KEA BOXING ANNOUNCES SUMMER RETURN!

Jorge Diaz, Danny McDermott, and Godson Noel in Triple Header Main Event!

NJ Boxing Hall of Fame Promoter Andre Kut has announced that KEA Boxing will be returning this summer with “Boxing at the Expo.” This all professional boxing show will be held at The New Jersey Convention & Expo Center in Edison, NJ on samedi juillet 30, 2016. This will be the 12th year that Kut will be promoting professional boxing shows in New Jersey since his debut show in June of 2004. Kut was inducted into the NJ Boxing Hall of Fame this past November with Presidential candidate Donald Trump, Micky Ward, and several other boxing dignitaries for his role as a trainer, directeur, and promoter in the sport, specifically in New Jersey. Kut says that this will be a “Triple header show featuring all local talent.”

Headlining the show will be New Brunswick’s very own Jorge “King” Diaz. Diaz currently has a record 18 gagne avec 4 losses is looking to make a comeback after a loss to undefeated featherweight Abraham Lopez last August. Diaz will be looking forward to fighting again in his backyard and home state. Diaz also hopes that this is the start of his climb back into the rankings to have a title shot again as he has fought twice for two different world titles in the past.

The Brick City’s undefeated fighting fireman and Army Veteran Godson “Soldier Boy” Noel will be part of the triple header action. Noel currently holds a record of 6-0 avec 4 knockouts and will be fighting for the third time this year after receiving a controversial draw back in March up in Massachusetts. Noel is currently a Newark Fireman and served in the United States Army. He is being labeled as one of New Jersey top rising prospects in the super middleweight division since signing a promotional contract with KEA Boxing back in 2015.

Danny “Little Mac” McDermott will be completing the triple header main event action when he steps back in the ring as a welterweight. Fighting out of North Bergen, McDermott currently holds a record of 12-5. McDermott recently fought in the United Kingdom and the Philippines twice where he also became the current WBC Asian Boxing Council champion. McDermott said he is very excited to fight again so close to home, as this is his first fight back in the states since 2013.

Heavyweight fights are always entertaining and action packed, so this show will also be featuring Jersey City’s Tyrell Wright. Wright, who is also undefeated with 8 wins will continue his dream of making an impact in the heavyweight division. Wright is currently trained and managed by former boxer Bobby Rooney.

Rounding out the card will be Darren “Venom” Goodall fighting out of New Milford. Goodall is currently undefeated with 3 wins in the light heavyweight division and has already fought on the big stage in Madison Square Garden and even the Prudential Center in Newark. Goodall also owns the famous Venom Fitness Boxing and Fitness Center in Wyckoff. His facility has quickly become known as one of the best training facilities for fitness and group classes in Northern New Jersey. Goodall is also known for his lighting quick speed and power.

Andrew “Sweet Pea” Bentley currently 3-2 will also be on the card. His flashy outfits, couronne, and even sunglasses for his ring walk are sure to please the crowd as he can back up his flashy behavior with his boxing skills. Bentley is also under the watchful eye of manager and trainer Bobby Rooney with his stable mate Tyrell Wright.

Two former amateur fighters who will be making their professional debut will be Kevin Hernandez and Gerald Javier both fighting out of Bergenfield. Première exposition, “Poings de l'Irlandais de combat”

Jersey City, New Jersey (Janvier 29, 2015)-UMA Jr. Welterweight Champion Danny “Little Mac” McDermott a annoncé aujourd'hui la formation d'une nouvelle société de boxe promotionnel qui sera basée à sa ville natale dans Jersey City NJ.
McDermott a établi un partenariat avec homme d'affaires local Nick Jayme pour former LGM Promotions
LGM a également annoncé aujourd'hui qu'elle mettra sur son premier spectacle “poings de l'Irlandais de combat” à l'Armory de Jersey City sur Samedi 14 Mars avec en tête d'affiche la carte McDermott dans une défense du titre qu'il a capturé ce passé Juillet en GENSAN Ville, Phillipines.
“Je suis heureux de commencer cette société. Lancement sur le dixième anniversaire de mon débuts pro, il est beaucoup plus doux. Ce est quelque chose que je ai pensé pendant un certain temps maintenant. Je adore la boxe. Ce est ma vie. Elle permet simplement de beaucoup de sens pour nous dès maintenant pour commencer à se préparer à une vie après la boxe et quoi de mieux alors être en mesure de mettre sur un combat dans ma propre ville natale.” dit McDermott.
M. Jayme est un ami de longue date de la McDermott et ancien boxeur amateur lui-même. Il est un serviteur de la communauté active dans le domaine Jersey City.

“Je ai toujours aimé la boxe et je ai une passion pour le sport. Je suis venu dans les amateurs avec Danny et je lui ai connue depuis de nombreuses années.
“Je ai récemment renoué avec la boxe après avoir fait un événement avec Miguel Cotto et ce est alors que je ai décidé de former LGM Promotions.”
“Nous cherchons à faire 4 ou 5 événements cette année dans la communauté. Je suis un grand croyant dans la communauté du comté de Hudson. LGM est basée Jersey City et ce est là que nous fondons nos racines.”
“Mars 14 est de célébrer le patrimoine Parade irlandaise. Nous travaillons étroitement avec le comité Jersey City Parade irlandaise. Ils ont leur dîner Mars 13. Nous faisons la lutte sur Mars 14 puis le défilé est sur Mars 15. Cet événement est tout de célébrer St. Jour de Patrick a déclaré M. Jayme.”
“Sur le côté de boxe, nous avons embauché Rich Komissar (RKO boxe) être notre directeur des opérations de boxe. Rich a une richesse d'expérience dans le sport à tous les niveaux de. Il est très réconfortant d'avoir un gars dans notre équipe que les gens appellent effectivement de retour” plaisanté Jayme.
M. Jayma également ajouté “Nous avons également mis en place une alliance stratégique avec Mariusz Kolodziej et son groupe au mondial de boxe à North Bergen. Mariusz et Danny remontent longtemps. Il est un grand ami du sport sur plus d'un niveau local.
“Ces premiers événements seront Jersey City ethnique basée conviviales en famille prix des billets et de la famille concessions amicales,”
“Nous voulons ensemble de la communauté pour nous embrasser. Nous allons le rendre abordable pour un gars d'amener ses enfants aux combats et avoir quelques hot-dogs avec un couple de sodas et peut-être une bière ou deux sans se ruiner” fini Jayme.
“Je suis excité pour aider. Danny est la famille. Danny est mon mec. Il a toujours été et sera toujours. Je suis fier de tout ce qu'il a fait dans la dernière année ou deux. Il est extrêmement populaire dans cette partie du New Jersey (ainsi que dans la rivière à New York) il est donc grand sens de lancer ici. Nick Jayme a une grande vision de l'endroit où il veut que son entreprise d'être dans un an ou deux. Son esprit communautaire esprit me éclaire. Nick Jayme est un gars de solutions. J'aime ça” Saïd Komissar.
“Notre travail ne sera pas trop dur. Cette partie du New Jersey a énormément de clubs de boxe et il se associe avec des jeunes qui veulent opportunités. Nous sommes ici pour leur donner cette” Ajouté Komissar
