World-Rated Russian Light Heavyweight Ali Izmailov Returns Saturday for Showdown Against Detroit’s James Ballard in Dearborn, MANO

Šį šeštadienį, Spalis 16, IBF #11, WBC #14 and WBO #15 light heavyweight Ali Izmailov (5-0, 3 Kos) returns to action against capable hometown veteran James Ballard (10-3, 3 Kos) in the eight-round main event of promoters Kenny D Moore and Vi Tran’s of Second 2 None Promotions’ “Best of Tomorrow 12” event at the Performance Arts Center in Dearborn, Mičiganas.

The 28-year-old Izmailov, from Malgobek, Rusija, is a former amateur standout who won multiple elite international tournaments. Already world-rated as a professional at just 5-0, 3 Kos, Izmailov recently started working with world-famous Florida-based trainer John David Jackson at his Action Jackson Boxing Academy in Fort Lauderdale.

Jacksonas, who has spent the last three weeks sizing up his new protegee, says Izmailov is a diamond in the rough waiting for polish.

“The sky is the limit for him with his punching power,” said Jackson of Izmailov. “He’s a tremendous puncher, but he’s also got natural boxing skills. Kaip kovotojas, I don’t think he realizes his potential. I’m getting him to move his head more and throw more combinations, instead of one power punch at a time. Nothing against his old trainers, but once he learns to throw three or four shots to set them up and camouflage the hard ones, he will be unstoppable.”

Jackson says the 32-year-old Ballard will be a good test for Izmailov and his newfound skills, but shouldn’t be able to derail any of their plans.

“Ballard is good, but Ali just has to pressure him and go to the body to break him down. Once his opponents feel his power, they all have a change of heart. Once Ali hits him with some good shots, it’ll be a matter of time.”

“Ali has amazing potential to be a star and John David is the perfect trainer to bring that out of him,” said Izmailov’s promoter, metų bokse. “I think you’ll see the improvements immediately under his expert tutelage. Ali was already the best prospect in the light heavyweight division.”

Tickets for “Best of Tomorrow 12” are priced at $25 - $1,000 and can be purchased online through Eventbrite.com. Dėl Fight Night, the action starts at 7:00 pm. The Ford Community & Performing Arts Center is located at 15801 Michigan Avenue in Dearborn, MANO. The event is sponsored by One Punch Knockout Gym, Topbreed Management, Pharaoh Website Hosting & Restaurant Online Ordering Service, MJ Diamonds, Family Tied Entertainment.

Castro-Jackson I (Gruodis. 10, 1994, Castro KO 9) –Castro, thoroughly battered, bloodied and losing by a wide margin, rallies from the absolute brink of defeat to score three knockdowns in the ninth round to overcome Jackson in one of the most dramatic turnarounds ever.

Ayala-Tapia I (Birželis 26, 1999, Ayala W 12) – In some of the fiercest two-way action in the history of Las Vegas boxing, southpaw Ayala hands Tapia his first professional loss in 49 fights and captures the WBA bantamweight title by the scores of 115-114 ir 116-113 dvigubai. Diego Corrales-Jose Luis Castillo I (Gegužė 7, 2005, Corrales TKO 10)After nine intense, back-and-forth rounds, Corrales accomplishes the unthinkable, miraculously regrouping from du knockdowns in the 10oji to stop Castillo in the same round (2:06) and etch his spot in boxing lore. After managing to beat the count (and lose a point for excessive spitting out of the mouthpiece), Corrales got Castillo on the ropes and connected with a huge right hand. He continued to unload and Castillo got nailed with a bundle of vicious punches. Po akimirkos, the ref stopped it.

Lucas Matthysse-John Molina Jr. (Balandis 26, 2014, Matthysse KO 11)Abloody slugfest, in which both fighters were knocked down multiple times, became an instant classic. The tremendous brawl was as brutal as it was exciting and more compelling to witness than anyone could have imagined.

Undefeated Middleweight headlines šį šeštadienįnight in Columbus, Ohajas.

Dėl greito atpalaidavimo
NEW YORK, NY (Kovas 3, 2016)–Šį šeštadienį naktis į Columbus, Ohajas,
Victory Sportas & Pramoga is pleased to announce that undefeated middleweight prospect, Luis “Kuba” Arija will make the first in what we hope, are many headlining appearances when he takes on power punching Gilberto Santos of Brazil in a bout scheduled for ten rounds under the direction of world class trainer, Jonas David Jackson.

Arias of Milwaukee, Wisconsin has a perfect record of 13-0 su šešių Knockouts.

Camp has been excellent. Things have been coming together nicely and on time. I get better and stronger every camp,” Said Arias. “I am not overlooking Santos as he’s a strong fighter who’s coming to win but this is my time and I want to make a statement in my first headliner.

Training with John David Jackson has been a great. Having someone with his level of experience has helped me develop as a fighter. He has helped take my game to another level. Him and Derik Santos have been a great fit for me. I feel I have the best training team in boxing.

The 25 year-old came into the pro ranks with high aspirations after a stellar amateur career that saw him win two US National Championships and a National PAL title, in addition to numerous medals on the international level.
In Jackson, he has a trainer who has trained many world champions and is currently one of the hot cornermen in boxing due to his work with current Light Heavyweight champion Sergey Kovalev.

Luis has had a great camp he’s strong and on weight. He’s ready for his first headlining bout and wants to showcase his talent and show people that he’s the real deal,”said Jackson of his prized pupil,” Sakė Jacksonas.

For this camp we are stressing the body attack. Luis is a good boxer with excellent skills and power. We are trying to develop his all-around game so we are focusing more on working the body for this fight.

Jackson does not feel Cuba Arias is just any boxer. He sees major things in the future for him.
Luis has the potential to become a World Champion. He was a tremendous amateur, jis kietas, determined with excellent power and great all around skills. 2016 should be his breakout year. He has the skills and needs to be showcased on a bigger stage. It’s time to take the wraps off and let him prove himself. Jis gali kovoti, he gets better each time out, he wants to test himself in bigger fights and is ready for the challenge.

“Po šios kovos, I want a real test for Luis, a good name fighter where he can be challenged and have to work. I know he can be great and will rise to the occasion so I just want him to get the opportunity to showcase his skills and show everyone what a great fighter he is.
Arija, who is promoted by Roc Nation Sports and managed my Victory Sports & Pramoga, now has the complete team in place with the addition of the world class trainer.
Said Victory Sports & Entertainment’s Rick Torres, “2016 is the year where Cuba has to step up the level of competition and show everyone how great he is. This is his first headlining bout which is a big deal for him and we know Santos is a dangerous opponent with real punching power so this should be a good test for Cuba. After this fight we are looking forward to Roc Nation putting him on higher profile fights, TV fights where the world can see what we already knowthat he’s one of the best young fighters in the world and a future Champion. With the right development Cuba can become a star attraction in the sport and we know Roc Nation can make this happen. We just want the opportunity and Cuba will handle the rest.
