 Las Vegas (November 10, 2016) – Another solid top-to-bottom “Knockout Night at the D card has been announced for Friday nox, November 18, airing (9 p.m. PT / 12 a.m. ATQUE) on CBS Sports Network live from inside the Downtown Las Vegas Events Centertent.
FloBoxing.tv will live stream the Nov. 18th “Knockout Night at the D” undercard worldwide, starting at 7 p.m. PT / 10 p.m. ATQUE), in addition to three main card bouts – excluding North America – incipientibus ab Hierosolyma 9 p.m. PT / 12 a.m. ATQUE).
The “Knockout Night at the D” series, presented by D Las Vegas and Downtown Las Vegas Events Center, is promoted by Roy Jones Jr. (RJJ) Boxing Promotions.
Hall of Fame announcers Jim “J.R.” Ross atque Al Bernstein will call the action from ringside, along with roving reporter Sean Wheelock, on CBS Sports Network. Known for introducing the top stars of professional wrestling to the ring for 20 annis, Justin Roberts will join the legendary CBS Sports Network broadcast team in Las Vegas for the Nov. 18 show to enhance the entrances of the “Knockout Night at the D” boxing stars of cras.
North American Boxing Association (Also) United States lightweight champion Reynaldo “El Trampolin” Blanco (13-2, 7 KOs) defends his title in the 10-round main event against Demond “Body Shot” Brock (12-3-1, 4 KOs), X in pelagus eventus circum.
“Let it be clear,” Blanco said. “November 18th in Las Vegas, the world and my opponent will witness the fury of the Dominican from Matancita, Reynaldo Blanco, who is here to conquer the lightweight division. Let the war begin!”

Keeping with its goal to showcase young talent based in Las Vegas, junior flyweight Marina “Rocky” Ramirez (2-0), fighting out of Idaho, meets the Bronx’ Natalie Gonzalez (2-0), while pro-debuting cruiserweight Jason Beauchamp faces Puerto Rican Kenny Cruz-Carrasquillo (0-2-1), in a pair of 4-round bouts.

Las Vegas (October 27, 2016) – “Knockout Night at the D” returns Friday night, November 18, Vivamus airing (9 p.m. PT / 12 a.m. ATQUE) on CBS Sports Network from inside the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center tent, located in the heart of the downtown Las Vegas casino district, one block away from the world famous Fremont Street (200 S. 3rd St.).
North American Boxing Association (Also) United States lightweight champion Reynaldo Blanco (13-2, 7 KOs) makes his first title defense against challenger Demond “Body Shot” Brock (12-3, 4 KOs) X in pelagus eventus circum.

The 29-year-old Blanco, fighting out of the Dominican Republic by way of Puerto Rico, captured his NABA US title belt this past January, taking an 8-round unanimous decision from previously unbeaten Angel Luis Ocasio (8-0-2). In his last fight in July, Blanco stopped another undefeated challenger, 14-0 Mario Beltre, in the second round for the Dominican Republic lightweight championship.
New Orleans-native Brock, who learned how to box serving a 15-year prison sentence, victum Chuy Gutierrez (14-0-1) in the June 10th “Knockout Night at the D” show to retain his World Boxing Council (WBC) United States lightweight title in his first title defense. Brock, 35, originally captured his title belt in 2015, by way of an 8-round unanimous decision over Oscar Valenzuela (9-1-1).
In pluma co-VIII-circuitu, Puerto Rican junior middleweight Daniel “El Duro” Crucis(11-1, 10 KOs) takes on former Mexico welterweight champion Norberto Gonzalez(22-8, 13 KOs).

Brock dominates Gutierrez in heated fight To retain WBC United States lightweight title OFFICIAL RESULTS

Las Vegas (June 10, 2016) – The heat was on in Las Vegas hac nocte,, temperature-wise as well as the action inside the ring, for the third installment of “Knockout Night at the D” series, which aired live on CBS Sports Network from the outdoorDowntown Las Vegas Events Center (DLVEC) in 90+ degree conditions before another capacity crowd.
An old-time Las Vegas grudge match turned into a highly entertaining boxing war as WBC United States (USNBC) PERFUSORIUS fortissimus Demond “Body Shot” Brock(12-3-1, 4 KOs) won a hard fought 10-round decision over former USNBC 135-pound titlist and previously unbeaten challenger Chuy “Hurrican” Gutierrez (14-1-1, 4 KOs).

“What a night we had downtown,” dixit Derek Stevens, Owner and CEO of the D Las Vegas and DLVEC. “I want to thank the Nevada Athletic Commission for allowing us to do these fights outdoors. I want to shout out to Chuy and Brock,,,..what fighters! Let’s keep this going downtown.”
Brock, fighting out of New Orleans, learned to box in Louisiana State Penitentiary, where he served nearly 15 annis, sentenced as an adult at 15 for armed robbery. The determined lightweight controlled the pace and consistently beat hometown favorite Gutierrez to the punch all night. Gutierrez, a tough Mexican who lives in Las Vegas, showed the heart of a champion, albeit in a losing effort to a fresher Brock.
“I think I put on a great performance,” Brock commented after the fight. “I came out to give my best effort. We trained to fight inside to fight Chuy, not box, to make him uncomfortable in a fight he’s not used to. I won this fight on the inside. No backing up for 10 difficile exactor circumiret. We prepared that way because we knew Chuy was going to come in throwing shots. But he’d never fought anybody of my caliber. I was looking to finish him but I didn’t want to get careless.”
In a battle of unbeaten junior middleweight, Mexican invader Rolando “Rola” Garza (9-0, 6 KOs) et U.S. Marine Corps veteran Erasmo “The Reckoning” Garcia (5-1-1, 3 KOs) put on a show in the televised co-feature. All they really needed was a phone booth as the two warriors pounded each other from the opening bell, although Garza got the much better of the action for the first four rounds, buzzing Garcia at the end of the fourth. The game Garcia came back in the fifth, despite suffering a lot of damage from a relentless attack by Garza, who simply outclassed his overmatched opponent with his technical boxing skills. Garza, who was deducted a point for throwing a low blow in the fifth round, won a unanimous 6-round decision in a firefight.
“We worked the body and, gratias Deo, pugna vicit,” Garza noted. “He’s a tough, unbeaten guy. We came here and did it. Viva Las Vegas!”
In the television opener, Las Vegas welterweight prospect Jeremy “J-Flash” Nichols (5-0. 2 KOs) dominated previously unbeaten Adam Vasquez (5-1-1). The flashy Nichols dropped Vasquez twice in the final round to win a 4-round unanimous decision by scores of 40-34 ter.
Nichols won his third fight in the last three months, “I can go next week,” Nichols said after the fight. “He was tall fighter who was undefeated. He didn’t come here to lose. I take my hat off to him because I hit him with some great shots. He is a tough guy with a big heart. I had to do the Ali Shuffle in the first round because he was my favorite fighter.”
Los Angeles heavyweight Johnathan “Johnnie” Rice (4-1, 2 KOs), a former Winthrop College (NC) basketball ludio ludius, upset 4-time Mexican National amateur champion Edgar “El Chato” Ramirez (1-1, 1 KO), pitching a shutout for a unanimous 4-round decision.
Las Vegas junior featherweight Max “Baby Face Assassin” Ornelas (1-0, 1 KO de an auspices pro debut, one day after his high school graduation ceremony, one day prior to his 18th natalis. Ornelas dropped Robertus “Lil’ Rob” Ledesma (1-5) midway through the first round. Ledesma rose but Ornelas hit him with a vicious left hook to the body, hurting Ledesma who turned his back and walked away in pain. Referendarius Jay Nady stepped in and halted the fight.
Heavyweights Tracey “The Titan” Johnson (4-2-4), sancti Botulphi, and Los Angeles’Cashton “Fedia-Tone” Iuvenes (2-1, 1 KO) set the stage in the opening fight of the evening. They stood toe-to-toe for most of the four rounds as Johnson, who has a Master’s Degree in Physical Education from Emmanuel College, won a 4-round split decision.

 Las Vegas (June 7,, 2016) – Some of cras ' stars will be showcased hoc Friday night at the third installment of the “Knockout Night at the D” series, airing (11 p.m. ATQUE/ 8 p.m. PT) vivere CBS Sports Network from the outdoor Downtown Las Vegas Events Center (DLVEC).
An old-time grudge match between WBC United States (USNBC) PERFUSORIUS fortissimus Demond “Body Shot” Brock (11-3-1, 4 KOs) and former USNBC titlist Chuy “Hurrican” Gutierrez (14-0-1, 4 KOs) headlines the card in the 10-round main event.
The 35-year-old Brock, who fights out of Kenner, Louisiana, learned to box in the Louisiana State Penitentiary while he served a 14 ½-year sentence there for armed robbery. Gutierrez, a native of Mexico who fights out of Las Vegas, never lost his belt in the ring. The stage is set for this Las Vegas showdown, which is a crossroads fight in several ways with the winner climbing to the next level.
