Many of New England’s most talented and popular boxers will still be in action this Wednesday evening. GCP co-promoter Chris Traietti (26-4, 21 Kos), fighting out of Quincy (Магистр), will defend his New England cruiserweight title against challenger Nick Lavin (5-9, 4 Kos), of Shelton (СТ), in the new eight-round main event.
The 33-year-old Traietti, an Iraq War veteran and college graduate, defeated the heavy-handed Lavin by way of an eight-round unanimous decision August 5, 2017 for the N.E. нэр.
“As disheartening as it was to lose Aleks on this show,” Traietti said, “we are thrilled she’s getting a career defining opportunity on HBO. She’s worked hard for the opportunity and we wish her the best of luck December 8th.

New England cruiserweight champion Chris Traietti (26-4, 21 Kos), also the co-promoter, pounded “Jammin” James Morrow (12-23-3, 5 Kos) from pillar to post until referee Leo Gerstel halted the action in their non-title fight for a third-round technical knockout.
Irish junior welterweight Paddy McGee, fighting out of Dorchester, Магистр, landed only two punches in his pro debut, both flooring Bardraiel Smith (0-4), for a quick first-round knockout.

QUINCY, Масс. (Дөрөвдүгээр 2, 2018) — This Saturday night’s “Fight Night at The Zone”, presented by Granite Chin Promotions, has been strengthened by the late addition of hot prospect Irvin Gonzalez to a card already showcasing some of the best young, professional boxers in New England.
Granite Chin Promotions is on a mission to establish a fan-base in the Granite State, providing a fan friendly, full entertainment experience at The Sports Zone in Derry, Нью-Гэмпшир.

QUINCY, Масс. Silveira (12-1, 6 Kos), of Salem MA) used his height and length advantage to out-box the much more experienced Clark (44-16-1, 18 Kos). Due to what appeared to be a broken right hand, Clark was unable to continue after six rounds.

Traietti teed-off on the over-matched Lavin for most of the fight, but his tough Connecticut opponent lasted to the very end.

O’Han, JR. decked Amaro twice in the first round via perfectly placed left hooks but Amaro persevered and went the full distance.
Undefeated Irish junior middleweight Paddy Irwin (4-0, 3 Kos), fighting at home in Quincy, methodically broke-down Demetrius Thomas (0-5), dropping him with a right hand in the second round, and floored him with a flurry of punches en route to a third-round stoppage only moments later by referee Ryan.
Two-time Ecuador Olympian Карлос Gongora (9-0, 8 Kos), Brooklyn гарч тэмцэх (NY), thoroughly outclassed Texas journeyman Larry “Slow Motion” Смит (10-34-1, 7 Kos)by way of a fifth-round technical knockout. Gongora, a powerful southpaw promoted by Murphy’s Boxing, started the fight firing crisp combinations to the head and body of Smith, who took a knee for an eight-count in the opening round. The action slowed through the second and third frames, but Gongora picked up the pace in the fourth, as Smith took a knee again and survived another round. The undefeated Ecuadorian middleweight closed the snow in the fifth as referee Steve Clark halted the one-sided bout.
