A 10-time national amateur champion from New Haven (CT), the 24-year-old Williams is moving down one weight class to fight Alexei “The Hurricane” Collado (23-2, 20 Նոկաուտով) for the vacant WBO Junior Featherweight Championship in the 10-round co-featured event.
