The 26-year-old Frolov, of Russia, captured the M-1 Challenge title last October at M-I provocare 84, when he won a five-round unanimous decision over Caio Magalhaes, Brazil Dei. Riggs is a seasoned MMA fighter from America, who is an extremely dangerous, battle-tested opponent with as much experience as any fighter in the world.
