 64 Fight of the Night.

Ukraine native Branchuk (21-5-0, M-1: 1-1-0) has won his last eight fights, including a split-decision over Antun “Ubica” Racic u M-1 Challenge 64. Branchuk pictured below) is known as a well-rounded fighter and a strong striker.

In a previously announced fight, former two-time M-1 Challenge light heavyweight champion Viktor Nemkov (23-6-0, M-1: 16-5-0) takes on ex-Bellator titlist Attila “Pumukli” Vegh (23-6-0, M-1: 16-5-0).

ST. PETERSBURG, Rusija (Siječanj 27, 2016) – M-1 Global predsjednika Vadim Finklechtein has announced contract extensions for M-1 featherweight championJovan “Ovo je” Buchinger, former M-1 Challenge light heavyweight titlist Stephan “T-800” Puetz and top American featherweight contender Lee “Američki buldog” Morrison.

“We’ve prolonged the contract with M-1 Global veteran fighters Buchinger, Puetz and Morrison,” Finkelchtein said. “We constantly work on our roster to have the best possible fighters.”

Buchinger (30-4-0, M-1: 5-0-0), the 29-year-old from Slovakia, captured the vacant M-1 Challenge featherweight title in 2014, via a fourth-round knockout of Tural Raginov u M-1 Challenge 52. In his last fight this past October, Buchinger successfully defended his title with a unanimous decision over current M-1 Challenge lightweight champion Mansour “Tarzan” Barnaoui u M-1 Challenge 62.

Puetz (13-2-0, M-1: 4-1-0), fighting out of Germany, is an electrifying fighter who won the M-1 Challenge light heavyweight champion in 2014, donošenja odluke izViktor Nemkov u M-1 Challenge 46. Ingušetiji, Rusija (Jun 7, 2015) – Last night at M-1 Challenge 58: Battle in the Mountains 4,Mural “Lovac” Abdulaev won a unanimous 5-round decision over Marcelo Brito to capture the vacant M-1 Challenge welterweight title, outdoors in Ingushetia, Rusija.

Abdulaev (13-10, 6 KO / TKO, 2 SUB), bori iz Rusije, remained unbeaten in M-1 Global competition with his third victory. Brito (13-6-0, 2 KO / TKO, 5 SUB), who replaced his injured Brazilian countryman Igor Fernandes, made his M-1 Global debut.

In main card action, Russian by way of Azerbaijan featherweight Tural Nizami (10-2-0, 4 KO / TKO, 5 SUB) poražen Antun “Ubica” Racic (17-6-0, 0 KO / TKO, 13 SUB), Hrvatske, by way of a late third-round submission via an arm-bar.
