LAS VEGAS (Ožujak 16, 2017) Floyd Mayweather Jr.. Temelj (TFMJF) successfully held their 3rd Annual Fight-4-Fitness 5K RUN, 2K WALK, Djeca Zabava RUN, & Dan Zajednica prošli Nedjelja, at Sunset Park. The goal each year for Fight-4-Fitness is to support the movement toward more active and healthy lifestyles, while forming community alliances where awareness and empowerment serve as the nucleus for an improved quality of life.
“It was important that we put together an event promoting health and fitness awareness and that we got the families involved,” rekla je Nicole Craig, President of The Floyd Mayweather Jr. Temelj.
Fight-4-Fitness followed its tradition and was kicked off with the 5K race and 2K walk, shortly after, kids lined up at the start line to begin the KIDS FUN RUN. 5K participants were awarded by gender and age group categories 1st kroz 3rd place, while all kids participating in the KIDS FUN RUN were awarded with a participation medal upon crossing the finish line. Children ages 12 and under had the opportunity to participate in a scavenger hunt, where they were challenged to find items hid throughout the park, the 1st-3rd winning group were presented with great prizes from contributing sponsors: Mayweather Promotions, TMT, GameWorks Las Vegas, and Pole Position.
Immediately following the races was the 3rd Annual Community Day to close the event. Community Day featured outstanding live performances from Las Vegas’ very own Prodigy Dance Group and The Monster Kids. Providing music throughout the event was Las Vegas resident DJ, D-Miles, while HOT 97.5’s Mike P emcee’d the event and kept the crowd entertained. Participants were chosen throughout the event winning prizes ranging from: gift cards, signed boxing gloves, merchandise packs, a 50/50 novčana nagrada!
A new addition to this year’s event was awarding local Las Vegas Track Clubs with a cash donation prize based on the number of registrants who signed up for their respective club. The first place was awarded to The BG Gators track club, second place went to Vegas Stealth, and coming in third place was the SW Stallions .

Participants can warm-up before the race with a free yoga session courtesy of Power Yoga+Pilates+Fitness, prior to the start of the 5K Race and 2K Walk, which will begin at 8 a.m. Children can take part in a fun-filled scavenger hunt before the Kids Fun Run (jedna pola milje trčanje za djecu 12 i pod) which kicks off at 10 a.m. The race is followed by an awards ceremony honoring all of the 5K Race participants. 5K Run / Walk 2K i Kids Fun Run (jedna pola milje trčanje za djecu 12 i pod) počinje u 8 a.m. a slijedi ceremoniji u čast svim sudionicima. Misija Borba 4 Sposobnost is to form community alliances where awareness and empowerment serve as the nucleus for an improved quality of life. From children to adults, everyone is welcome to join the “borba” in reversing health trends that are adversely affecting our quality of life. Borba 4 Sposobnost is a movement toward good health through the possibilities of change that can enhance one’s own life and the lives of those around them. Sudjelovanje u Borba 4 Sposobnost Događaj može biti katalizator potrebno stvoriti snažan, sretan, i zdrava Las Vegas zajednice. This unique experience invites all members of the community to run/walk independently or with friends, obitelj, a suradnici.

  • 8 a.m. – 10 a.m. – 5K Run / Walk 2K & Djeca Zabava Run
  • 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. – Dodjela nagrada
  • 11 a.m. – 3 poslije podne. – Dan Zajednica

  • Jan 30th – Ožujak 2ND – $35 5K / 30 $ 2K / 15 dolara Djeca Zabava RUN
  • Ožujak 3rd – Ožujak 16th – $40 5K / 35 $ 2K / 15 dolara Djeca Zabava RUN
  • Ožujak 17th – Ožujak 30th – $45 5K / 40 $ 2K / 15 dolara Djeca Zabava RUN
  • Travanj 1st – Travanj 12th – $50 5K / 45 $ 2K / 20 dolara Djeca Zabava RUN
  • Isti dan prijava – $60 5K 45 / $ 2K / $20 Djeca Zabava RUN

* Clark County School District: Prvo 100 studenti mogu se prijaviti za besplatno. Svi učenici i nastavnici mogu se prijaviti za $20 do ožujka 1st. Agregat $3 iz svake registracije za događaj će biti podijeljena i donirana 10 određena SRCD škole koje su pokazali potrebu za podršku u sljedećim područjima: športske programe, tjelesni odgoj i obrazovne izleti.
