NUR-SULTAN, Kazachstanas (Spalis 20, 2019) – Kazakh Power was on display at yesterday’sM-1 Iššūkis 105, in Nur-Sultan, Kazachstanas, in which they won five of six fights, including a pair of M-1 Challenge titles, and a draw.

In the main event and a rematch, Sergejus Morozovas (16-4), Kazachstano, fended off American challengerJosh “The Finisher” Rettinghouse (16-5), winning a five-round unanimous decision to successfully defend his M-1 Challenge bantamweight title.

Morozov won his fifth straight and sixth fight in his last seven since his original match and loss to Rettinghouse. Morozov captured the M-1 Challenge bantamweight title last June atM-1 Iššūkis 102, also held in Nur-Sultan, kai jis sustojo anksčiau nepralaimėjęsAlexander Osetrov ketvirtoje turo.

Savo 2013 MMA debut, Idrisov knocked out current M-1 Challenge lightweight champion Alexander Butenko in a non-M-1 Global fight. The Russian is now undefeated in four M-1 Global fights having previously defeated Yuri Maia (KO1 – štampus) in the M-1 Challenge 49 Knockout Nakties, Maksimalus Coga (DEC3) and Sergej Grecicho (DEC3) in his last fight September 20, 2015 į M-1 Iššūkis 51.
Idrisov (R) put Buchinger to sleep to become M-1 Challenge Featherweight champion

Two of the best middleweight fighters in the world, Emeev (15-3-0, M-1: 9-1-0) and Tokov (24-3-0, M-1: 8-2-0), battled from to start to finish as Emeev won a three-round split decision for his fourth consecutive victory.

Undefeated Russian Moysar Evoloev remained undefeated (6-0-0, M-1: 6-0-0) by taking a three-round unanimous decision over American Lee “Amerikiečių buldogas” Morrison (15-8-0, M-1: 2-5-0) at a 140-pound (63.5 kilogramų) catchweight.
Russian lightweight Khamzat Dalgiev (8-1-0, M-1: 5-1-0), fighting at home in Ingushetia, chocked British-invader Christian “The Animal” Holley (10-3-0, M-1: 0-1-0) into a submission in the second round.
Closing out the Main Card, American bantamweight “Baudėjas” Joshas ištaisymas Namas (14-4-0, M-1: 2-0-0) stopped his Kazakh opponent, Sergejus Morozovas (6-2-0, M-1: 3-2-0), pirmajame etape.

Morrison (15-7-0, M-1: 2-4-0) and Rettinghouse (13-4-0, M-1: 1-0-0) are both fighting out of the state of Washington.
Morrison faces undefeated Russian prospect Moysar Evoloev (5-0-0, M-1: 5-0-0) in a fight contested at a 140-pounds (63.5 kilogramų) catchweight. Morrison is a grappler (see photo below with him in top position) who defeated current M-1 Challenge bantamweight title-holder Pavelas Vitruk by decision at M-1 Iššūkis 58.
Fighting at home in Ingushetia, Evloev is also a grappler who is coming off a first-round knockout of Alexander Krupenkin this past May at M-1 Iššūkis 66 (pavaizduota žemiau).

A submission master who has a strong Brazilian Ju-Jitsu background, Rettinghouse is coming off his successful M-1 Global debut this past May at M-1 Iššūkis 66, in which Rettinghouse stopped Vadim Zhloboch in the opening round due to an injury.
Morozov, fighting out of Kazakhstan, is an outstanding striker and well-rounded MMA fighter. He was on the wrong end of the M-1 Iššūkis 68 Fight of the Night last July in a loss by decision to Rafael Dias.
Į M-1 Iššūkis 59, Morozov (pavaizduota žemiau) was awarded the Knockout of the Night award for his demolishing of Andy Young a year ago July.
An impressive victory will position the Rettinghouse-Morozov winner for a potential M-1 Challenge bantamweight title fight with defending champion Vitruk.
