LOWELL, Uka. (February 9, 2018) – Western New England and Central New England teams dominated last night’s semifinals round in the novice division of the New England Tournament of Champions, part of the 72nd annual New England Golden Gloves Championships, was held last night at historic Lowell Memorial Auditorium.
