Inaugural event set for October on worldwide PPV

 

文華財經 (七月 16, 2018) — Combat sports’ newest organization, 世界裸指節搏擊聯合會 (WBKFF), officially announced today that it is fully operational and targeting this October to promote its inaugural professional event, to air worldwide on independent pay per view.

 

 

 

WBKFF principals include CEO 湯姆·斯坦基維奇, COO & Director of Operations JC and matchmaker 保羅·泰勒.

 

 

 

The exact date of this historical event, 會場, complete PPV details, and bouts will be announced during this summer.

 

 

 

“WBKFF will soon become the biggest, most popular in combat sports,” JC predicted. “This all started from our passion for hand-to-hand combat and to give fans what they deserve. WBKFF and fan-friendly will be synonymous. We’re going to give combat sports fans what they want and deserve: integrity, passion and fairness.”

Beltran replaces former UFC Heavyweight Champion Ricco Rodriguez, who has withdrawn from the heavyweight tournament due to injury, but will return on a future BKFC card.

 

洛佩茲 has earned a place on BKFC 2 after his outstanding fight against Beltran and will now face 16-fight Muay Thai fighting veteran Jimmy Jennette.

 

 

 

Set to make their BKFC debuts on this loaded night of fights are Chris Lytle, who has a combined 44 victories as a professional MMA fighter and boxer, 和 查爾斯·貝內特, who has had 70 professional MMA fights. Lytle spent eight years fighting in the UFC, and Bennett spent five in Pride FC.

湯姆, Tony and Rich have a ton of ground to cover in this episode. We recap last week’s most significant fights, starting with the first sanctioned bareknuckle boxing event in hundreds of years. We also break down the latest UFC Fight Night card where Jimmie Rivera took the first loss in his last 21 打架. We discuss Dana White’s tirade against fighters who don’t take the fights the company wants them to, and we blast Canelo Alvarez and his team for destroying all chances of another fight with GGG. We also discuss the infighting among boxing promoters lately with both Bob Arum and UK upstart Eddie Hearn scrambling to sign free agents while trying to fill slots for slated shows in the United States over the coming year. We go on to recap last week’s combat sports action, highlighting the Adonis Stevenson vs. Badou Jack majority draw and the Usman vs Maia 5-round snoozefest headlining last Saturday night’s UFC Fight Night card. We of course also preview this weekend’s boxing matches and the UFC and Bellator cards coming out of England. 威明頓, DE (十二月 2, 2016) David Feldman Promotions will announce that former four-division champ and Boxing Legend 羅伊·瓊斯, JR. will square off against former world title challenger, and Bare-Knuckle Legend 鮑比·岡恩 上 星期五, 2月17日 2017 for the Vacant WBF World Cruiserweight Championship.

During his twenty-seven year professional career, 瓊斯JR. (64-9, 46 科斯) has secured world titles in four different weight categories – 中量級, 超中量級, Light Heavyweight and Heavyweight – and is the only boxer in history to start his career as a Light Middleweight and then go on to win a Heavyweight Championship.

In winning the WBA Heavyweight title by beating John Ruiz by unanimous decision in March 2003, 瓊斯JR. made history by becoming the first former middleweight champion to win a heavyweight title in 106 歲月.

Like Jones Jr, Gunn has a fearsome record in gloved boxing – 21 勝 (18 KO) 6 損失, one draw, and one no-contest – and an even more impressive undefeated Bare Knuckle record of 72-0 同 72 KO).

Gunn has been in the ring with top fighters Enzo Maccarinelli, 格倫 - 約翰遜, 托馬斯·阿達梅克, and James Toney, so he is no stranger to sharing the ring with boxing’s elite.
