Undefeated Super Flyweight Dylan “The Real Dyl” Price reflects on Briscoe Award and upcoming April 21st fight

PHILADELPHIA (Marzec 15, 2018)–It will be a busy few weeks for undefeated super flyweight prospect Dylan “The Real Dyl” Price.
The 19 year-old native of Sicklerville, New Jersey who has a perfect mark of 5-0 with all of his wins coming via knockout (Włącznie z 4 in the 1st round) will be on-hand at the 11th annual Briscoe Awards to accept the prestigious Rookie of the Year award.

JARON ENNIS IS THE ONE TO WATCH IN PHILLY

PHILADELPHIA – Twenty year old welterweight boxer Jaron “Boots” Ennis will honored as “The One to Watch” z 11th Annual Briscoe Awards na Marzec 25, 2018. Ennis, currently 18-0, 16 KO, has been turning heads ever since he turned professional in 2016. After less than two years as a professional, Boots has convinced local boxing fans that he’s destined to become a world champion.
“Ennis has every Philly boxing fan excited,” said John DiSanto, founder of the Briscoe Awards. “He is the real thing and at the rate he’s going, he’ll be fighting for the title in another year.”
Ennis is no stranger to the Briscoe Awards. He won the “Amateur of the Year” dwa lata temu, and was named the “Rookie of the Year” w ubiegłym roku. He returns to the Briscoe stage on March 25th to receive his third acknowledgement by Philly Boxing History.
The Briscoe Awards commemorate the biggest and best accomplishments of the Philly-area boxing scene. Undefeated Junior Lightweight Michael Dutchover back in action this Saturday night

PHILADELPHIA, PENN./ORANGE, Kalifornia. (Marzec 13, 2018)- W najbliższą sobotę noc z Doubletree Hotel w Ontario, Kalifornia, budding junior lightweight talent Michael Dutchover (7-0, 5 KO) headlines the first show of his young career when he faces Ricardo Lopez (7-1-2, 6 KO).
Dutchover, 20, hails from Midland, Tex. but moved to the Los Angeles area last year to take advantage of the rich sparring that the region offers. The former amateur standout is making his first start of the year against a fellow prospect in Lopez who will be eager to give him a fight.
“There’s no doubt that Lopez is thinking upset,” said Dutchover, who is trained and managed by Danny Zamora. “I won’t let him do anything that he wants to do. I plan to dominate the fight. It’s my first main event as a professional so there’s added motivation to give the fans an excellent show.”
All signs point to Dutchover delivering the goods on Saturday night. In the lead up to this fight, he spent several weeks in Guadalajara, Mex. sparring with world champion Oscar Valdez.
“Spending time with the Valdez camp was an incredible experience,” Dutchover said. “I learned a lot from Valdez. The sparring sessions are what everyone wants to talk about, but it was more than that for me. Just seeing how he conducted himself and how focused he was. That left a lasting impression on me.”
Dutchover is co-promoted by Banner Promotions and Thompson Boxing.

Nashville, TN (Marzec 13, 2018) – Light heavyweight knockout king Sena “African Assassin” Agbeko will headline Tri-Star Boxing’s special edition of “Fight at the Fairgrounds” when he battles Lawrence Blakey Sobota, Marzec 17 at the Fairground Sports Arena in Nashville, TN.

Hailing from Ghana and fighting out of Nashville, Agbeko’s impressive professional ledger reads 20-1 z 18 zwycięstw przez nokaut. The 26-year-old has become a local favorite and Sobota marks his third fight in the Music City. He most recently defeated veteran Anthony Bowman via 2ndround stoppage in January.
Standing across the ring will be Pennsylvania’s Lawrence Blakey. A tough luck fighter with a 5-8-2 record and two wins by KO, Blakey’s been victimized by questionable judging. Atlantic City, New Jersey (Marzec 12, 2018)–Chazz Witherspoon raised his winning streak to eight in a row as he went the eight-round distance by won a unanimous decision over Lamont Capers that headlined a seven-bout card at The Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City.
The show, which took place this past Sobota, was promoted by Mis Downing Promotions and Silverspoon Promotions.
Witherspoon was able to outpoint the crafty Capers. Capers was very competitive, but it was Witherspoon’s size and harder punches that proved to be the difference as he captured the via 78-74, 78-74 i 77-75 wyniki.
Witherspoon od Paulsboro, NJ is now 37-3. Capers, who was fighting for the 2nd time in seven days jest 9-12-4.
Willis Lockett took a six-round majority decision over Prince Badi Ajamu in a cruiserweight bout.

Beverly Hills, Kalifornia. (Marzec. 12, 2018) – Middleweight Cem Kilic remained perfect with a 2nd round stoppage over veteran Taronze Washington in Hinckley, Minnesota this past Friday.
The native of Los Angles via Frankfurt, Germany put Washington down with a hard body shot, and the bout was stopped to raise Kilic’s mark to 10-0 z sześcioma przetłoczeniami.
