Antony “Ranom-boankazo” Young ready for Jersey showdown with Malik Jackson this Thursday night in Philly

Avy hatrany Release
Atlantic City, NJ (Septambra 14, 2016)– Welterweight, Antony “Ranom-boankazo” Tanora will look for his third consecutive victory when he takes on Malik Jackson in a battle of New Jersey based fighters as one of the undercard bouts this Thursday nighamin'ny 2300 Arena amin'ny Philadelphia.
Young of Atlantic City won his first ten bouts and after his current two-fight streak will enter the ring with a record of 13-2 dimy knockouts.
I had a really good camp and great sparring with (maivana) Antony Burgin & Victor Padilla.
In Jackson, he is facing a fighter with a very deceiving 3-9-4 rakitsoratra. He has had several questionable decisions not go in his favor, so Young expects a fight that will not be a gimme.
I do not know much about him other than t\him being a scrappy fighter who is coming to win. I know he is from New Jersey, but it doesn’t matter where he is from. He could be from Switzerland for all I care.
This will be the third bout that Young will have championship trainer Raul “Chino” Rivas, and Young already has seen the improvements with his new coach.
I will display what I have been working on with Chino. I want to thank my team for this opportunity on this card.
Said Rivas, “This will be our third fight together. He is getting better with every fight. I am excited to see him fight ny Alakamisy. He has worked hard and is getting sharper. He is able to spar eight and ten rounds now.
I know Jackson a little bit as I am originally from North Jersey. My son beat him in the amateurs He is tall and his record doesn’t justify who he is. He has been overmatched. But I have noticed that he doesn’t use his jab and he doesnt have the heart when you press him. We have been using Juice’s angles and combinations and slowly we have been to eliminate bad habits. He is smart, a hard worker and disciplined and his best boxing is ahead of him.
“Antony “Ranom-boankazo” Young will attempt to continue building his already impressive career,”said long time manager, Rich Masini. “we are very confident in our current team. Head trainer Raul “Chino” Rivas has been doing as excellent job with Juice. I’ve seen Juice grow in every aspect , both inside and out of the ringsays Masini.
He seems to have a great chemistry with Chino as well as Chino’s team. It’s easy with a kid like Juice, he is great to work with, we have a great team around him including his dad, Teany. We realize we have a tough opponent in front of us on September 15th but Juice is ready to go and take care of businesssays Masini.

Edwards is a big tall guy and I respect him as an athlete, But I feel that I am more that ready for this fight. Edwards has no amateur experience and his record has been built up. Not only does my resume of wins look more impressive then his, but I have fought bigger guys.

Pasciolla believes a win over Edwards will catapult himself into higher profile bouts.

I am hoping with a national broadcast win will move me up the national rankings. I won the New Jersey state belt when we beat a former world champion in Imamu Mayfield. That tile has lineage back to Chuck Wepner, so we have the confidence as I progress up the rankings.
Long time manager, Rich Masini, recently teamed up with Sean Darling in efforts to help build the career of Pasciolla. Darling has been training Pasciolla for the last two and a half years, as Pascoilla he earned an 8-1-1 rakitsoratra. Over this time, Pasciolla has sparred with some of the top prospects in boxing today. The likes of Bryant Jennings, Zhang Zhilei, Joey Dewejko, Derrick Rossy and Chaz Witherspoon.
Dan has stepped up and won some impressive bouts as an underdog. I like Dan a lot, he is fighting with a lot of heart,” says Masini.
This will be the 4th undefeated fighter Dan will face. We function well as a team. Obviously Dan is in the ring, my job is to navigate his career and continue to step up and grow both inside and outside the ring. We understand we’re facing a tough opponent on September 15th on national TV but we’re real confident Dan will perform very well and earn the victory.

The Russian fighter, who now trains in California with Abel Sanchez, was able to start working through the defense of Shimmell with his jab as the round wore on. The final blow came after Gassiev imitated a right hand and delivered the critical left hook while Shimmell was caught counter-punching.
The co-main event of the night saw local favorite Joey “Minnesota Ice” Abell (32-9, 30 Kos) deliver a dominant performance in knocking out previously unbeaten Wes Nofire (19-1, 15 Kos) in their heavyweight showdown.
The former title challenger bothered Nofire early and often from his southpaw stance and was successful with his left hand throughout the fight. Abell snuck in a strong right hook in round two that stunned Nofire before he delivered multiple left hooks to score the early knockdown.
Nofire tried to weather the storm but a big right hand from Abell again put Nofire down early in the third round. Abell could hardly miss as he connected on 42 percent of his punches on his way to the stoppage at 2:12 ny fihodinana fahatelo.

Izao no ny mpiady tsy maintsy hoe Talata:
MURAT GASSIEV
I was trying to set up the final punch. I imitated the right overhand so that I could come back with the left hook. It was a combination that we practiced.
It wasn’t the most powerful punch but I snapped it pretty well. I was ready to keep going but that punch was enough.
I’ve trained hard and been improving my skills. I’m going to work and get ready for my title shot.
I am extremely happy he got up and I hope he is okay. I never want to hurt anybody; I just want to win the fight.
JORDANA SHIMMELL
“I Natao tratra. Gassiev has power. It was a clean shot and I got hit, rehefa izay dia izay.
He’s a really good fighter with power. I’ll be back. It was a learning experience.
JOEY ABELL
I did this for myself. I wanted so see where I was at. I’m a different fighter when I have time to train.
I’m going to give it some time to think about the next step. Right now I want to fight for the rest of my life, but if I got beat It would be different.
This is exactly what I planned. I thought I might get him in the first round but I took my time. My punches were sharp. There were times in the past where I felt my timing was off but I’m in great shape so I wasn’t thinking about getting tired.
WES NOFIRE
I just didn’t get the shots I was looking for. I thought I was going to be able to back him up more with my jab. He stayed his distance and lunged in from out of range.
One of the head butts caught me pretty good and I just couldn’t see what he was coming back with.
The head butts were giving me problems and he followed up on me after them. He was a little stronger than I expected but I’ve been hit hard like that by other fighters.
“Diso fanantenana aho. I trained really hard for the fight. I’ve never had a problem taking power before. It’s just one of those things that happens in everybody’s career, but I’ll be back.
STEPHAN SHAW
I felt great in there. It felt good to be victorious in my first fight on PBC. I fought a guy with a lot of experience and did what I had to do.
I’m the best kept secret in America. That’s my motto.
DANNY KELLY
I started too late. I was working behind my jab but I didn’t do enough behind it. Nomeko azy ny rehetra.
He only hurt me once, with a right hand in the fourth round. I didn’t think he had speed but I should have start earlier.

He was a very awkward fighter with a herky -jerky style. He took a lot of blows and a lot of good blows. In the end I was able to come out with the victory.
He was tougher than I thought. It was a little different than most of my fights but it’s good experience. I’m happy to get 10 rounds in.
I just want to keep moving on from here and moving forward. I want to move up the ladder.
JOSE DE JESUS MACIAS
He was a strong fighter and he moved very well. I was able to handle everything he had and I thought I was in the fight.
He has a lot of power. He’s not the best guy I’ve faced but he did enough to get the win tonight.
JOSEPH ELEGELE
I felt good out there. I did my thing. I told everybody that I was going to stop this guy and that’s what I did.
I doubled my left hand and I knew I hurt him. He couldn’t take any more shots so I finished him.
I want to fight someone in the top 15. I want to compete with the best. It’s my time.
DENNIS GALARZA
My opponent was very tough. We fought eight hard rounds with a veteran.
I wanted to get him out of there but we stayed patient and stuck to the game plan. I’m getting better every time out there.
It’s my second time going eight rounds and soon I’ll be ready for ten rounds anyone that wants to get in there with me.
SAMUEL AMAOKO
I went out and gave it my all. I thought it was closer and that I was landing some shots with more power.
He is a very good fighter but I fought well and tried to get the win.

Dyah Davis returns to the ring this Sunday as he takes on Edgar Perez at the Seminole Casino Immokalee

Dyah Davis, “My Father’s spirit lives in me
IMMOKALEE, FL. (Janoary 28, 2016)It has been about a month since Howard Davis Jr. passed away.
The former Olympic star and professional was one of the most well liked people in the boxing community. During the process of Davis falling ill, his son Dyah was by his side and he now vows to carry on the boxing legacy set forth by his father.
Davis of Coconut Creek, Florida will be back in the ring for the first time in a 17 volana, will take on Edgar Perez amin'ny alahady at the Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee.
Davis has been trying to get back in the ring sooner, but could not find anyone to step up and fight him.
I was trying to get fights and I always am decent shape,”hoy ny 34 taona Davis.
I guess that I am too much trouble for contenders and too dangerous for prospects. I guess that means I am high risk and no reward.
When his father passed away on December 30, 2015, Davis began to get even more motivated about his career.
I found my motivation with the passing of my father. His legacy will continue on through me. His spirit is in me. My father was my best friend. He always knew that I have the ability and now it is time to show the world that.
With a possible fight on the horizon and his father living out his last days, Davis made the most of his time with Howard.
My main objective in his last few weeks was to spend as much time as possible. We didn’t talk too much boxing. We watched some of his old tapes as we just saw the impact he made on so many people. It made me feel great to see the people who reached out following his passing. Lots of people reached out in so many ways.
Dyah feels he has a new start in boxing as he has inked a deal with Marshall Kauffman’s King’s Promotions.
I am fortunate that Marshall is giving me a shot. He has put on a lot of shows in the past couple years and I am looking for bigger fights. As seen by my record, I will fight anybody. It just seems everybody wants an easy route these days. My route is that I want to fight only big fights. I feel like I can get there by fighting the best. This is just a fight to get back in the mix of things. I really don’t know anything about him. I will get in there and take care of him.
The fans should look forward to see a new and improved Dyah Davis. My father’s spirit lives within and i will carry on his legacy.
