This week on the FNU Combat Sports Show, we discuss the latest news in MMA and boxing, recap the past week’s events and preview the upcoming events this week. We also discuss Walter “2 Guns” Wright winning his main event fight against Mark DeLuca a couple days after we interviewed him last week. Wright’s split decision win came in part due to a persistent jab that frustrated DeLuca and left him bloodied, bruised and exhausted by the final bell. Of course bringing up this fact gets us all going on the absolute necessity of the jab in any combat sports fighter’s toolbox.

Demetrius Andrade Goes To Harvard

PROVIDENCE (November 4, 2015) – Zadnji četrtek zvečer, undefeated super welterweight Demetrius “Boo Boo” Andrade (22-0, 15 Kos) je bil počaščen s Harvard klubu na svojem letnem Fight Night v Boston Back Bay.
27-year-old Andrade, boj iz Providence, is a former world super welterweight champion. The sensational southpaw was a 2008 U.S.. Olympian in 2007 Aiba Svetovno prvenstvo zlate medalje.
“Bilo je super da so na Harvard klubu s tako veliko uspešnih ljudi tam podporo boksarske,” Andrade je dejal. “Bil sem hvaležen za njih kaže tako veliko zanimanje zame.”
