The 25-year-old Kahn-Clary, who won the North American Boxing Association (Επίσης) title in his last fight, used a stiff jab and solid defense to frustrate his opponent early in the fight, setting the pace to take a decisive scoring advantage.
Toka-Kahn came out firing in the fourth round, applying more pressure to take full command, and he never let up. Just 23-years-old, Moralde will be fighting for the first time in the United States. Holder of the WBC Asian Boxing Council Featherweight Title, Moralde is coming off a third-round stoppage of Philip Parcon on February 28, 2017 in General Santos City, Φιλιππίνες.
The heavy handed Moralde is on a three-bout knockout streak, two of which came in the first round.

Macias forced Rolando “Rola” Garza (9-1, 6 KOs), a 3-time Mexican National amateur champion, to fight his fight. Macia’s aggressive style, always coming forward, throwing punches from every conceivable angle, ruled the coop. Garza got caught up in the action and paid for it, although the score after was 39-37, 39-37 for Macias, 39-37 for Garza, entering the fifth and final round. Macia’s constant pressure controlled the action, wearing down Garza, and paid dividends as he dropped Garza in the fifth. Διαιτητής Jay Nady had seen enough, halting the fight at that point as much due to the damage Garza had suffered in the first four rounds as the knockdown.
A rising star was born in Macia, who captured the vacant World Boxing Association (WBC) United States junior middleweight championship. “It’s conditioning, a lot of work,” Macias explained the reason for his non-stop action before crowing loudly in the ring. “I stuck to the game plan. I knew he’d come to fight with a lot of skill to out-box me and get points. My game plan was throw a lot of upper cuts and punches from every angle. It was all about throwing combinations.
“He had a lot pf power, so I used defense to block punches. In the last round, I put punches together. I think the fight was stopped a little early and he could have kept going, but I didn’t see what he saw, and the referee was looking out for the fighters so we can fight another day.”
Jeremy Nichols remained undefeated
In the television opener, flashy Las Vegas welterweight Jeremy “J-Flash” Nichols (6-0, 2 KOs) kept rolling, winning a 4-round unanimous decision over Ο Steve Belmontes (2-1, O KOs). Nichols outworked his opponent, consistently beating Belmontes to the punch with his superior quickness.
“I think it could have been a little flashier,” Nichols admitted. “But give it up to my opponent, ήρθε να πολεμήσει. I love fighting here. I have a lot of support from family and friends; I’m motivated when I hear them.”

He did win gold medals at the National Blue & Gold Tournament, as well as Central California Golden Gloves and Desert Showdown. Macias is a showman, playing to the crowd before, during and after fights, crowing like a rooster, always with a broad smile on his face.

“Fighters don’t really care who they fight, they just want to fight,” Macias explained why his risking his undefeated record against an opponent who has never loss. “I had a fight fall through so, instead of waiting for another fight, when the opportunity to fight a 9-0 guy came, my coaches watched film of him and we agreed that I’m ready. This is the first time I’m fighting on the ‘B’ side, but we’re using that as motivation. I take one fight at a time but I know I’m fighting on TV and need to look good. I want to show everyone that all the hard work has paid off.
“I see this fight as my opponent probably having more skill, he’s technically sound and sets up his shots. But our plan is to take him out of his game plan, wear him down and have some fun doing it. My last fight was my first in Las Vegas and first time fighting on national television. It got a lot of notice. I’ve been through all of that now and will be even better prepared for this fight. Before a sold-out crowd, Hernandez (12-4-1, 4 KOs) pounded world-rated middleweight Magomedov (17-1, 10 KOs), winning a unanimous 10-round decision (100-89 δυο φορές, 98-91) for the vacant USNBC middleweight title. Hernandez hurt Magomedov in the third and seventh rounds, finally dropping the tough Russian (WBA #2, WB) #3, WBA #5 και IBF #14) στην 10ου.

Southpaw super welterweights Γιάννης “Ο Phenom” Βέρα (14-0, 9 KOs), of Fort Worth, and Phoenix’ Joey “Πυγμάχος” Ruelas (10-2-1, 4 KOs) went toe-to-toe from the opening bell and they never let up in the co-feature. Vera exploded in the round of this firestorm, battering the game Ruelas around, until referee Jay Nady halted the action in the sixth round. Vera remained undefeated and retained his NABA-USA title.
“I knew eventually he’d put his hands down and I’d catch him,” Vera explained. “I thank him for the opportunity to fight. He’s helluva fighter, I give him that, but I know I’m a warrior. I took some shots but gave ’em, πάρα πολύ. I broke him down and just kept throwing those lefts.”

In the TV opener, boxing prodigy Ντέβιν “Το όνειρο” Χάνι (6-0, 4 KOs) made history as the 17-year-old – a junior in high school – became the youngest American professional boxer to fight on national television. Nady stopped the fight without counting when a badly hurt Vargas (4-1, 3 KOs) hit the deck hard.
“I happy that I put on a good performance for my fans,” Haney commented after the fight. “My team put together the strategy to use my jab and breakdown his body. I picked up my combinations did what I was told to do.”

In a battle of Texas junior welterweights, Tony Lopez (11-1, 4 KOs) dropped previously unbeaten Jerren “Hardknocks” Cochran (11-1-1, 4 KOs) twice with lefts in the opening round and finished him off in the second, knocking him out cold with a punishing right.
“Two mores seconds and I would have finished him off in the first,” Lopez remarked. “My corner told me that, after the lefts, come back with a right. They gave me the game plan and I executed.”
