AGUASCALIENTES, MX (April 16, 2018) – Opponents have been announced for Humberto “Tito” Velazco (19-1-1, 13 Ko) ndipo Damien “Shuga” Vazquez (13-0, 7 Ko), who are both scheduled to fight on April 28, 2018 in Aguascalientes, MX, pa “Feria de Campeones” khadi, uyambe shuga Zokwezedwa.
Velazco, who hails from Aguascalientes, will face Columbian power puncher, Davis Caceres(25-8, 20 Ko), in a 10-round main event bout, for the vacant WBC Silver Super Middleweight title. Vazquez, ku Las Vegas, NV, will battle Venezuela’s Luis Golindano (9-0, 6 Ko), for the WBC Jr. Bantamweight Youth World title, in a 10-round co-main event clash.
In his last fight on the undercard of Victor Ortiz vs. Devon Alexander, Velazco scored an impressive 4TH-round knockout over, Thomas Williams JR. (20-4, 14Ko), who was ranked top ten in the world one time. Velazco’s powerful straight left to the head of Williams ended the bout, and the punch was the knockout of the night.
