LAS VEGAS (Marec 16, 2017) Floyd Mayweather Jr.. Nadácie (TFMJF) successfully held their 3rd Annual Fight-4-Fitness 5K RUN, 2K WALK, KIDS FUN RUN, & Community Day minulý Nedeľa, at Sunset Park. The goal each year for Fight-4-Fitness is to support the movement toward more active and healthy lifestyles, while forming community alliances where awareness and empowerment serve as the nucleus for an improved quality of life.
“It was important that we put together an event promoting health and fitness awareness and that we got the families involved,” povedala Nicole Craig, President of The Floyd Mayweather Jr. Nadácie.
Fight-4-Fitness followed its tradition and was kicked off with the 5K race and 2K walk, shortly after, kids lined up at the start line to begin the KIDS FUN RUN. 5K participants were awarded by gender and age group categories 1st cez 3rd place, while all kids participating in the KIDS FUN RUN were awarded with a participation medal upon crossing the finish line. Children ages 12 and under had the opportunity to participate in a scavenger hunt, where they were challenged to find items hid throughout the park, the 1st-3rd winning group were presented with great prizes from contributing sponsors: Mayweather Promotions, TMT, GameWorks Las Vegas, and Pole Position.
Immediately following the races was the 3rd Annual Community Day to close the event. Community Day featured outstanding live performances from Las Vegas’ very own Prodigy Dance Group and The Monster Kids. Providing music throughout the event was Las Vegas resident DJ, D-Miles, while HOT 97.5’s Mike P emcee’d the event and kept the crowd entertained. Participants were chosen throughout the event winning prizes ranging from: gift cards, signed boxing gloves, merchandise packs, a 50/50 cash prize!
A new addition to this year’s event was awarding local Las Vegas Track Clubs with a cash donation prize based on the number of registrants who signed up for their respective club. The first place was awarded to The BG Gators track club, second place went to Vegas Stealth, and coming in third place was the SW Stallions .

Tento rok, Floyd Mayweather Jr.. Nadácie, plans to unite runners and families within the Las Vegas community and surrounding communities in with a day filled with events geared toward the whole family. The festivities will start off with a 5K race and 2K walk, the Kids Fun Run will follow with Community Day serving as the last event of the day. The races are followed by an awards ceremony honoring the top 5K Race participants in each age category.
Fight-4-Fitness will also feature great healthy food options, vendors, a merchandise booth, kids scavenger hunt, live performances, physical activities geared toward fitness and fun, PLUS MORE! Comedian & osobnosť rádia, Mike P, will host this year’s event while the event also features performances by DJ D. Viac než 500 people participated in the activities last year and another large, energetic crowd is expected this year. Philanthropist and comedian Rick Smith, who used his platform to form the Random Acts of Kindness Everywhere (RAKE) Nadácie, will host this year’s event.

LAS VEGAS (Február. 16, 2015) Floyd Mayweather Jr.. Nadácie (FMJF) je hrdý na to, predstaviť Boj 4 Vhodnosť 5K Run / 2K Walk, Deti Fun Run a Community Day koná Sobota, Apríl 19 Sunset Park v meste Las Vegas.

 

5K Run / 2K Walk a Kids Fun Run (polovica míle beh pre deti 12 a pod) začína na 8 a.m. a nasleduje slávnostné odovzdávanie cien ctiť všetci účastníci. Akcia Community Day bezprostredne po odovzdávaní cien bude obsahovať potraviny, hudba, hry, tomboly ceny a zdravie a fitness vystavovatelia ponúkajú svoje služby, aby posilnili svoje fitness cieľov.

Poslaním Boj 4 Vhodnosť is to form community alliances where awareness and empowerment serve as the nucleus for an improved quality of life. From children to adults, everyone is welcome to join the “boj” in reversing health trends that are adversely affecting our quality of life. Boj 4 Vhodnosť is a movement toward good health through the possibilities of change that can enhance one’s own life and the lives of those around them. This unique experience invites all members of the community to run/walk independently or with friends, rodina, a spolupracovníkmi.

  • 8 a.m. – 10 a.m. – 5K Run / 2K Walk & Kids Fun Run
  • 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. – Awards Ceremony
  • 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. – Community Day
