NOVICE CLASS FINALS RESULTS FROM LOWELL

Team Central produced the most individual winners with seven, followed by Team Western with five, and Team Central had two.

The unofficial fight of the night was between Salem, எம்.ஏ. வெல்டர்வெயிட் Kenny Larson (Team Central) and his Dorchester, MA opponent Jarrod LoMax (Team Southern), in which Larson won a three-round decision, 3-2.

Portland, ME bantamweight Christian Morales (Team Northern) continued his performance run in the tournament, winning a three-round decision, 5-0, over hometown Lowell favorite Marquis Fowler (Team Central) மாரலெஸ்’ impressive showings in the tournament will lead him into an open division spot in next week’s New Englands.

In a Central N.E. (Greater Lowell) heavyweight final rematch, due to a round-time issue, Methuen’s Jesus Flores (Canal Street Boxing) defeated Haverhill’s John Roche (Haverhill Downtown Boxing) by the same score as their original match in another thrilling, back-and-forth bout ending a in three-round decision (5-0). The crosstown rivalry between the two gyms and boxers led up to another compelling match with Flores qualifying for புதன் night’s open class semifinals of the New England Tournament of Champions.
