LAS VEGAS, Nevada (Mars 13, 2018) – Prince Ranch de boxe est heureux d'annoncer l'ajout de l'ancien double champion du monde des poids lourds, Hasim Rahman |, à son équipe de direction. Rahman, qui est surtout connu pour assommer le Hall of Famer, Lennox Lewis, de retour 2001. Rahman aidera à recruter des talents, tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le formateur Bones Adams à l'installation de boxe Prince Ranch à Las Vegas.
“Hasim a un œil attentif lorsqu'il s'agit de repérer des combattants talentueux,” dit Greg Hannely, président du Prince Ranch de boxe. “L'ajouter à notre équipe de direction ne fera que nous rendre plus forts. Il a été sur le ring avec des combattants de classe mondiale et sait ce qu'il faut pour atteindre le sommet. Il va être un atout précieux pour notre équipe.”
“Je connais Greg Hannely depuis de nombreuses années et je suis heureux de faire partie de son équipe de direction,” dit Hasim Rahman. “Nous avons beaucoup de jeunes combattants travaillant dans le centre de formation de Prince Ranch qui recherchent une gestion solide. Je suis ici pour repérer le talent qui vient à notre rencontre et signer les meilleurs combattants. Nous construisons une belle écurie de boxeurs qui, selon nous, peuvent devenir champions du monde.”
Prince Ranch Boxing a des combattants très talentueux sous contrat qui incluent, Isaac Avelar (14-0, 9 KOs), Edwing Davila (17-0, 10 KOs), Blair Cobbs (7-0, 5 KOs), Damien Vasquez (13-0, 7 KOs), Humberto Velazco (19-1, 13 KOs), Victor Pasillas (12-0, 5 KOs), et Donavan Star (11-0, 4 KOs), pour ne en nommer que quelques-uns.

DAMIEN VASQUEZ FACES VETERAN LORENZO TREJO APRIL 1ST

LAS VEGAS, Nevada (Mars 31, 2017) – Cette Samedi, Avril 1, 2017, undefeated flyweight prospect, Damien “Sucre” Vasquez (9-0, 4 KOs), will step in the ring against Lorenzo Trejo (35-32-1, 22 KOs), a veteran of sixty-eight fights. The 8-round main event, will take place at the Riverebend Sports Complex à Salt Lake City, EN DEHORS.
Damien, the nephew of former two-time super-bantamweight world champion, Israel Vazquez, se bat hors de Las Vegas, Nevada, with trainer, Bones Adams. Adams, a former super-bantamweight champion himself, feels Damien Vasquez has all the talent to follow in the footsteps of his uncle Israel.
“Since I’ve been training with Damien, I’ve watched him grow as a fighter,” said Clarence “Des os” Adams. “He’s getting better with each fight and I really believe he can win a world title someday. He definitely has the talent and work ethic to do so. He reminds me of his uncle Israel in many ways.”
Facing a veteran like Trejo, is just the type of fight Damien is looking for. Vasquez wants to face fighters with a lot of experience.
“I’m sure Trejo has a lot of tricks up his sleeve with all his experience,” said Damien Vasquez. “These are the type of fights I look forward too, where a young fighter like myself can learn a few things. I’m going to set the pace early, and go from there. By no means am I taking him lightly.”
Vasquez’s father Oscar, has been in his sons corner from day one. He’s thrilled, knowing his son has progressed since his first pro fight.
“I’m very proud of my son because I know how hard he works, and I can see the improvement after every fight,” dit Oscar Vasquez. “My brother and I always knew he had the talent to become a good professional boxer. I’m confident he’ll come out victorious against a tough veteran like Trejo.”
