Atlantic City, N.J. – Nobyembre 19, 2018 – The Atlantic City Boxing Hall of Fame (ACBHOF) ay inihayag nito 2019 Induction Class. The Induction Weekend will take place at The Claridge, a Radisson Hotel located at Park Place & Boardwalk in Atlantic City, New Jersey on June 21 – 23, 2019.
“We’re extremely excited about the Class of 2019 and are very much looking forward to paying tribute to the new inductees in Atlantic City at our 3rd annual induction weekend next June” said ACBHOF President and Founder Ray McCline.

Bernard Hopkins will be inducted into his first Hall of Fame as part of the third annual class that will include a total of 19 inductees.
“I feel appreciated and it’s starting to settle in that I’m near that mark of living legend. I don’t see myself as a living legend. Let other people decide that. This is a great honor and I’m grateful for the Atlantic City Boxing Hall of Fame for making this happen,” Hopkins said in a November 16 RingTV interview with Joseph Santoliquito.
“Watch who you co-sign for; you can’t sell me black to get in the door. You can’t sell me white to get in the door. You can’t sell me half white or half black or none of that to get in the door. But you can sell me LOYALTY” said former two-division champion Bernard Hopkins.
The 3rd Annual Induction Ceremony & Celebration Weekend will honor some of the world’s most iconic figures from the sport of boxing: Butch Lewis, Nigel Collins, Ingles “Bouie” Fisher and New Jersey Boxing Hall of Fame’s President Henry Hascup are just a few named who will be enshrined with the 2019 induction class.
Inductees will be named in three categories: Fighter, Tagasanay & Cut-Men and Special Contributors.
“It was a great honor to hear I was going to be inducted into Atlantic City Boxing Hall of Fame. Atlantic City is my second home, and as a pro fighter I’ve fought numerous times in this great city. It’s a great boxing town and it is an honor to be inducted into the Atlantic City Boxing Hall of Fame” sabi Micky Ward.

New York (Disyembre 11, 2017) – Less than 24 hours after he defeated previously undefeated Guillermo Rigondeaux, WBO Junior Lightweight World Champion and two-time Olympic gold medalist Vasyl “Hi Tech” Lomachenko attended yesterday’s (Linggo, Disyembre. 9) 31st taunang Ring 8 Holiday Event and Awards Ceremony to accept the Ring 8 2017 Muhammad Ali International Fighter of the Year Award.
The gala event was held Russo’s On The Bay in Howard Beach, New York, at David Diamante once again served as the event’s Master of Ceremonies.
Six world champions were in attendance, including three award winners: Lomachenko), International Hall-of-Famer Michael Spinks (Historical Award), and five-time world champion Amanda “Ang Real Deal” Serrano (New York State Female Fighter of the Year); World champions Vito Antuofermo, Iran Barkley at Luis Collazo showed their support.
“Our awards banquet was one of the best ever,” Singsing 8 pangulo Jack Hirsch nabanggit. “We are deeply honored that Vasyl Lomachenko attended the day after the biggest fight of his career. His presence created an electric atmosphere, the type that is rarely seen. The other honorees, led by Michael Spinks, made it an afternoon that will always be remembered.”

Another Hall-of Fame star, Evander “Ang Real Deal” Holyfield, is unable to attend the festivities because of a travel conflict but he did receive his Legends Award at the last Ring 8 pulong.
World champions Vito Antuofermo, Iran Barkley at Luis Collazo are cangnfirmed special guests.
Other 2017 Singsing 8 award winners include two-time Irish Olympian Michael Conlan (International Prospect of the Year Award), 2012 U.S. Ng Olimpus “Ginoo” Marcus Browne(New York State Fighter of the Year), ng Pulo ng Staten.

I am proud to officially announce my 6th Official Amateur Boxing Reunion that will take place on March 18 at Monique’s Lounge in Harlem, New York. I am expecting by far the largest turn out of any of the previous 5 reunions which were held twice at Rival Boxing in Las Vegas, once at Jimmy’s Corner in Manhattan and once each at Connecticut’s Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Casinos.
Of the over 100 boxers attending this far, among them I expect the likes of 1988 Olympic Silver dalubhasa sa mga medalya Riddick Big Daddy Bowe, NYC Golden Gloves Champ “Poison” Junior Jones, 1984 Olympic champ Markahan Breland, 1974 National Junior Olympic champ Marlon Starling, 1996 USA Olympic team captain Lawrence Clay-Bey at 1988 National Golden Gloves Champion Mark “Masyadong Biglang” Johnson.
At my past reunions, including the most recent one held at the Rival Boxing Store in Las Vegas on Nobyembre 18, we’ve had the likes of Roy Jones Jr., Alex “Ang Bronx bombero” Ramos, 1992 Olympian Montell Griffin, former three time world champions Mike McCallum and Iran Barkley, at “The Fighter” and Irish Micky Ward in attendance.
Among the most special of moments at my reunions, we had Mike McCallum and Alex Ramos, who met each other in the semi-finals of the 1980 NYC Golden Gloves, reconnect in Las Vegas in late 2014, we had Luis Ortiz and Lawrence Clay-Bey, who were brought together in 2015 at Foxwoods after not only not seeing each other in 38 YEARS but after not even knowing they fought against each other in 1977 until just a few days before they reunited and in NYC over the summer of 2015 we had 1984 New York City Golden Gloves 156 pound champion and runner up Dennis “The Magician” Milton and Jesse Lanton connect once again.
Any media who wish to attend the event in Harlem, New York on March 18 are more than welcome to be a part of the festivities.
