Philadelphia, PA. (März 8, 2017) – Super Lightweight prospect David Gonzales is looking to rebound from his 1st professional setback when he takes on Juan Rodriguez in the 6-round co-feature bout this Samstag Nacht am SugarHouse Casino in Philadelphia.

In der 8-Runden-Main Event, Tyrone Brunson (23-6-2, 22 KO) annimmt Brandon Quarles (18-3-1, 9 I Die) in einem Mittelgewichts-Kampf.
Gonzales, 27 years old originally from Philadelphia, but now calls San Antonio home, and is coming off a stunning 1st round stoppage defeat to Samuel Teah on 11. November.
“Training is going well in Texas. I come down here as I have a job selling solar panels. The sparring is great. There are a lot of tough Mexican fighters down here. They come hard and are always in shape,” Said Gonzales.
Gonzales now 8-1-2 mit zwei Knockouts, has gone back to the drawing board, and is working hard on his craft.
“I have been working on getting better on defense, Boxen, just my balance and skills.”
In Rodriguez, he is facing a competitor that has a record of 6-6-1 mit fünf Knockouts, and has a knockout victory over previously undefeated Philly area fighter Nathaniel Rivas.
“I don’t know much other then he is tough, and comes to fight. He isn’t the most skilled fighter, but I hear he hits hard. But you can never underestimate any fighter.”
Gonzales views the Teah fight as just a slight setback and a learning experience, and he doesn’t feel that he was knocked too far off track of realizing his goals.
“I just want to get back in the win column. Then maybe two more wins and fight an undefeated fighter, so I can move up the rankings. I am a confident fighter. I just got caught with a punch behind the head against Teah, and that’s boxing.”
“I just want people to know that I am back, and ready for a big win an diesem Samstag. I just want to keep getting better and become a world champion.”

Philadelphia, PA. (Februar 7, 2017) – Middleweight’s Tyrone Brunson und Brandon Quarles will square off in the eight-round main event on Samstag, 11. März as King’s Promotions will stage it’s first show at the SugarHouse Casino in Philadelphia.
Brunson of Philadelphia has a record of 23-6-2, mit 22 Knockouts.
Die 32 year-old Brunson turned professional in 2005, and started his career with 19 consecutive 1st round knockouts. Included in that streak was a stoppage over James Morrow (8-1-2). In his last bout Brunson and Ismael Garcia fought to a 10-round draw on October 14, 2016 in Philadelphia.
Quarles of Alexandria, Virginia hat einen Rekord von 18-3-1 mit 9 Knockouts.
Die 30 year-old Quarles is a 7 jährige Veteran, und hat gewonnen 5 gerade Kämpfe, with the latest being 6-round unanimous decision over Marcos Primera on June 25, 2016 in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Chester, PA (September 28, 2016)–Undefeated junior welterweight David “TwoGunz” Gonzales is looking for a big effort this Freitag Nacht when he takes on the tested Samuel Seah in an eight-round bout that will headline a 9-fight card at Harrahs Philadelphia.
The show is promoted by King;s Promotions.
Gonzales von Philadelphia hat einen Rekord von 8-0-2 mit zwei Knockouts. Die 26 year-old ha won three in a row since stepping up his level of competition.
“Training ha been great. I been on weight since five days before the fight. Ich fühle mich stark, and I am ready for a big win on Friday,” , sagte Gonzalez.
This won’t be the first time that Gonzales and Teah have shared a ring, so Gonzales has a little scouting report on his opponent.
“I sparred with him once and he is a pretty skillful guy. He is from Philly, so I know he has heart but he is not on my level. The sparring session was about 6 Runde. I haven’t watched any tape on him, but I know the only way he can win is if he is in better shape and I know that’s not possible because I am great shape. I am also naturally bigger, so I think that will be a factor.”
This is another “Philly vs. Philly” Matchup, which is always special to the fans in attendance.
“We are both from Philly. People look forward to seeing these matchups and especially this early in our careers, but I am the one that will have my hands raised.”
Ja, who has had a couple fights and wins on national television, so Gonzales knows a win will put him on the map in the junior welterweight division.
“He is known in Philly and he had a big win over (previously undefeated” O'Shaquie Foster. I will show that I am on that level and this will start getting me higher profile fights.”

BETHLEHEM, PA. (Februar 11, 2016) – This past Tuesday night at the Sands Bethlehem Event Center, two of King’s Promotions up and coming prospects gained big wins on the non-televised undercard of a Premier Boxing Champions FS1 Toe-To-Toe Dienstags show.
Unbesiegt Jr. Weltergewicht David “TwoGunz” Gonzales (7-0-2, 2 KO) of Philadelphia scored a 4th round stoppage over veteran Justin Johnson and Lightweight Carlos “Rockhands” Rosenkranz (4-1, 2 KO) von Pennsauken, NJ won a 4-round split decision war over Victor Vasquez in what was the fight of the night.
