Trained by Marc Ramsey, Rivas captured the WBC World title last October 22,winning a unanimous decision over Ryan Rozicki (13-1, 13 科斯) at the Olympia in Montreal.

2012 Canadian Olympian Custio Clayton to headline

GROUPE YVON MICHEL’S TOP FIGHTERS JOIN VADA/WBC CLEAN BOXING PROGRAM

MONTRÉAL (八月 10, 2016) – Groupe Yvon Michel’s (健身房) world-ranked boxers have enrolled in the new VADA/WBC Clean Boxing Program (CBP), created by Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA) and the World Boxing Council (WBC).

All of the WBC champions and WBC top 15-ranked fighters have until 九月 9 to conform to the new protocol or they will be removed from the WBC rankings and suspended from any activity in the WBC.
”This is a step in the right direction but what will really be important in the next few years is for this structure to always keep improving in order to properly regulate professional boxing,” 訓練者 Marc Ramsay 說.
