González irabazi zuen bere lehenengo 19 Osenohan Vázquez gaineko garaipen batekin bouts (1-0), Eric Cruz (5-1-2), Hector Marengo (5-0-4) & Edgardo Soto (12-2).

June On 3, 2011, González WBO Latino arina titulua irabazi Gerardo Cuevas gorako txandan 6an ETEN batekin.

González bost defentsak arrakastatsua egin WBO Arina munduko txapelduna Ricky Burns erronka May aurretik 11, 2013.

González zen bout duten nagusitasuna bai bere bidean munduko txapelduna bere eskumuturrean min eta bout erretiroa 10. txandan ondoren aurretik bihurtu.

González irten zaio WBO Latino arina titulua berriro irabazi eta defendatu Marvin Quintero gorako txandan 5ean ETEN batekin (26-5).
